In one word, crazy!!! Small rooms, beds not even a meter apart. A terrible stench everywhere. Small windows in the rooms. Overall, small rooms in which as many beds as possible are crammed. There is no place here at all. The visiting room is also a disaster and not enough space for more visitors. Superior rooms all full. Unfortunately, I could not choose another hospital due to the address in Pilsen and the drop-off address. They hospitalized me there and kept me there for several days, the examination on one day was not recommended, so I had to stay there the next day. But they didn't have a place in the evening, so they released me from minute to minute. I don't know if they are so overloaded. Why did they make me stay there? I wanted to transfer it to another hospital, but I was not allowed to do that. They left me without food for one night and even in the morning they forgot about me with breakfast. After that I had to go to the examination which was at 9:00 and they forgot about me again. Then they forgot that I would go to 10 again. An hour later I was without food again. In a word, disaster. I was still sick after being released home, but no one cares.

The worst hospitals in Pilsen brought a grandfather with a fever and turned him into a lager with a completely broken psyche. DOCTORS ARROGANT AND NURSES DO NOTHING JUST STRIPE PEOPLE TO KEEP CALM. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

On December 6, 2022, we filed a complaint with the Czech Medical Chamber, etc., against the private hospital Privamed in Pilsen, so that the hyenism towards patients would end. We will be happy if everyone who also has a negative experience with Privamed joins us. The more we boo, the better chance we have of ending hyenism on patients in this hospital.

Went to the emergency room because I had some infection or allergic reaction on my lip and they told me to come back in 2 days because the right doctor isn’t there. What kind of emergency treatment is that?
Also they don’t speak any English what makes communication extremely difficult..

At the "emergency room" after I said I felt like I had an extreme fever, the lady took my temperature and said "37 is not an extreme temperature, can you tell me what you ingested?" and then he says that at the URGENT appointment you have to expect to wait several hours.

I arrived at a quarter past five, I've been here for 2 hours and the doctors are not able to call patients who are waiting for treatment to the office. No one has called me yet, no one has looked at my leg, mainly because they have a half-hour break, in all ambulances, the patients are already starting to swear. No friendly treatment. It was much better years ago. Never again, I'd rather go to the hospital for a ride, even if it's a longer route, but they definitely won't make you wait there for two hours or five hours. They take you as you come, simply in order.

I have several positive observations about the hospital.
- I have been visiting the department of allergology and immunology regularly for several years - the first workplace after Xlet that was able to stabilize my asthma, atopic eczema and allergies.
- In 2022, they saved my life and my daughter's mother in septic ward E at the Pilsen General Hospital (after an unsuccessful operation in another hospital).
- 14 days ago, my 1.5-year-old daughter underwent an operation at the pediatric gynecology clinic - warm, kind approach, everything was explained, the doctor and the nurse were very nice.
The hospital is 7 km from my house, but I always prefer to drive 40 km to the FN Plzen, where there are really professionals for me.

I regularly go to FN Lochotín for chronic pain. At the same time, they saved me years ago. I had a shattered vertebra after a car accident. I was operated on by Dr. MUDr. Choc and saved me by walking and they didn't give me a chance. I have been going to chronic pain ever since. I have almost a temporary stay there. I must say that they have excellent doctors here who understand their work and they are doctors in the right place. I must not forget the sisters, who also deserve praise. I just won't allow it to happen at FN Lochotín. Oh, and not to forget, a beautiful New Year and full of success both in life and at work.

Unfortunately, today, in the period between the holidays, when most of the doctors in Pilsen took vacation, we jumped at the emergency room. Although our problem was not urgent, we were referred here by a sign on the door of an empty doctor's office due to vacation.
At the time ticket printing machine, after asking what our problem was, an arrogant woman (probably the operator of the machine) completely laughed at us, saying that she does not go to the emergency room with it and is at home in bed, and continued to be arrogant and mocked us. She probably wrote herself unable to work. It was similar in the patient triage room, here again you will encounter arrogance and ridicule.
Fortunately, the doctor's care itself was fine, and it is only because of her that I give 3 stars.

For me, I definitely recommend the obstetrician at this hospital. Very kind, helpful and professional staff ❤️
The midwives Podušková and I think Škrdlantová supported me very nicely during the birth, took care of my every doubt and guided me during the grand finale. I thank them very much in this way.
Six months was also nice, the nurses are nice and try to support you in breastfeeding at the beginning. The neonatal nurse is a very nice woman in the right place! :) maybe I would just like a joke to explain the basic handling of a baby..
but otherwise everything was fine within the scope of the possibility.

