I don't want to lower the standard of this hospital and the LDN here, but they could definitely improve in the excellence of their patient care. I am dissatisfied with the outpatient income, but I will not talk about specific doctors here. If you are already hospitalized, you can use it to sit in a quite pleasant park.

Before starting here, my grandmother said that she didn't feel old at all, even though her body was angry. She was grateful, kind and tried to accept everything as it is... after a few weeks here they turned her into a mentally broken person who is afraid to ask for anything because it bothers them. Home, if your relative returns home, he will be a lager who can't arrange anything without help, because that's exactly what everything is aiming for here. I don't care if it's a small number of staff, even the little I've seen leads me to believe that this is not dignified.. This is disgusting…. I was not a patient, I can only judge from what I saw as a regular visitor.. Terrible experience. Not enough staff for such a large number of patients. A very nice building from the outside and that's all. The rooms are in terrible condition, three beds are crammed into the small rooms so that the patients cannot even pass. Imagine that your grandma or grandpa needs to go to the bathroom in the evening, and they actually tell him to defecate in a diaper, that they will wash him in the morning. Although it would be enough to accompany them a few steps to the toilet. For lunch/dinner, you don't get complete cutlery, but maybe a spoon, BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE CUTLERY FOR EVERYONE, and then the helpless person who tries to be self-sufficient because otherwise he will be scolded tries to drink with a spoon, for example, meat that is as hard as the soles of my mountains and not even I don't cut it successfully. Is your relative lying at the end of the hall? So it probably has a drink from the bottom of the container. It repeatedly happened that "melta", "cocoa", "coffee" already had bits and pieces from the bottom in it. And what is the worst? That disrespect for people. The feeling that you are a total scumbag, that it bothers them to help you... "Sister, will you help me turn around?" "I don't have time now" Do you ring the bell saying you need help and someone will come in a few hours?? The only advantage was that they let me in during visiting hours so that I could at least help grandma eat or bring her something else to eat. Exhaled air in the rooms, because there are too many people in a small space. No TV, radio, nothing.. ugly walls, uncomfortable. People here get depressed after a while and it's no wonder. I could write for hours about the experiences I could spend here as a visitor. If I could I would give -10000 stars. Grandma should have been returned home to us, NO ONE WAS ABLE TO TELL US IN TIME that the body was reacting badly and I only found out when I was actively arranging a transfer elsewhere. If possible, I recommend that you move your relatives to St. Lazarus Hospice. You can agree on everything there and they are very willing.

I have to write here the experience with one-day surgery in private medicine. Thanks to the entire staff, including the doctor, the primary care manager, and the nurses for everything. Everyone is very nice, helpful, they will help with everything, they will explain everything. Pleasant, modern rooms. I have nothing to complain about and I certainly do not regret choosing the procedure here! Thank you again for people like you!
