The whole care team is really friendly. At the same visit, Kati, Teo and Petteri took care of me. Everyone was reliable, professional and kind. I really felt that I could trust them, even if I was nervous. You could have almost fallen asleep during the tartar removal, the feeling was so peaceful in Kat's capable hands. Teo gave a clear assessment and suggested a professional solution, and he understood my situation very well in the tensions related to the removal of wisdom teeth. The removal of two wisdom teeth, one of which required surgery, did not hurt or stress me at all, as Petteri told me where to go the whole time, and together with Kati took care of my well-being. I will definitely come again! I felt really good. Special thanks for the aftercare of the removal operation. The nurses called the next day and asked how the healing started, and if there were any questions or if there were any pains or problems. It didn't hurt to remove the stitches either. The pits healed quite well, despite the severe hook roots. Edit 02/2023: Make-up boy at reception again at Hampaasi clinic. At the weekend, to my horror, I discovered that my back lower molar was chipped, a good piece came off. One of my worst fears is that a tooth will crack! I got an appointment for Monday morning from the website, this time for Johanna's treatment. Although there was no pain in the chipped tooth, the procedure was performed under anesthesia, so that pain would not come as a horrible surprise during the operation. I got a really good place to replace the chipped one, it doesn't feel strange in the mouth at all, and now 21 hours later I hardly remember the whole thing. What a great team at these clinics!

Teo and Petteri and their nurses are very professional and friendly. I had two implants put in there and numerous other procedures. I had a couple of damages, but Teo repaired them with his first-class expertise. I highly recommend.

I'm afraid of going to the dentist. The first time in my life that the procedure didn't hurt, even anesthesia. Both the doctor himself, Luis Hernández, and his assistant were very professional and pleasant. I was able to take a breather between procedures and was told the whole time what would be done next. My warm recommendation.

There was an offer online for a tooth implant for 1100 e, when I arrive since the price will increase to 2400

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.

Its so far away it should be moved to kalasatama or sörnäinen for people who live in east helsinki gakes 1,3h to get there its a waste of time

I probably never had a bad experience with dentists in Helsinki (I had tens of appointments over the years in different clinics). And this is the first time I am writing a review. This time I simply wanted to. Earlier today I had the nicest treatment experience. Dentists, Janica and Anna-Karoliina, were very kind, attentive, and the service was just the top notch. Thank you! I was impatiently waiting for the doctor’s report, so I called the customer service on the phone. She was mean and promised me that she would send the results to my email, but she did not. After a long wait, I called again. She was speaking in a provocative manner. I think it's a good way to deal with tired patients

Dentist Dr Riikka Vahtera and her team are very nice, kind and professional. The clinic’s facilities and instruments are top notch - the most advanced I’ve seen in Finland, Canada and the UK. I would definitely recommend!

I have been to the dentist. For one filling I payed 300 euro! I know that the dentist work is expensive in Finland but that’s absurd! (One simple cavity filling!!! And it was not even a very great job done) Besides that, I payed 150 at the cash counter and then I received one more letter in which I was requested to pay 150 more because they forgot to add the doctor fee!

Appointment does not answer or call back. The customer is left waiting for a callback that never comes. Email is not answered. Websites are confusing. The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. Shockingly bad experience. The basics are missing. As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!
