This by far the best hospital that I know. The nurses are so professional and the smile on their faces as they do their work ,just tells you they love what they are doing. The doctors, are never pushy or in a hurry. I can go on and on. When the nurses heard that I was from Saint Martin and spoke English,they looked for a young nurse who was an apprentice and from Saint Martin, so she could speak to me and make me feel more comfortable. Turned out the young lady was my family. This hospital is tge best.

God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

The IPC is a benchmark for cancer. You can go there with your eyes closed. The doctors and surgeons are super responsive, competent, friendly, with whom you can communicate easily… The nursing staff are incredible too. Always attentive, the care is adapted and always done with precaution. The maintenance staff is competent, smiling,… The establishment is very well maintained. The only downside is that the windows let the cold in a little. We are grateful to be supported by these amazing teams!!

The care is very bad! Appointments are given months in advance to specialist clinics, but they don't keep those appointments either! Most of the doctors are retired and overworked. The money we pay does not go where it should!

Operated in this clinic at the beginning of October, I learned that their administrative services are overwhelmed and that I have to wait on average 1.5 months to obtain the care billing slips to be reimbursed by the CPAM and the mutual insurance company. On the other hand, the clinic has no difficulty in requesting immediate payment of fees upon your admission. Good to know!

I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.

I am writing about my experience at ENT. The waiting room is always full and the waiting time is excruciating. But I don't think it's a personnel problem. He is very pleasant and accommodating. I am in awe of Dr. Anna Rumanová. Pleasant and very nice.

We visited the hospital with our son (3 years old) on October 28, 2023, he had an acute ear infection. At the ENT, a full bakery, or not a bakery, but a chair right by the elevator, my son cried there for an hour, but no one even noticed us, and the staff was constantly barking around (obviously with a snack or wallet in hand). Total disinterest. Waste of time for me, we went to Prague and I will never visit this hospital again.

I have two experiences, one when I collapsed from overwork (exhaustion) and I spent one night directly in the Interna. Amazing staff, hats off. The second experience is when the grandmother's rectal tumor was cut out and she was sent home without a stoma, after many emergency calls (from the general practitioner and from us) and threats (that we will not take grandmother back into care), the doctor apologized that it was a "communication problem" "The noise and the stoma were performed after a few days. Thanks to this, Grandma became so weak that further follow-up cancer treatment was not possible, and she died after 2 months of being bedridden at home. Despite my good experience with this hospital, I give only 1 star for obvious reasons.

In the first case, it was about our grandmother, who was already in advanced age and her state of health was unstable. This fact is understandable in our perception, but the second case hurts us immensely. Recently, here in this department, a young patient from our family died suddenly, without warning and without a clear explanation. We leave these experiences with a lot of unanswered questions. Despite our repeated attempts to get answers and clarity from the hospital management and Dr. Dovalova, we were ignored. At a time when we would have expected empathy and transparency, we were met with reluctance and silence. I would therefore like to express my concern and warn other families. Trust in medical professionals is key, but it is important to remember that we have a right to be informed and to demand answers. Do not ignore any doubts or ambiguities that may arise about the health status of your loved ones. Please, if you find yourself in a similar situation, don't play with fire. If you have suspicions or misunderstandings, do not hesitate to contact the relevant authorities. In moments of unexpected loss of a beloved family member, we must not be silenced. Please keep us in your prayers and thank you in advance for your support and understanding during this difficult time.

Well, I was lying in the surgical ward after a rather demanding operation, but I have never experienced such an approach, the doctors were willing, kind, they constantly checked us 3 times a day, and the primary doctor Kyslan one topka, thank you very much, nurses? nurses like there should be helpful everywhere , nice, willing to help if you just close the window, friendly, communicative, but the bomb and the nurses were your top... sensitively treat wounds, help, joke... the cleanliness of the ward, the food is a bit worse, but that's in every hospital. I hope that I will never have to undergo any surgery, but if by any chance I would go there again, and I am from KE, where I do not have good experience, and basically, the rests that were done to me at the KE hospital were put together with willingness and high expertise. To begin with, I want to give credit to the doctors and other staff who want to help and care in this hospital, but I want to point out the other side of people who just go to work a shift. Access to patients is at freezing point. Getting information about the patient (family), what kind of health problem he has, how to proceed with the treatment, how to help him is difficult, you'll rather win at sports. Calling competent people is an art, with the result that you have to come in person, and it is still doubtful whether you will find someone who is in charge of the patient in question. The family is forced to visit the patient daily and help him if they want him back healthy. It is not for nothing that people go to this hospital to die. The hospital is in urgent need of reconstruction, so that the staff can work better, but the patients can rest. If I can advise, immediately take the patient somewhere else, even though it would cost money, which is not equal to the health of the loved one (patient).

