I had knee replacement surgery in September. I have never had better medical experience in my life. From the initial visit to the rehabilitation treatments the competency of the doctor's, nurses and staff was 5 stars. A real plus is that everyone speaks English. Finally the patient rooms are comparable to a 5 star hotel.

After surgery there were complications, I had further symptoms. The surgeon refused to investigate, sent home with a false "no symptoms" report. After arguing and claiming further investigations, another doctor diagnosed infection and prescribed antibiotics - just by looking at me, without doing any bood or other tests. I had made blood test at another medical institution, it turned out that I had no infection. They just wanted me out of the door. I would call it unethical...

I had an eye issue (retina) and Rose was the only place in Bp. willing to give me an eye specialist appointment. Excellent eye exam, assured me that I can safely travel back to the US for further treatment..
