After the operation, I did not receive any information about the course of the successful operation, its success, nothing that a patient could expect from his doctor. In addition, the one who operated he took me under his care for the third time, this also shows that I have the utmost confidence in him as his patient. However, I'm sorry that the doctor didn't have enough humanity to even ask if everything was okay after the operation. I understand that we only want a piece of meat at the slaughterhouse, but I don't like it. I had no problems with the nurses. They do their job as best they can. That's why I was lucky with other doctors here, who do excellent work, and a bit of humanity was squeezed into them, which, let's face it, doesn't hurt if you have it, it's half a cure for the patient. Unquestionably, I trusted him to the fullest.

Specialist neurology clinic. Humane, helpful specialists, nurses and nurses. The clinic's entire staff and equipment are to be commended.

Always busy but always proper treatment.

I recently had a consultation at Dr Rose. I was told several times before going in for the examination that the price is 210 EUR. I even confirmed at the reception again before going in. After the consultation I was told it is now 360 EUR as the doctor did an ultrasound. I did not ask for this extra test nor was I told during the consultation that this test will add an extra cost to the agreed 210 EUR. After querying this I was told that I should’ve asked what my consultation includes as it’s my first time at the hospital!! I find this very bizarre as I book for what I need and confirm the cost before and they just take it upon themselves to add extra tests without asking the patient first and then request payment as the test is done now.

The ENT missed everything possible to miss .. probably bc he barely looked into my nose and mouth due to being scared of covid which is utterly reliable but he accepted patients yet I had my covid test so I refused to pay a penny more than 210€ which I assumed will take longer than what I had... missed my sinusitis in 2022, constantly felt ill and since the ' prestigious dr rose said nothing is wrong with my nose or throat ' I went to everywhere else..ended up having GERD from post nasal drip for months ....literally the ghettoest place for hight price..the view is beautiful but that's it...

I had an eye issue (retina) and Rose was the only place in Bp. willing to give me an eye specialist appointment. Excellent eye exam, assured me that I can safely travel back to the US for further treatment..

I don't recommend it at all!, As several previous commenters did. It proves a deliberate deceptive and exploitative procedure that they collect the money in advance because they know that the person is sick, i.e. tired of the long wait in the crowd of non-paying patients, possibly covid or something else catching an infectious disease, he leaves them anyway. And of course the "kissers, friends" enter before you, even if they arrived after you!

I was completely satisfied with the service, everyone was kind and helpful from start to finish.

I have been struggling with my gall bladder for 9 years, neither in England nor at home, not a single hospital has undertaken my operation. Then they recommended this hospital. God bless the people who work here. Special thanks go to assistant professor Dr. Attila Paszt, who performed the surgery. It's a shame that I can only give 5 stars, because I wouldn't stop at 100.

Very Good Hospital Equals With The Englands National Health Service.

If you're a foreigner without the local medical card/number you end up sent to emergency here. I had a sore throat for a week and no other doctor would see me, all pointed me here. I found it very difficult to navigate, having to ask people on footpaths for directions even to find the emergency building. Before entry a metal box building near the entrance had someone ask me questions then perform a covid test. When inside, with much language difficulty they sent me to the nose/ear/throat building. Again not easy to find. Here I was told off for using the ground level entrance, being directed down stairs to a door. When opening the door I was yelled at to wait. After waiting a while with others queued up, another person opens the door and gets let in. Several locals who arrived after me instantly jumped the queue. I asked how long the wait time was, they laughed and said "long". Asking if that meant over an hour they said yes more. I was fed up and left. Came back in the afternoon going other staff are there, the same people were there, they remembered me and my Hungarian friend said they were all saying that I must've not waited through the queue in the morning. They were not helpful in any way, instead all trying to prove to each other that they did their job correctly. I left again. Eventually with local help I found a nose/ear/throat specialist who does private consultations for cash. If you can, avoid this place.

Awful service, disrespectful staff who speak to patients in an extremely unprofessional and belittling manner (most of them anyway). At other healthcare clinics this kind of behaviour would result in termination of employment. Looks like in this clinic, unfortunately, this is the norm. We've visited at least 4 buildings at the clinic and we had the same awful experience at all of them. They send you from one building to the other and no one knows what's going on, wasting SO much of their patients time. On top of that it's very sad that their employees feel the need to power trip at patients. I understand they might not get paid too much, but still they should be respectful to others.

I had to see a dermatologist with urgency, Dr. Boroczván Csilla was extremely thorough, attentious and kind. After living in the USA with great health insurances for a decade, I can confidently say I was surprised by the cleanliness and treatment here.

So far, all the receptionists I've talked to on the phone have spoken to me in an amazing jerk/disgust style. It's a private hospital, but they treat you like a public hospital, maybe even worse. The doctors and assistants are all very nice and helpful.

I regularly visit you for blood tests. It feels good to enter the hospital, it is clean and calm. The appointment is always fine. Everyone is polite from the entrance to the examiner. The examination assistant is kind and patient. The Chief Medical Officer is happy to answer my questions, we always part with a smile. I will receive the findings by email the next day.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Bit of slow process, but overall it was good. The military folks were extremely polite and helpful. Salut to them!

I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. Thank you to them and the entire Department!

I was in the emergency room due to a sports injury to my eye, and I can report very good experiences. I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. The emergency room is cultured (you can read, there is a coffee machine, etc.) and modern (the equipment and the environment are well-kept, new). The tests also went down quickly. I am not saying that I will come another time (because health is important and that no one should be in trouble), but I am saying that then I will work there with an excellent attitude and - as far as I can judge - they did their job professionally. I thank them again.

Emergency is extremely slow. Minimum waiting time is 4-5 hours.
