My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful - no crowds, no shouting or rushing. Great employees - positive attitude towards the patient, ready to help (greetings to the receptionist from 19/10/23, very nice and helpful, and to the nurse ;)

I had a hip replacement on 5.12.23. Mr Campion filled me with confidence and I felt in safe hands before during and after the procedure. I can highly recommend this man. My nurses Steph and in particular Julie were so kind and friendly, nothing was too much and they made me feel safe and looked after. My physio Greg was amazingly supportive and has given me confidence in my ability to do the exercises. Thank you to all.

I have only praise for the team today in the Radiology department. They were fantastic and so attentive of my concerns and fears, they kept me informed about the procedure informing me in advance of what to expect. The swift process from booking to having the MRI made things all the better thank you team, you were great. 👏🌟

My procedure, carried out by Mr Aldrich, went very well with no complications and no pain at all to date! The nurses were all cheerful, lovely and very kind. If you have to have an operation, Three Shires is the place to go! Thank you everyone, very much indeed.

Today I visited the clinic twice, I liked the good, warm attitude, and of course the services provided were 5 stars. I did an ultrasound of the veins, an ECG, and an ultrasound of the mammary glands. All doctors are very attentive. By the way, prices for many services are lower than in other clinics. I recommend!

Fertility clinic... my 4th transfer was negative... you always have another doctor who doesn't know anything about you Even though he has the folder in front of him, examinations were always different, tablets and injections are simply forgotten or are suddenly no longer needed, I absolutely don't feel like I'm in good hands in this fertility clinic... they're just out for money. You'll never see me again...

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

Hello, I got a new hip. Been to several hospitals but this one was great. The sisters are always ready, very friendly and helpful. You never heard an unfriendly word, no matter how many times you rang the bell. The doctors calmly answered all of your questions. Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

Wow, amazingly friendly and very helpful staff at all 3 reception desks (A&E, Urgent Treatment and the general receptiondesk in-between the two), they all know their job/role and were incredibly efficient. Once we found where we were going there was little time to wait as the attentive staff team followed procedures and helped my friend. If I ever need a good hospital in the future I hope I'm close to this one. Thank you to all the staff at all levels. Keep up the great work. 👍 😊

Here today, wednesday 29th November 2023, in St Mary's for day surgery and being looked after wonderfully....absolutely nothing is too much trouble! Staff are so friendly...thankyou Debs and everyone involved for looking after me...you are all a huge credit to the NHS and have made me feel so very relaxed and at ease. For the first time in a long time. I felt like I was listening to the happiest news of something not so good. But after going to AE 4 weekends in a row. Seen the specialist and they are appalled that treated this way and now caused long term irreversible problems.. so if it wasn't for someone listening to me st Mary's would have had 1 star.

I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!

I practiced judo for many years, but unfortunately, after an injury to the meniscus of my right knee, I had to say goodbye to the sport. The question arose of how to get rid of the pain. This is the second year I have been receiving treatment and observation from Sredin Konstantin Evgenievich. A competent doctor, he understands sports problems well. Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

I wanted to thank surgeon Kārlis Vērdiņš. After having two kids I had diastasis recti and he made my tummy look ever better than it looked before the kids. Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.

I have had abdominal liposuction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Tomasz Mierzwiński. I am very pleased with the results, but I have to wait a few weeks for the final result, but the surgery itself and post-operative care are at the highest level. Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

Everything about my experience at Mt Alvernia Hospital was first class. All the nursing staff were brilliant - very professional, caring and thorough. Nothing was too much trouble. The hospital was spotless.

I want to share my experience at Mount Alvernia hospital. I have been cared for by sister Daniela who has been truly first class in every aspect of my care. She is caring and knowledgeable and took very good care of my wound. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Had a caudal epidural at this hospital yesterday. The care and attention that I was given from start to finish was exceptional. All staff, from reception, catering to nurses and theatre were wonderful. So kind and genuinely caring. Have been to this hospital 3 times now and would absolutely recommend it.

Recovering from a total knee replacement and could not have been in safer hands than at Beardwood. All the nurses who looked after me were a credit and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very well looked after and I am sure will recover more quickly as a result.

Everyone from the receptionist through to the surgeon made my stay a brilliant experience. The nursing staff (different on all 3 days) were nothing short of being Angels. The catering staff 1st class. Please note your full English breakfast was excellent. The night shift team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. Great hospital where I was well taken care of during my ankle surgery. The only slight criticism is please wait after knocking before entering the room, a couple of times the person came in straight after knocking when I hadn't given my consent, one time I was not dressed. Other than that I had a lovely stay and everyone was really friendly and nice.

I had the great fortune to have surgery and a 2 night stay at The Chiltern Hospital as an NHS patient. The whole experience was exceptional, I could not have asked for more. Service was amazing start through finish. Staff took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable throughout.
