Parotidectomy in 37 Oncology clinics in Europe with additional parameter

My experiences there have consistently been the worst, primarily due to the limited English-speaking staff. I would strongly advise against recommending this hospital to anyone. It's incredibly frustrating to receive appointments scheduled months in advance at 9:30 AM, only to still be waiting for an examination at 1 PM. This is, in my opinion, the worst hospital to visit.

I participated in my daughter's labor. I say that I participated, because I was not there as a spectator, but being an active part of the labor. I didn't give birth to my daughter, I didn't feel the labor pains, my body is still intact and strong. My wife suffered and went to her physical limit to bring our little seed into this world. But I was there, in her every contraction, I was there in every sigh of pain, I was there holding her in my arms and living in our moment, taking care of my family and being the strength and support for my loved one. It was 14 hours of labor, it was exhausting and suffering, but it was also beautiful, magical, poetic, it was our moment, where our connection was strengthened even more. My heart is filled with the most beautiful emotions every time I remember that moment. St Joseph Krankenhaus, I have no words to describe this amazing hospital, I can't think of a better place for us to experience all of this. The midwives, the nurses, the doctors, the pediatricians, how much sensitivity and respect for us, for our moment. They were a fundamental part of all of this, I can only thank them. The "birth ritual" conducted by the midwives was the dance of life, the path of light for our Sementinha. And where some people see suffering, I see beauty, the beauty of giving birth to the beauty of life.

I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. Extremely negative experience, after having traveled more than 100km and 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment scheduled for December 4 at 1:20 p.m., for possible breast cancer, I learned on the spot that it had been brought forward to 9 a.m. without being informed . Despite the advance of almost 30 minutes for each patient, the two doctors present categorically refused, without even coming or apologizing to carry out the planned examinations. Probably a golf course or a houndstooth hunt planned for 4 p.m.??!!!. No consideration or humanity on their part. So I stay with my anxieties and my doubts until a possible another appointment.

Do an examination and consider treatment that is not even your profile. At 19 she can still walk along the corridor and remind her that tomorrow..... Truly a man in his place! On 21.01.2023 I had broken my arm. I paid 4000 krons to this hospital but till now I dont get my Bill so I can get this money from my insurance.

Visited here on 13th March 2023 as my mum had wrist fracture. Overall it was a good experience. Dr Dana and her team, emergency department staff and x-ray staff were very professional and helpful. They did tell us where to make the payment. However, the amount to be paid was a bit confusing. Regardless of what the doctors did, the amount were the same for the first day and following day. If you need immediate assistance, go to their emergency department (legevakt) instead of the main entrance. Search for "Tromsø kommunale legevakt" on Google map.

A bathroom with a persistent smell of sewerage, which was not eliminated, even by pouring a product into it (from home, by the way). Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough! Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

The immunology team made up of Dr. Sánchez Ramon and Dr. Navarro is great. They took good care of me throughout my pregnancy and thanks to them I was able to have my baby a year ago. Waiting times of more than 9 hours!! Cannot recommend going there if there is any other option. Absolutely understaffed. No air conditioning in the waiting room. The vending machine only takes coins, therefore big risk for dehydration. Haven’t had a worse experience in a hospital ever.

Being a tourist in Bologna and having to attend Pronto Soccorso was daunting, however my experience of the treatment I received was first class. Most of the staff spoke English at a level that I could understand what was happening regarding my treatment, from doctors to porters. I am very grateful for the medical care that was provided during a time of stress and pain.

I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work!
