I would like to thank the doctors of this clinic who operated on my father. It was a very complicated operation related to a cervical hernia, the work was performed at a high level. Operated by I.P. Kuriletsi, O.V. Shvets. and Polishchuk A.O. I want to say something special about Andriy Oleksandrovich, as he was our doctor who guided us from the first appointment to discharge. I have never seen such incredible doctors who do their work with such care and passion. He is very meticulous about everything, listens carefully to the patient and gives recommendations. Consults and answers questions at any time. Andriy Oleksandrovich Polishchuk is really a doctor from God who works according to his vocation. Separately, I want to write to those who write that the Moscow State University rents something somewhere. People operate, not walls, it doesn't matter where, the main thing is who does it and how. My father was operated on in September 2023 on the basis of the University Clinic, there is already a separate floor for the team of the Medical Center. The clinic itself is very wonderful, although of course you have to pay for comfort like everywhere else.

I had an intervertebral hernia and could not walk. Once in the hospital, Dr. Shvets and his team performed an operation and got me back on my feet. I now lead an active lifestyle and can walk again. I am very grateful to them, thank you very much for their work and attitude towards patients!

On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. Because he is a doctor from whom everyone should take an example. Responsible, tactful and, in general, professionally treats his patients and people in general. It has been more than half a year since the operation. My mother feels great. She speaks, she is not paralyzed as they told me in our hospital, as they told me in Kyiv. But in the center of Neurosurgery, everything is so well thought out, everything is so professionally selected that you fully surrender yourself to the doctor and are no longer afraid. I read a bad review about resuscitation. The doctors in the intensive care unit looked after the patients normally and professionally. I was even amazed, and I saw and heard the feedback of other people, patients. Thank you very much to Dmytro Serhiyovych Sikorsky and Oleksandr Oleksandrovich Yarty for correcting the mistake and taking care of me throughout my stay in the hospital. Thank you for teaching me how to sit down and try to stand up. Regarding rehabilitation, we can only wish for the best. While the head of rehabilitation is Kateryna Oleksandrivna Zinov'eva - I do not recommend it.

I had a good experience with Dr Carlos for MRI scans and follow-up appointments. However, the billing team and administration is very unorganized and has caused me a huge amount of stress and suffering. I am a full yinsured patient and they have been unable to submit my invoices to correct insurers, failed to communicate with me when my insurance companies have missed something, and start chasing down payments of plus 2 years old using debt collection agencies. Beware, stay away from the Schoen Clinics as they are very unprofessional. Have never experienced anything quite like this. In April 2023, a debt collection agency contacted me saying invoice over due with Schoen Clinic. I was shocked as my insurance company should have settled this 1 year ago. Cigna subseqeuntly settled the bill quickly on my behalf once I took lead on it. To be clear, I never recieved one piece of communication from Schoen Clinic saying the bill had not been settled by my insurance company and they went straight to debt collection agency even though I have a long history with the clinic as an insured patient. In November 2023, I get contacted again by a debt collection agency. Schoen were unable to tell me in April 2023 that there was also £175 invoice and a fee of £100 that had not been paid by Axa in 2020. Clearly at this point I am losing all hope with the Schoen Clinic and am insulted that they would raise these trivial amounts via agency this long ago. I struggle to even remember what they are for, have not recieved invoices and to make matters worse you cant even contact somebody in person to talk to about it.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t help my knee at all. Left in the waiting room for 50mins for appt. Then I apparently had £12 bill outstanding. I had a baby. Then I find out they’ve passed the £12 bill to a debt collector who has rolled it up and added a load of fees.

This review is for the administration, not the health professionals, which I will post separately. I attended for a consultation on 14th March and paid an invoice that day which I was led to believe covered everything. At the end of July I was chased for an outstanding invoice of £400 for two x-rays which was supposedly raised on 15th March. I queried it, but to no avail. And only today have I finally received the actual invoice, 5 months late! In view of my being originally misinformed and the delay in providing the invoice, a small reduction? Not a chance!

