Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!

I practiced judo for many years, but unfortunately, after an injury to the meniscus of my right knee, I had to say goodbye to the sport. The question arose of how to get rid of the pain. This is the second year I have been receiving treatment and observation from Sredin Konstantin Evgenievich. A competent doctor, he understands sports problems well. All the medical staff are handpicked. Friendly and polite people. Lyudmila Leontyevna is a doctor from God. I was so excited! But thanks to the attention of the girls nurses, thanks to the confidence and calmness of the anesthesiologist and microsurgeon (Kaplich L.L.), my excitement simply dissolved. The operation went smoothly, clearly, in a word, professionally! The whole team is top notch. Fantastic job!

Very nice modern building. On the ground floor there is a reception desk, paid services, a cloakroom, a cash desk, toilets, a pharmacy, a cafe, information kiosks from Belorusbank, Belpochta. Electronic queue. Comfortable corners for waiting and relaxing. Information stands with indication of specializations and layout of offices. There were no queues during the daytime. I was satisfied with the visit. Called according to appointment time. Gave professional advice and treatment. Received competent answers to all my questions. As for the prices for paid services - average.

Modern Medical Center in Belarus, Minsk

It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. I cannot praise The Christie too much. Although I'd rather not have to visit there, the amazing team make it so much easier and I actually look forward to seeing them. 4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

I have had abdominal liposuction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Tomasz Mierzwiński. I am very pleased with the results, but I have to wait a few weeks for the final result, but the surgery itself and post-operative care are at the highest level. Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

Everything about my experience at Mt Alvernia Hospital was first class. All the nursing staff were brilliant - very professional, caring and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was spotless.

I want to share my experience at Mount Alvernia hospital. I have been cared for by sister Daniela who has been truly first class in every aspect of my care. She is caring and knowledgeable and took very good care of my wound. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

Recovering from a total knee replacement and could not have been in safer hands than at Beardwood. All the nurses who looked after me were a credit and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very well looked after and I am sure will recover more quickly as a result.

Everyone from the receptionist through to the surgeon made my stay a brilliant experience. The nursing staff (different on all 3 days) were nothing short of being Angels. The catering staff 1st class. Please note your full English breakfast was excellent. The night shift team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. Overall a 1st class performance in my opinion, thank you so much.

Great hospital where I was well taken care of during my ankle surgery. The only slight criticism is please wait after knocking before entering the room, a couple of times the person came in straight after knocking when I hadn't given my consent, one time I was not dressed. Other than that I had a lovely stay and everyone was really friendly and nice.

I had the great fortune to have surgery and a 2 night stay at The Chiltern Hospital as an NHS patient. The whole experience was exceptional, I could not have asked for more. Surgery is never without stress, and every single member of staff could not have done any more to take care of me. Many, many thanks.

Service was amazing start through finish. Staff took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable throughout. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. From registration to leaving everyone was amazing. They always are. Mr. Hilton is so nice, as is Dr. Wee. My nurse was Alison, I think. All the staff are just so nice and happy to chat and have a laugh. I hope I don’t have to go back, but if I do I know I will be looked after and happy.😘🥂

All the staff were excellent. They were friendly and incredibly supportive. From the consultant, Mr Harvey and anaesthetist, Mr Snow to all the nursing staff - particularly Karina, Margaret and Sally - there were many others, Vanessa, Abby and Bernard who all took such care. Claire was excellent and most attentive. All the staff were amazing. The rooms are lovely (albeit a bit noisy road side but I was a day patient so didn’t matter). Theatre nurses were so kind. Ms Rajeswari saw me before, immediately after and before I went home and was most reassuring. Anaesthetist K O’Connor kept me chatting while putting me under so I never had any stress or tension. It was overall an amazing experience and makes me grateful for my private medical. Thank you all. Down to the sandwich and tea. Everything was perfect and ran so smoothly and got a phone call 9am next day to ensure I was ok. Thank you.

I was so impressed with my care at Princess Margaret. Every single member of staff I encountered were absolutely fantastic. Right from the receptionist on my way in, then the porter who showed me to my room, the lady who took my lunch order and then of course all of the HCA’s, Nurses, Theatre Practitioners etc. Miss Predolac was a star as always and my anaesthetist was also great at putting me at ease from the get go. Unfortunately I’m rubbish with names but I would like to do a special mention of the breast nurse - she was absolutely fantastic and tipped my experience over the excellence edge. Thanks so much.

I will most certainly consider signing up to private health care following this experience. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I entered, and I was provided with top care at all levels, from receptionist, to health care assistants, to nurses, to the doctors. A real credit to health care. Even when I was struggling post-op, I was never felt to be a burden.

From the moment Isle of Wight NHS transferred my care to The Hampshire Clinic, the level of communication and care was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way with extra care and thought about the length of my stay and the need to travel to and from the Island to Basingstoke. When there was an unavoidable delay in my operation, the whole team ensured that it was rescheduled and happened within 12 hours of the original time. When I responded badly to the anaesthetic, the night team were kind and patient, keeping me hydrated and comfortable until I could tolerate fluids. I received outstanding care and feel fortunate that the NHS referred me after being by in their waiting list for so long. It has made me seriously question the benefits of private hospital care and should I need treatment again in the future, is a route I would definitely explore. The staff , nurses and receptionist are all amazing and super friendly . My consultant DR George Goumalatsos is just fantastic . I have had a previous surgery with him in 2019 and I honestly feel I couldn't have asked for a better doctor . I know my road isn't closed just yet as awaiting on some rest result , but he has reassured that we will do another surgery once he has my test results back and help me feel like a brand new woman and free me from this horrible disease. His knowledge is just amazing. Thank you to all at the Hampshire clinic for the great work .

Living in the Paris region, in March 2023 I performed a colonoscopy at the Clinique Ste Marie (Cergy) revealing the existence of a non-cancerous polyp in the rectum. In April 2023, I contacted Doctor Mourregot at the ICM for a second opinion. The ICM then diagnosed me with stage 3 cancer. Everything is accelerating! Chemotherapy treatment (3 months) accompanied by chemoradiotherapy (1 month) are implemented. To date, I would like to share my experience with anyone who has questions about the care provided by the ICM. I was very well cared for, very well surrounded by a team of competent, professional, thoughtful, attentive and above all attentive doctors, nurses and healthcare staff. I responded very well to the treatments offered. I have complete confidence in this healthcare facility. Follow-up and surgery in the context of cancer. Serious and respectful institute. The oncologists, dct fabro and dct quesada, referred me to the surgeon, prof. Colombo, a human professional and very attentive. Intensive care department with little care, same kindness once in the surgery department, apart from the head of department who should be avoided, and who could benefit from training in empathy. Despite this, I remain satisfied and grateful to the institute which has my full confidence.

I was followed by the ICM. I have never seen anywhere else the interest they show in their patient. Everything is coordinated planned. The staff is extremely empathetic, kind and attentive.

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊
