My partner had surgery in December (mitral valve prolapse) the surgery was decisive and the recovery was very fast. Within a month he was back to his usual life as if nothing had happened. The lack of communication on the part of some hospital employees, nurses and doctors led to a deep mistrust of the medical act. At the same time, the existence of infections in the hospital and the lack of knowledge of the minimum procedures in patient care led to the granting of this negative rating. The lack of empathy and the lack of understanding of the emotions that patients go through make me believe that the hospital employees are not properly trained to care for patients who are between life and death. For some hospital employees this job is like repairing a car or a broken fence, no difference.

They should say it's closed on sundays, I walked around all the hospital surroundings trying to find an entrance over 40 minutes walking and nothing, every single gate was closed had a medical emergency.....

It's a massive/impersonal hospital so I shouldn't have expected much. My first interaction was booking the appointment (waited over 2 hours to do so), upon which I approached the sportello and the woman just stared at me - literally no words. As I asked for the appointment to be booked, she took my paperwork without saying anything, printed out the confirmation and still said nothing - not even an explanation of when, where the appointment was, etc. I have never had such an intensely impersonal and rude interaction (or lack thereof lol) for something so nervewracking. Really not looking forward to the actual appointment with the doctor if this is what the staff is like. Awful. You'd think someone working in a hospital would even *attempt* to have an ounce of empathy, but no not here.

I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. The long wait before taking the exam was compensated by the joy of seeing the nurse again who, of all people, made my week after giving birth wonderful. Michael's sweetness, professionalism and proactivity in 2006 always made me feel safe and pampered. I then saw her again for another operation that my son did many years ago with you. Last week my heart opened when I saw her and wanted to hug her.

Guest on the 6th floor. Impeccable ! Professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness at the top. Staying in the clinic for health reasons can never be pleasant but if it is absolutely necessary I would say that there could not be a better choice. You feel at home and above all safe. Compliments.

I did operation today. Till morning it was great. They told us we can go home at 14:00.but seems like they forgot me still here in the room… now it’s 17:30 still waiting the doctor pass by…. Till when we have to wait…. And when I came here to check for operation the hospital gave me the lettere for the operation, written if we want to pay before operation should be 3 days before, but we asked how much will be for the operation nobody reply….. I feel as private hospital and the end we paid so much money and I have no word to say such a bad organization…….
