I had a Gastroscopy for a week and received very poor treatment. both doctors and nurses. showed he seems mentally unbalanced. treats people degrading situation. without explaining what they should do.

The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

I regularly visit you for blood tests. It feels good to enter the hospital, it is clean and calm. The appointment is always fine. Everyone is polite from the entrance to the examiner. The examination assistant is kind and patient. The Chief Medical Officer is happy to answer my questions, we always part with a smile. I will receive the findings by email the next day.

This review is really a big thanks and dedication to Weronika Sowa, my coordinator for months of preparation. Incredibly professional, friendly, accomodating to all requests, responsive and supportive with fantastic communication. Big part of my decision to proceed with Allmedica was because of the experience with Weronika. Allmedica are beyond lucky to have such an impeccable dedicated professional! (Considering coming to Nowy Targ was the most inconvenient option of all - but actually worked out perfectly) Secondly to Dr Lukasz Worchol who performed my axillary surgery. Straightforward, professional and even diagnosed other potential contradictions. I would use his services again. The entire Allmedica team were competent and supportive, even though we were reliant on translations between polish and English. Everything was super smooth and the Anesthesia team - the best, it's really down to the general anesthesia that made my Post-surgery experience shockingly great! I ended up adding additional medical services last minute (thanks to Weronika) dental work with the Dr Skrzypek and the hygienist- absolutely fantastic work. She managed to provide some insights and answers to potentially other issues outside of dental diagnosis. Super grateful. Also a thanks to Oskar and the beautiful girls at reception - you know who you are 😉. I would highly recommend Allmedica and would use the services again.

This clinic is a joke, an appointment with a dermatologist scheduled for September was then moved by Allmedica to December, on November 10, I received another call from Allmedica informing me that the visit had been moved to February!!! I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help.
