Legg-Calve-Perthes disease (LCPD) treatment in 1 Orthopedic surgery clinic in Prague

Doctors are quite busy but friendly. On the other hand, outside staffs are rude they dont speak english , if you are foreigners or without appointment its gonna terrible .

If you come here be prepared. I came for an infusion and left whit a thrombophlebitis. I waited 11 hours in the emergency and did not get any painkillers. I am working with my lawyer to sue them, don't go here.

One of the staff thought that I don’t know any czech and smiled at me while saying czech insults directed to me in the waiting area The worst hospital I’ve seen in my life The most disrespectful and least helpful staff team I have ever encountered They should focus on patient service, cleaning the hospital, and teaching their staff not to be absolutely disgusting and racist towards foreigners, Im really glad I didn’t get my treatment there in the end

Give a birth here on September. All employees were very professional, helpful and nice to me, during the birth and during the staying.

The Nurse Lady at the Evidence Pacientu was so rude, I was trying to speak in Czech even tho I understand just a little, she was literally shouting at me, while I asked how long after doctor is coming because I was going through a pain, She really doesn’t know how a nurse should talk with a patient who comes for a emergency treatment. It was such a bad experience.😕 No complains to the doctor, he was so helpful and Understanding.

The ophthalmology emergency service of the hospital, situated at floor 16, is quite bad,in the sense of the attention from the part of nurses and doctors, I went several times, and just two doctors from 6 where nice to me, I don’t speak czech perfectly and I was trying to make me understand talking in czech, majority of them didn’t want to understand me.... recommending sant Anne.. the crew there it’s seem more profesional and trying to find a solution to my health problem.

Emergency on sunday morning, professional servis, all in one place, x-rays, ultrasonic, labs, all pretty fast, nice nurses. Do not use nearest first toilet at ground floor, use the other one, check out the paper, otherwise... In general, best solution, if you need a help urgently.

Very disappointing experience. My mom fell very sick while on a bus traveling from Austria to Poland through Czech Republic. She fainted, vomited, had seizures and was unconscious for 40 minutes while waiting for the ambulance. Ambulance took her to this hospital, wasted time on checking her insurance instead of helping first and foremost, and made her wait for a check up for an hour in an emergency department. Later, after receiving medical help my mom felt very thirsty and asked for a glass of water. She had to ask several times different staff, and all of them didn’t bother to help and just said there is no drinking water available (however, my mom could see two bottles of water on a table and an electric kettle, probably the staff’s, but obviously they didn’t want to share). My mom felt dizzy and weak, and yet had to get up and go to toilet to drink tap water. Just after 2 hours of staying in the hospital the staff asked my mom to vacate the bed even though she still felt very dizzy and nauseous. Just a reminder: she was in a unknown city in a foreign country took off the bus because of an emergency medical accident. The hospital staff couldn’t care less, they just asked her to leave because according to them she already “got all needed medical assistance” and “ready to leave”. She had to quickly book a hotel room and leave. When she asked to help at least with getting a taxi, the staff again acted reluctantly and didn’t help in the end. Unempathetic, unhospitable and unprofessional. Me and my family members have experienced medical assistance a few times in several countries but never had such a bad treatment.

Definitely among one of the best teaching university hospitals in the Country, spacious, with a lot of subspecialities including cardiology, gastroenterology, ENT, etc..

Very efficient. Arrive and take a ticket then wait to be called. They take your details and then you are seen according to your needs. English is spoken.

I only visit the hospital emergency when it is very urgent, unfortunately I have never left satisfied. They didn't give me proper examinations, the drugs prescribed for inflammation in the body had side effects of "possible formation of inflammation in the body". If you have to call for the results after 3 days, you have no chance to call. When I passed out in the corridor, the lady from the cafe upstairs had to help me, because two of the sisters had a lunch break, so why should they help me, and the third one preferred not to see me. There is no point in solving anything with management - they will always turn everything against you and sweep it under the carpet.

Recently I took my friend from Poland to this hospital, the doctor demanded 3000 Czech crowns, explaining at the same time that if she was Czech, the service would be free. I’m wondering how much funding for the construction and ongoing maintenance of such a resource in the region comes directly or indirectly from EU resources?

a hospital has it's own aura decorum. the medical staff here are really powerfull not obeying the rules, wich is one of the main building blocks of great morale here and the overall success rate here, where you are in a care of true proffesionals

I tried to contact them for several days!!!! I sent emails, I called to the reception and she redirected me to a wrong department. There they gave me another phone number but they don't pick up for 2 days!!!! Hopefully their emergency department works faster.

Unfortunately we had to visit Stomatochirurgic department on Sunday evening in emergency with our kettle nephew who had an accident and the tooth got broken. The nurse was very nice to us whilst we were filling up all the paperwork. Meanwhile doctor A. Ščerbová arrived and told us her opinion about the necessity to take out the tooth. We were worried to make the decision quickly and she was so nice and patient that didn’t mind to explain everything to our family friend (dentist) over the phone. Whilst the procedure started she was communicating with our nephew, explained him everything and shortly it was done. Really amazing experience and lovely professional, but still kind attitude of the nurse and the doctor. Thank you very much again!!! PS: there is massive car park with 50czk fee.

If I were to evaluate the surrounding area and the outside of the hospital at the moment, it looks like a battlefield in terms of repairs and modifications, but the hospital itself is more important 🏥, and I already evaluated it once and my evaluation has not changed, i.e. I will never allow it to go to the FN, great doctors and, of course, nurses, with whom my patients communicate first. Above-standard care, just great respect and admiration for me. Thanks to all the medical staff 👍💐👏👌

On July 4th, emergency admission.. we come with our son (16 months), he was bleeding from the head after a fall at home. First comes the queue lady, very unpleasant, she didn't even know how to buzz... then we sit in the waiting room, wait for 2 hours - I'm reminded of a one-year-old child with a head injury! Even the staff (probably the medical brother) found it strange that they still didn't take us!! And finally a Ukrainian woman came, she knocked, and let them take her right away, that she has a stomach ache, and they? They took her because, after all, the glory of Ukraine.. a mockery of Czech citizens and especially children.. UK is always preferred🙏🏽 I only give 1 star because of the attentiveness of the gentleman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We called Mulac's hospital, and despite the fact that they only treat children from 3 years old, they told us to come if they would leave us waiting like that with such a small child!!