I had my total hip replacement surgery here six days ago and everything went great. Dr.Ravnihar is great and he took his time to make everything perfect for me. His staff at B2 ward is full of love for patients and find it not hard to do their job. One more thing that was very good to me. Food at this hospital is excelent and some restaurants might be envy of the cook here. All in all,if you need some joint replaced,come here and you will not be dissapointed.

Visited the clinic for a second opinion regarding Cobalt values ​​based on M.O.M. hips, have to wait more than 2 months. The staff is friendly and helpful with digital transactions that we are not very good with

I had knee meniscus arthroscopy surgery at RNOH hospital in Stanmore (via the Private Care Unit) and I was truly satisfied with the results. All of the staff were genuinely amazing in helping me feel welcomed, relaxed and taken care of. ***FYI, I found this hospital through the NHS hospitals reviews website as being the best in the UK when dealing with joints issues like mine.*** Special thanks to Dr Chethan Jayadev (my surgeon) and his team in the operation theatre. Also special thanks to the Senior Nurse Sima who made sure everything is prepared and ready for me before and after the operation - she was amazing in every given moment even when I was leaving the hospital she made sure I can hop in the car in a safe for my knee way... I mean wow it does not cost much to be nice to others. Frankly speaking my experience as being positive matched with the reviews I read about this hospital few years ago. It is nice to see that they are keeping up with the reputation and level of service. I wish you very best if you are planning to go for a surgery at this hospital and I am sure whichever path you choose either funded through NHS or though Private Health Insurance Provider you will be treated very well - saying that as I had the opportunity to see and experience both pathways and levels of treatments. ❤️👍

I recently had a spinal procedure under the care of Mr Leong. I am extremely grateful for the level of care and attention I received, from being offered alternatives before I was ready to take the plunge with surgery, to the surgery itself and after care. It was lovely to feel complete faith in my consultant but also to hear other doctors speak so highly of him. The whole team at RNOH were so helpful and attentive and I am truly grateful to Mr Leong, for his kind & caring attitude and for getting me back on my feet again.

I was there from November 20th to November 27th because of a cervical disc prosthesis. If only I had had this clinic last year I could have saved myself an operation. This clinic is really great. Doctors, nursing staff and so on, everyone is super nice and always has a smile. I couldn't complain about the food. Some other clinics can learn a lesson from this clinic. You're all really great, keep it up and stay the way you are. Some disadvantages are that there is no cafeteria so you can sit for a bit. 🤣 Thanks a million to all of you.

I had a hip operation in July, the preparation and organization was great. The staff, nurses and doctors were all excellent, only the food could be improved. I can only recommend this clinic.

I had hip surgery in Hohwald 4 months ago and am very satisfied with the result. The doctors and nurses are all very nice. Unless Doctor Cancler should think about how he treats his patients. Telling a patient the day before surgery that her prognosis doesn't look good is not the most sensitive way.

I have had abdominal liposuction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Tomasz Mierzwiński. I am very pleased with the results, but I have to wait a few weeks for the final result, but the surgery itself and post-operative care are at the highest level. The doctor is specific, nice, patient with the patient and, above all, an expert in his profession. the nurses are very caring and always helpful (special thanks to Mrs. Kasia and Mrs. Weronika. Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

I've just had a stay in Goring Hall Hospital for a hip replacement. The surgery was a huge success, and the level of care from everyone has been second to none. The rooms are private and very comfortable, the nurses are all amazing, and then the catering service from Granny Vivian is the icing on the cake (so happy and friendly, and each course served individually to ensure the food is fresh and warm)

Sally and Stephanie were both very professional and very friendly. Treated me as a normal intelligent human being, which was appreciated. And the blood test was sensitively done!! Thank you I can’t see how to write another review! So am adding to this one. Had my hand surgery yesterday, and it was made almost enjoyable! Lizzie was great and looked after me without fuss. What can I say about Granny Vivian?! Everyone needs a Granny V. When I said how much I enjoyed her tea, she brought me 2 more (very welcome!) mugs. Just delightful ❤️

I've recently had a knee replacement at Goring Hall Hospital. Whilst on my stay on the ward I was served my evening meal by Granny Vivian from catering. What an absolute delight this lady is. So thoughtful and caring to the extent of bringing the starter out first and following with the main course so it didn't get cold. She had a wonderful smile on her face but still remained very professional in her service. An absolute joy.