Review of Mulač's maternity hospital MARCH 2023
Birth 10/10
Six weeks 10/10
The birth was natural. First, my amniotic sac ruptured, contractions started after 22 hours, so I had the opportunity to experience 3 shifts. Staff very empathetic and caring. Professional approach. I rate the birth itself very positively and excellently led by PA pí. Vendula Horová ❤️ for which we thank her very much - she is a great person in her place and we are very happy that we were in their hands and we welcomed our first born baby girl into the world 😘🤗
I rate the six-month-olds positively - nurses willing on all shifts. We had a problem with breastfeeding (we stayed a day longer in the maternity ward) The little one had a problem with latching and I with the onset of lactation - the nurses tried to get the little one to latch on, in the end it was solved with hats and papa at 106 😎
During discharge, each doctor (gynecologist + pediatrician) paid close attention to us, familiarized herself with everything and willingly answered my questions.
For me, I can only recommend the maternity hospital and thank you very much!

Is this called a hospital? Unpleasant nurses, one was not even able to answer my primitive question and rather left. When medical reports are given to the nurse, she only takes one from one patient, but still sees that there are more who would like to give a report. Instead, he turns and disappears.
What could I blame for not following the correct order of patients. As for the treatment, it's a disaster. They stopped treatment earlier than they should have. The horror...

Beautiful premises do not make a hospital. Orthopedics/surgery unfortunately wrong, wrong diagnosis, then long appointments, unsuccessful operation, need for reoperation, indifference, without reflection and trying to find a solution. The patient is only a means of payment for procedures, the more the better, but we did not find quality care and treatment / client approach here...

FOR FOREIGNERS
I had the worst experience at this hospital emergency yesterday. Over 5 hours i waited with 38 degrees fever and pain. The people working at the hospital especially the doctor with her assistant were super racist to me! Whenever i ask for help or try to understand why is the numbers always going with wrong order they didnt give me a proper answer instead they were being super racist and rude to me also they push me to the corridor. I paid around 80 euros because they didnt accept my insurance and it is said to me all doctors can speak in English because it has a foreign department but the doctor forced me to use google translate with a loud voice. They were reprimanding me as if im a kid. This hospital is a huge disaster the woman doctor who is taking care with me was a horrible doctor i had to go back to my country for getting a better health service and she misdiagnosed, not surprised because she didnt even ask for any analysis…Thank god im so much better after the correct medications. If you are tourist please for your own health do NOT visit this hospital…

Shocked at the rude behavior of the staff! They kept calling out the wrong ticket number, and then came out and shouted at me for not responding. Talked down at me and made me feel guilty and ashamed for coming in for an urgent prescription that I needed which, apparently, is a "non-emergency," after I willingly waited for over 4 hours. But I'm not registered with a gp yet because of a complicated situation, which they wouldn't care to understand. Moreover they charge you 90 kc in spite of having Czech health insurance. One of the doctors even loudly demanded that I show her the receipt (proof of payment) first and foremost! Had really expected much better than this!

She was scheduled in this facility for arthroscopy of the right knee by MUDr. Lashes. I am a patient with severe sleep apnea / diagnosed according to medical reports on 04/23/. Since I am also being treated for Parkinson's disease, I had with me a recommendation from neurology to perform ASK under epidural anesthesia, which according to the Anesthesiology Questionnaire should be possible in this facility.
MD Nutsosová, who admitted me, wanted a mask for the CPAP machine/ machine for the treatment of sleep apnea/. I received the CPAP device the day before the surgery and did not have time to try it out. According to the anesthesiologist, it would be necessary for postoperative care under general anesthesia. When I informed the doctor about the recommendation from neurology to perform the procedure under epidural anesthesia, she did not answer me. Her behavior was completely unprofessional in other ways as well. She told the anesthesiologist on the phone that I was fat and that I had a nerve stimulator/ I have a neurostimulator for Parkinson's disease/. So I was discharged home with the promise that the same day. the husband will be informed of an alternative date for the operation. This did not happen even the next day after the emergency from my husband, we were told that the alternative date will be communicated to us only on 2/5/23. My loss of trust in this facility is so great that I canceled any alternative date of ASK in Malvazinky. I'd rather arrange the surgery elsewhere.:-(

My loss of trust in this facility is so great that I canceled any alternative date of ASK in Malvazinky. I'd rather arrange the surgery elsewhere.:-(

Staff and accommodation very nice! That's why I give 2 stars. Everything was ruined by the attitude of the young doctor, her lack of interest in the patient and rude behavior. There was no interest in helping the patient to recover...she probably missed the Hippocratic oath..

Many thanks for the professional and human approach to the entire department of 02 surgery. You prove that even a stay in the hospital can be pleasant. Once again, many thanks.

We needed a kidney ultrasound for a kidney donor, Třebíč refused to order us 🤔 I don't understand the request form from IKE, Mostiště great approach and the ultrasound was done within an hour 🙏 I also have great experience with the laboratory.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :)
Best one 😊

Waited for 3 hours. I believe I have Giardia or some other parasite in my stomach after traveling in Peru. He looked me straight in the face and told me he didn’t know what a parasite was… even after explaining everything very clearly. The guy at the payment desk easily understood and understand but not the doctor?! Haha!! Can’t to go back home and see an educated doctor

I had a gastroscopy in this clinic and it was perfect. I didn’t even feel any discomfort, everything was done accurately, professionally and fast. Staff is very friendly, calmed me down during the procedure. I was able to watch my stomach on the monitor :)
