I would like to thank Dr. Mattia Glauber, an extraordinary doctor and sensitive person. My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened. EXCELLENT CARDIOLOGY CENTER DOCTOR. EFFICIENT BUT THE DEPARTMENT STAFF SERVANTS TO BE KICKED OUT X RUDE AND RUDE AN INDECENT THING THE ELDERLY ESPECIALLY TREATED BADLY. BUT NOBODY WHO CHECKS THE EQUALITY OF THE DISGUSTING SERVANTS. TAKE MEASURES FOR THOSE WHO CAN GO HOME UNWILLED.

They don't respect visiting hours. One piled on top of the other. First and last time I set foot in this kind of structure

The surgeon undertakes to anticipate access to the TAO, to date he has never responded (not even out of politeness). Hippocrates now seems like a distant memory of school studies......... It would be a pleasure to review this review in case something changes, but - given the trend - I doubt it.. Too bad!

I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. The long wait before taking the exam was compensated by the joy of seeing the nurse again who, of all people, made my week after giving birth wonderful. Michael's sweetness, professionalism and proactivity in 2006 always made me feel safe and pampered. I then saw her again for another operation that my son did many years ago with you. Last week my heart opened when I saw her and wanted to hug her.

Guest on the 6th floor. Impeccable ! Professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness at the top. Staying in the clinic for health reasons can never be pleasant but if it is absolutely necessary I would say that there could not be a better choice. You feel at home and above all safe. Compliments.

I did operation today. Till morning it was great. They told us we can go home at 14:00.but seems like they forgot me still here in the room… now it’s 17:30 still waiting the doctor pass by…. Till when we have to wait…. And when I came here to check for operation the hospital gave me the lettere for the operation, written if we want to pay before operation should be 3 days before, but we asked how much will be for the operation nobody reply….. I feel as private hospital and the end we paid so much money and I have no word to say such a bad organization…….

I was in Italy for vacation and had an accident which was not dangerous but would have ruined my holiday. The emergency room at Padua university hospital treated me anyways and the waiting period was absolutely okay. Thanks!

An "American" hospital where they cannot even speak two words of English. I thought I had a chest infection and wanted to consult with a professional to hear his or her opinion. The staff was unfortunately not able to help because of the language barrier.

Waiting times of more than 9 hours!! Cannot recommend going there if there is any other option. Absolutely understaffed. No air conditioning in the waiting room. The vending machine only takes coins, therefore big risk for dehydration. Haven’t had a worse experience in a hospital ever.

Being a tourist in Bologna and having to attend Pronto Soccorso was daunting, however my experience of the treatment I received was first class. Most of the staff spoke English at a level that I could understand what was happening regarding my treatment, from doctors to porters. I am very grateful for the medical care that was provided during a time of stress and pain.
