Dental local anesthesia in 3 Dentistry clinics in Tallinn with additional parameter

I have been to this clinic twice and I had wisdom tooth removal both times with Dr Mihhail Mihhailov. both times were fast and smooth. He also speaks English. FYI fellow English speakers. The clinic is clean and with professional staff. About booking, I just emailed them and they immediately set an appointment for me.

Very clean clinic and quick replies to inquiries. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Mihhail Mihhailov. The dentist was quick and skilled, and respected my wish to minimize the number of travels to Tallinn (by removing two wisdom teeth during one visit). I initially worried a bit about the communication as I don’t know Estonian or Russian, but everything turned out fine (the dentist knows English, they have English forms and other things can be taken care of by Google Translate). There is a pharmacy and a supermarket conveniently located downstairs the clinic.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment and even received an SMS reminder about it one day before. But when I came to the clinic, I was told the x-ray was out of order. Ok, shot happens but why didn’t you call me or send an SMS about it? I won’t visit you ever again and cannot recommend anyone doing so.

Excellent service, perfect quality, highly professional dentists and their assistants. Starting from the reception with a very welcoming lady, everyone does feel like a vip-client. I had been scared of dental treatment my whole life - and now I just can't get enough!:) Seriously though, Meerhof team has completely changed my perception of this process. Over the past few years, I've had to deal with just about every specialist at the clinic, and I'd recommend each and every one of them very highly. From regular cleaning to a major surgery under anesthesia, from planning the treatment to seeing the final result, all was done at the top level of both professional competency and service. Incomprehensible work organization. A time deficit is created on purpose. I waited patiently for three months until it finally came to me dental checkup time. The dentist took approx. 5 minutes to find out I don't have cavities. But it is necessary to remove tartar. Instead of spending the rest of the booked time to remove the tartar, the dentist referred me to a dull-faced receptionist to make another appointment with a dental technician... In other words, another month of waiting. During this time, of course, I may also develop a cavity, which unfortunately the dental technician cannot or does not want to deal with... So you have to book a new appointment with the dentist. And that's how this calendar fills up nicely.

Always received professional help. I always recommend it to others.
