I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

My doctors were helpful, skilled, professional and provided me a lot of information. After operation services and information is complete with high priority to the after operation services. The urgence for post opération patients was fast and of full service. The nurses when I came before the operation were too busy, they let me in, gave me my wrist tag and gave me 3 medicines but let me waited 2 hours and no one came back to me to update me that the operation will within 2 hours of waiting . I came at 8h50 and the actual operation is at 11h15, in between the waiting hours, no one has came to re assure me and update me of the schedule that made me nervous and worried for 2 hours. All nurses were so busy that morning and talks a lot to each other without double checking or just to give a quick short words to me for 2 hours in the waiting room before the Anesthesist picked me up. Thank you.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves. I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement: - at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄 - cold administrative reception - a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do - we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

I am impressed with the level of the hospital, attitude of medical and medical care. Grateful my surgery was handled here with great professionalism. Merci bien!

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

The best hospital in Madrid! I recently had a complex surgery and everything was impecable!

The immunology team made up of Dr. Sánchez Ramon and Dr. Navarro is great. They took good care of me throughout my pregnancy and thanks to them I was able to have my baby a year ago. They have always treated me very well, even by email at times when I was worried about the results of the analysis. I have nothing but words of gratitude for them. They are the best without a doubt.

Care provided in a very professional and caring manner by the outpatient colonoscopy team. I felt an atmosphere that was both comforting for the patient that I am and relaxed among the caregivers. In a word: thank you.

Outpatient control examination with general anesthesia. The nurses and caregivers are top notch, very friendly and attentive. On the other hand, an anesthetist (apparently an intern) first pricked me twice on the top of my right hand, leaving the needles which a nurse then came to remove, before pricking my left hand to finally manage to the vein. Not good at all, we can say, and particularly painful. After the procedure, both my hands remained blue, swollen and very painful for at least 4 days. This is scandalous, especially if we consider the significant excess fees charged by La Protestante on anesthesia. Anesthesia alone costs more than €125, of which around €50 is reimbursed by the SS and €35 ​​by my mutual insurance.

I had to be hospitalized as an outpatient then in surgery in less than a week and both stays went very well. In the outpatient setting the nurses were very kind, attentive and funny (which is important in this kind of stressful moment). I was very well taken care of. For my stay on the 5th floor, everything went very well too! Thanks to nurse Catherine who was lovely to me, like a mother, who listened to me, made me laugh and took good care of me. Thanks also to the night caregiver who was very kind. Thanks also to the recovery room teams! And to the teams in the surgical theaters and the endoscopy suite, especially the nurse anesthetist who took care of me Thursday morning for my endoscopy, she really listened and was able to reassure me! I really felt good in the clinic. All the staff are kind and attentive, whether they are the admissions ladies, the stretcher bearers, the nurses, the nursing assistants, the doctors. If I have to have another operation one day, I would go back to the Protestant without hesitation! For once we see staff who are still human and smiling!

Horrible experience… i arrived at midnight in an ambulance with my 1 year old and i am sitting in the waiting room at 4:29 writing this review … they told me to wait for 5 hours for a doctor …. My son is really sick and cant do anything about it and the people that are supposed to help are just being awful to me for asking if they could check on him

Excellent care for our two year old, every staff member made us feel at ease, looked after us well. car parking (multi storey) was simple, drive in, no coins or tokens to mess around with, well laid out hospital and clean, far better than our local hospital (RPH)

Every single staff member I have met in this hospital, from security to cleaner reception to nurses to physicians, is a genuine nice person. They are willing to help you without hesitating. The communication between units is excellent.

Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

My anesthesiologists were playing Joanne while putting me to sleep. Great and kind staff. Very positive experience.

Very clean hospital. Went for a colonoscopy today and everyone was very nice and helpful! Doctor Georgieva is very kind and understanding! The only downside is the long wait for the examination. The whole thing took 6 hours and the exam itself is 10 minutes. But still, I'd rather wait and be treated with kindness and respect!

Horrible experience. We are waiting 2 hours already for a simple 5 min surgery. I don't even know how much more it would be. Nobody tells you at least an estimation. Too bad for the good interior. Do not go there!!!!

Wonderful people, very good and professional attention, they were fast, attentive, available and very, very kind. Don't hesitate to go there if you ever need medical assistance in Lucerne. Oh, and the emergency services, 10/10. I give them 5 stars, they deserve twice as many.

I had a carotid artery surgery. I was very happy with Dr Prof Ockert . He correctly diagnosed the root cause and the needed operation. He also invited my wife to to hear the risks for not doing it and the risks for doing it. We felt this was important as the outcomes could change our livestyles. Finally the operation was a great success. Good team work between the doctors too.

I didn’t know you’re supposed to first call 1813 before heading to the hospital for something like a cut, but the nurses and doctors in the trauma centre were incredibly kind and attentive and my injury has healed incredibly well. Huge thanks to the amazing staff!!

I was told that i had broke my bone💔 that was kind of mean💔 but they fixed it so i guess its okay😊 it was free also that is really cool😊😊 in Usa i had to pay 800$ for a blood test😓

I have nothing but praise for the staff of the ward I had to attend. My wife's colostomy kit and bags had gone astray with our luggage on our flight from Birmingham to Copenhagen. With assistance from friends we contacted the hospital, who gave us a complete set of spares and kit to last the few days that we were staying in Copenhagen. I offered payment, which was declined. The nurse who I saw was very kind, patient, understanding and compassionate, especially as the choice of items was so overwhelming and the event so upsetting.

Waiting times of more than 9 hours!! Cannot recommend going there if there is any other option. Absolutely understaffed. No air conditioning in the waiting room. The vending machine only takes coins, therefore big risk for dehydration. Haven’t had a worse experience in a hospital ever.

Being a tourist in Bologna and having to attend Pronto Soccorso was daunting, however my experience of the treatment I received was first class. Most of the staff spoke English at a level that I could understand what was happening regarding my treatment, from doctors to porters. I am very grateful for the medical care that was provided during a time of stress and pain.

I went whining in pain and they seemed annoyed by that then told me I had to had an appointment to have an emergency and gave a phone number then proceeded to talk to each other in Dutch and stopped recognizing my presence, worst hospital EVER

I’m an international student and I didn’t know how the health care here in the Netherlands works. I have a lump in my throat that makes me feel I can’t breathe. Since in my country (Italy) you can always get assistance I went to the emergency department because I was worried about my thyroid problem and I couldn’t wait until may 30th for the GP. I explained my problem and two nurses were really frustrated and rude, one of them laughed at me by saying “oh you can walk and speak, is it an emergency for you?”, another one: “are you an international student? I knew it!!! you international students always come here for EVERYTHING”. I know I was supposed to do a quick Google before going but I was really worried and they could have said those things in a different way. I give 5 stars to the third nurse that explained to me in a really polite way what to do.

I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. I have visited this medical center firstly and I was really satisfied by reception staff, girls were very polite and kind :) I ve visited surgeon and doctor was also very king, responsive and attentive.
