Best service! Big points for Medident and especially Seppo Lindroos. Your wishes are listened to, and you are constantly aware of what is being done. You feel that you are in good hands with dental care. Customer service at its best, and agreed matters are kept. The dental laminates exceeded all my expectations, a professional result! I would also like to mention the hygienist Heinis, who together with Sepo cooperates during the dental treatment. Both get a calm atmosphere, and you can say goodbye to even the smallest fear of the dentist. Thank you.

The best service I have received at a dentist. Treatment is quick and painless at the dental implant facility. A dentist for those who are afraid, let's explain what is done. With new technology, I place dental implants, no stitches, which is a really good thing. 3 implants were placed, it took less than 30 min, in addition to the paperwork. The operation is calm and professional. I warmly recommend Medident and special thanks to dentist Seppo Lindroos and dental nurse Heini. A good thing is also the possibility to pay in installments, which means that everyone has the opportunity to take good quality care of their good teeth.

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.
