The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. There are no complaints about the surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room nurses, everything was done clearly, conscientiously, for which many thanks, special thanks to the intensive care unit for their care. My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. The physiotherapists were also fantastic & really worked hard to get me mobile & discuss any worries. RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

The Family Planning and IVG service is incredible, I recommend 100% Welcoming, smiling, attentive and open-minded care. I made an appointment for a contraceptive consultation and the installation was done the same day. I was also offered to do STI screenings directly and even given the opportunity to discuss it with the counselor/psychologist available in place. Highly recommended !

I think one of the best hospitals in terms of "gynecological emergencies", good care, less waiting and the staff is friendly. I met a gynecologist who took care of me really TOP. on the other hand the level 2 nurses, not all of them but the good ten that I had to meet who wanted them to explain my whole situation in front of everyone when it's not easy and they didn't care, I found their attitude quite a pity but really this hospital is TOP.

Very warm welcome at the nuclear medicine department, the nurses, doctors and receptionists are all very empathetic and smiling. What a pleasure to be cared for and taken care of like this when I imagine that it must not be easy for them every day. Perfect 👍

Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

My anesthesiologists were playing Joanne while putting me to sleep. Great and kind staff. Very positive experience.

The women from the reception are so rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say. I waited 30minutes for an invoice because the only person who can do that was on the lunch break. Also, the doctor who did the sonography which takes 2 minutes told me "it is what it is" after I told him that I have pain in the area that he checked. Never again.

I was staying on the 3rd floor in Confraternität Privatklinik for an ankle surgery last April. All went well, there were no difficulties. Before my stay, the accounting office was very responsive to all inquires. Nurses and doctors were helpful and always assisted me and my needs; they could fluently speak English. I was impressed by the quality of the food! All comes with a price, but that was somehow inline with expectations for a private clinic.

Went there for a knee operation. The receptionist was unwelcoming and rude. The nurse who took the firsr details seems to have been too tired at the end of his shift. Not only did he forget to bring dinner as promised but put some important derails wrong, e.g. that the right knee should be operated and not the left. After 2 nurses and a doctor all kept saying my left knee was to be operated it was really too much. The floor doctor put a needle for the iv which when the nurse tried to hook up was transmitting the liquid outside the vein - which is quite painful! When i yelped at the pain, and corrected for the x time that my right knee should be operated and not the left one, the senior internist doctor in the room said that i was provoking her (!) Another person came to put in the needle for the iv, and after puncturing me about 8 times in different places said he gives up and the aneastesist will hsve to do it at the OP theater. Honestly if the knee surgery was not an emergency (carthilage broke and fractures on kneecap made any movement impossible) i would have walked out. I have to say however that most nurses were kind and compassionate - however when mistakes are put in the system they seemed unable to rectify, which however could have had serious consequences. I gave this information on their feedback form - but there was no resonance. Since this happened during Easter i assume management does not care and the requested feedback was a waste of my time. No surprise that the final bill was inaccuracte. I will not go into this hospital again and do not recommend it.

Wonderful people, very good and professional attention, they were fast, attentive, available and very, very kind. Don't hesitate to go there if you ever need medical assistance in Lucerne. Oh, and the emergency services, 10/10. I give them 5 stars, they deserve twice as many.

I had a carotid artery surgery. I was very happy with Dr Prof Ockert . He correctly diagnosed the root cause and the needed operation. He also invited my wife to to hear the risks for not doing it and the risks for doing it. We felt this was important as the outcomes could change our livestyles. Finally the operation was a great success. Good team work between the doctors too.

I didn’t know you’re supposed to first call 1813 before heading to the hospital for something like a cut, but the nurses and doctors in the trauma centre were incredibly kind and attentive and my injury has healed incredibly well. Huge thanks to the amazing staff!!

I was told that i had broke my bone💔 that was kind of mean💔 but they fixed it so i guess its okay😊 it was free also that is really cool😊😊 in Usa i had to pay 800$ for a blood test😓

I have nothing but praise for the staff of the ward I had to attend. My wife's colostomy kit and bags had gone astray with our luggage on our flight from Birmingham to Copenhagen. With assistance from friends we contacted the hospital, who gave us a complete set of spares and kit to last the few days that we were staying in Copenhagen. I offered payment, which was declined. The nurse who I saw was very kind, patient, understanding and compassionate, especially as the choice of items was so overwhelming and the event so upsetting.

Apart from the confusing way the floors are numbered, this hospital is the best there is in the Netherlands.

I went whining in pain and they seemed annoyed by that then told me I had to had an appointment to have an emergency and gave a phone number then proceeded to talk to each other in Dutch and stopped recognizing my presence, worst hospital EVER

I’m an international student and I didn’t know how the health care here in the Netherlands works. I have a lump in my throat that makes me feel I can’t breathe. Since in my country (Italy) you can always get assistance I went to the emergency department because I was worried about my thyroid problem and I couldn’t wait until may 30th for the GP. I explained my problem and two nurses were really frustrated and rude, one of them laughed at me by saying “oh you can walk and speak, is it an emergency for you?”, another one: “are you an international student? I knew it!!! you international students always come here for EVERYTHING”. I know I was supposed to do a quick Google before going but I was really worried and they could have said those things in a different way. I give 5 stars to the third nurse that explained to me in a really polite way what to do.

I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! RESPECT doctor Dejeu, doctor anesthetist, doctor nutritionist, psychologist and nurse Babi!

I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. The quality of the medical act was superlative. Thank you very much for your involvement and results.

Very unprofessional! I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. At the reception they treated me with indifference when I asked how much longer, they didn't even know. I'm sorry I didn't leave right away
