Meeting with Doctor G Lefebvre, I was received like a king, secretary, the doctor and the nurse who took my blood test very welcoming and very very simple I have never had such a welcome in a hospital from Valenciennois...It's good to see that there are people who love their job..Thank you..

Dated, small, unwelcoming rooms. Unpleasant staff, you have the impression of annoying them all the time. You have to beg for information or even get angry to get it. Little consideration of the patient, their pain, their dignity. In our time, this is unacceptable.

Followed since 2011 in Professor Pattou's department, the only hospital where I feel calm when I know that I have a hospital appointment even if it is currently for IVs and injections 🤣. A really great team. More than adorable nurses. Thank you very much for your kindness, your listening and your good hearts, you are all at the top 🥰🥰. All hospitals should have your patience and sympathy ❤️

Disorganized and borderline incompetent: i was sent back and forth between the 2 locations and found in both places incompetent personnel. They are unable to keep to the scheduled appointment and on too of all, no doctor is available to issue the report of the examination. Just plain incompetence, avoid this place.

Operated in this clinic at the beginning of October, I learned that their administrative services are overwhelmed and that I have to wait on average 1.5 months to obtain the care billing slips to be reimbursed by the CPAM and the mutual insurance company. On the other hand, the clinic has no difficulty in requesting immediate payment of fees upon your admission. Good to know!

I have been trying to obtain an invoice since June, several calls telling me that I will receive the document by email, still nothing. Today I call and talk with someone who says she is checking my email address, but communication is cut off. I call back, and I've been waiting for an hour to get someone! It's scandalous ! Either we need to recruit people or stop coffee breaks!

The nursing staff at this clinic are not trained in the rules of respecting patient privacy. The nurses don't know how to place IVs, I found myself with veins explored. In short, no one from no one. Go elsewhere if you can.

I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.

First, I was well received at reception. Then, the doctor explained to me very well the cause of tartar and some recommendations to remedy it. I liked the friendly side of the doctor. Thank you for everything ! See you soon !

I met Doctor Barral a year ago in an emergency situation (as often), and I was seduced by the frankness of his diagnosis, then by the precision of his care and support. I left this famous dental office disappointed deep within me. I was in front of a DR dentist. Clément Barral who lacks professionalism, he is racist and does not know how to understand patients or clients or speak with them. I strongly advise against this office to anyone who is tempted to meet this gentleman who must learn to listen and be hum. I am disgusted and I think I will never again come across this monster who hides in the medical field

I only receive emergency treatment from them, always well received, attentive and professional, our students are great!

A most humiliating experience! I arrived for a cleaning and periodontal. This was clear from when I made the appointment. Then was told it would cost three times what I normally pay so I opted just for the cleaning and was ok with that. Was then told that DR PERRIN could not treat me due to Corona virus, even though of course if I agreed to the inflated price he would have happily treated me. Left the practice utterly humiliated as I’m sure the receptionist was too. A very big ego and arrogance problem is the reason why it’s possible to get a quick appointment with this Dr Perrin!