I was really pleased with the care I received when I was in for my gastric sleeve with Aruna Mungasinghe. He was an amazing consultant who I trust and respect. He had a brilliant bedside manner and made sure that I was fully informed on all decisions. My surgery went really well and I’m excited for the future now. I would also like to make a special mention to Nana who was my nurse on the day that I was admitted/surgery. She really put me at ease. All of the staff from nurses to doctors to porters to cleaners were so friendly and all had a sense of humour which really helped me as I was alone due to the distance from my home to the hospital. I recently visited The Clementine Churchill Hospital for a neurological consultation, and I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from the staff. From the moment I stepped into the hospital, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I was promptly directed to the neurology department. After my consultation, I visited the pharmacy department to fill my prescription. The pharmacists and phrmacy technicians were equally helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring that I understood the dosage instructions. They treated me with respect, compassion, and genuine care, making a challenging situation much less stressful. I would highly recommend this private hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care. Medical outcomes so far seem very good. Surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre staff excellent. Ward staff generally excellent, but there were a couple who were a but grumpy (everyone has an off day). Equally one male nurse (Sule) was brilliant, which is what you need after surgery when you're feeling rough and vulnerable.

I was admitted to the care of Mr Roy Abraham and his team by NHS referral for a hysterectomy, everyone was really lovely and I felt very well looked after especially by the nurses during my stay. I had a lovely private en-suite room and even the food was good. 5 stars would recommend!

Well looked after by caring staff at all levels. Good food and comfy private room. Two minor niggles. The TV reception in the room was very poor. The fridge used to keep ice packs for swollen knees was inadequate which meant recommended application times could not be met.

Claire was excellent and most attentive. All the staff were amazing. The rooms are lovely (albeit a bit noisy road side but I was a day patient so didn’t matter). Theatre nurses were so kind. Ms Rajeswari saw me before, immediately after and before I went home and was most reassuring. Anaesthetist K O’Connor kept me chatting while putting me under so I never had any stress or tension. It was overall an amazing experience and makes me grateful for my private medical. Thank you all. Down to the sandwich and tea. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly and got a phone call 9am next day to ensure I was ok. Thank you.

I was so impressed with my care at Princess Margaret. Every single member of staff I encountered were absolutely fantastic. Right from the receptionist on my way in, then the porter who showed me to my room, the lady who took my lunch order and then of course all of the HCA’s, Nurses, Theatre Practitioners etc. Miss Predolac was a star as always and my anaesthetist was also great at putting me at ease from the get go. Unfortunately I’m rubbish with names but I would like to do a special mention of the breast nurse - she was absolutely fantastic and tipped my experience over the excellence edge. Thanks so much.

My whole experience at Shirley Oaks was the best I could have expected. I was a patient at Shirley Oaks when it first opened in the late 80's and it has since then become my hospital of choice. From the senior nursing staff to the catering and housekeeping staff, everyone of them where extremely professional, caring and friendly. I enjoyed my stay on the ward. I tried and failed to book an appointment for my daughter, trying to speak German, thought my German is not so good yet, I still have a certification for an A2 level. I have been told in a very rude way that I should learn to speak German before trying to book an appointment. This kind of people makes me vomit.

I had a big femur tumor which needed curettage and plate. I was recommended Prim. Martin Dominkus. I came from Romania for my surgery. The entire process went through flawless: communication, registration, preoperative examination, surgery, post surgery care. Medical staff is extremly organised but very calm. Extremely satisfied, can't thank you enough! Cheers to Station B1 team!

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

Due to the unfortunate pressure on the NHS it's necessary to have to fall back on private care on occasions. My Mum was in this situation and went here for a joint replacement operation. Impressed by respectful and professional manner in which she was cared for. Building interior itself is modern and completely spotless.

I was looked after extremely well at The Park Hospital, and treated with respect at all times. My room was very comfortable and the staff were always on hand for any needs I had, not to mention a joke or two! The food was lovely, a good choice of menu and always beautifully cooked and presented. So my thanks to all of the staff who looked after me, with special appreciation to Mr Henley and his team who were outstanding.