I was in the one-day surgery department for 4 days because I had a more complicated operation. Many nurses took turns with me and I cannot say a word about their care and willingness. Everyone was nice, helpful and smiling. The food was beyond expectations, chicken schnitzel, steamed buns, gnocchi with meat, of course jam, butter, honey, rolls or fruit. Thank you for the procedure and for the care. I am glad that I chose the second district for the operation.

Today, October 3, 2023, it was supposed to be vaccinated to protect health against covid 19. From 1:00 p.m., approx. 40 people who registered were supposed to be vaccinated, and from 2:00 p.m., it was their turn to come unregistered. Topoľčany hospital was unprepared (one nurse and one doctor, the system did not work). Most of the registered people were elderly people. At 1:30 p.m., the nurse and the doctor started to deal with something... The two of us came from Prievidza and were unregistered. After 14.00 we left with the fact that we have a chance to get in line in 3-4 hours, as 2-3 people were vaccinated before our departure. In a word, chaos. We gave up. But before we left, we spoke to the deputy at the directorate, who, with her incompetence, only stated that the doctor could not keep up. It is possible that such incompetent people work in hospital management. We traveled 60 km there and 60 back and nothing. We will see when and where we manage to get vaccinated. My mom was amortized in a week. And unfortunately, it's not the first such experience. This is anything but a hospital!!!!!!

The hemorrhoid surgery and subsequent hospitalization went perfectly. I highly appreciate the helpful and friendly attitude of the doctors, nurses and other staff. The surgery department is very nicely renovated, in every room a clean modern shower, toilet, Smart TV, WiFi. The food is very tasty by hospital standards. Thank you very much for the pleasant course of hospitalization.

We completed the birth and follow-up care at the hospital. I positively acknowledge a parking lot with sufficient capacity and a price of CZK 10/hour. I also really liked the breakfast buffet concept. Of course, the quality of the food corresponded to the amount paid by the client for health insurance. The hospital's equipment also matches the price. The birth took place normally, thanks to extra-standard care (own midwife and doula). A very noisy renovation was taking place in the hospital, when the client's bed was also vibrating. So it was necessary to leave the hospital earlier. The behavior of the staff corresponds to the 20s of the 21st century in the Czech Republic. In other words, normal and nice during normal communication. In case of problems, arrogance and threats start. Some of the staff also only speak broken Czech. Overall, the vaunted Czech care has once again shown what it really is. No one died and in this case no one has any lasting effects, but would anyone want to go through it again?...No........I recommend considering the alternative of not paying for the birth in Germany or Austria. It can be stated that the care provided fully corresponded to the amount of health insurance paid in the Czech Republic.

Of course they will accommodate you and nothing is a problem, but my personal experience with this hospital is disastrous. In the winter of 2023, I underwent a hysterectomy. I was to be operated on by MUDr. Radek Poláček, who was absent at the time and no one informed me. All the pre-operative examinations were negative. After the operation, Mudr. Josef Hajči, who finally operated on me, came to me and told me that he had no information about me in the card and that he was sorry, he was very tired and we accidentally removed one ovary. After the operation, the drip dripped out of my vein, my hand was swollen, when I called the nurse she scolded me. From October 10-12, I was under medical treatment at the hospital's urology department. I only had to wait a little over a month for the operation under spinal anesthesia. I can only praise both the doctors and the nursing staff (there was one exception). Their professional preparation and human attitude made it much easier to get through the often vulnerable and humiliating situations. Since I am otherwise in good physical condition, I tried to be a "good patient" as well, but those who were more down than me were also treated fairly patiently. Could this be the "ruined" Hungarian healthcare system? Or was I the only one being given VIP treatment without my knowledge, as part of a secret conspiracy?

Tonight will be three weeks since my adopted baby literally tore my nose off, scarred my face 2mm from my eye.
