The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. Because he is a doctor from whom everyone should take an example. Responsible, tactful and, in general, professionally treats his patients and people in general. It has been more than half a year since the operation. My mother feels great. She speaks, she is not paralyzed as they told me in our hospital, as they told me in Kyiv. On November 24, I was at the emergency clinic. The approach of the nurses and doctors was very professional and humane. Thank you for everything and I wish them good health and patience in their demanding work.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

I then waited two years for an operation. After the operation, I did not receive any information about the course of the successful operation, its success, nothing that a patient could expect from his doctor. In addition, the one who operated he took me under his care for the third time, this also shows that I have the utmost confidence in him as his patient. Couldn't fault any of the staff for their professionalism, friendliness and reassuring manner they showed me during my short time with them. Everyone from the receptionist to the consultant were absolutely fantastic. Only one gripe I have is the limited parking on site. We were lucky to get a space but the alternative was a pay & display at a local supermarket. I find this a bit off considering the money I was paying for the treatment!!

The whole team at HCA Wilmslow are absolutely amazing. They quality of care and attention to detail is something I’ve never seen before. Special mention to nurse Rachel who was absolutely fabulous and took such good care of me both before and after my surgery.

Good treatment center. The doctors and medical staff are wonderful. They performed an operation on my husband and gave him back the ability to walk. My great gratitude. There is a minus, but it relates to the city authorities; parking spaces have not been thought out. This is some kind of horror!!! Parking is impossible. A line of cars along the road from stop to stop and beyond. There are no places for disabled people at all.

The service staff is good. But neurosurgeon A.M. Kakaev and Stankevich S.K. butchers. All they have to do is cut up the wild boar and separate the fat from the meat. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. As a result, the integrity of the nerve was compromised and the pain increased two to three times.

The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

My son was treated here for a fractured arm. Dr Burstev did an incredible job both with the surgery and immaculately neat stitches, as with the care and attention given during follow-up appointments. Nurses and other staff also showed great attention and we really couldn't ask for more. Grateful.

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

We been in hospital for over 4 years and we are verry happy and satisfied with everything the doctors the nurses the ladys who are cleanining we are like a family but ,is a big But ,in San ildelfonso the chair for familly to sleep over the night need urgent change.is impossible to sleep.we have back pain, legs pain, over so many days in hospital is hard for us to rest .please help us ,on behave of familys

Before the reform this hospital was so unnerving that it looked like it came out of a horror film. After the reform it is much more colourful and has much more life. From what I have seen kids are way less scared of going to the hospital thanks to the reform. My only complaint is that with all the paintings navigating it has gotten a bit annoying. Overall if I had to take any children to do anything at a hospital near me this would be my first pick.

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.
