I went to this clinic for x-rays as I had a lot of pain in my tooth. I had to wait for 20 days for the appointment that I booked. After that, they told me that I need a root canal treatment which in their website they mention for a front tooth it costs 5100DKK. However the dentist that saw the x-rays has told me that it will cost from 5000-6000 DKK, and then it has increased even more when I finally decided to book the appointment for the root canal (they told me around 7000 DKK). Of course the appointment would be after 15 more days waiting. Moreover, they decided that I also need a cleaning treatment that would cost extra money. After the first appointment I was feeling a lot of pain and thus I called them and they booked an extra meeting with me just to prescribe some antibiotics, something that they could do from the first appointment. Of course I had to pay again for this consultation. Thus, I decided to find another clinic that would take more seriously my situation and an offer for the root canal treatment with almost half of the price. However the new clinic asked for the x-ray and contacted the secretary of Tandlæge ved Søerne in order to send the x-ray with an email. Of course the secretary has never sent the x-ray even when I personally called her and asked her to do so. Overall, apart from the dentists who were looking professional, this clinic looks more like a scam that offers overpriced treatments. It seems that they just want to earn as much money as possible and of course they can find the way to do it. However someone should tell them that dentistry is not a luxurious comfort but a necessity for a healthy life.

Got a root canal from Omid and I would rate the experience a million out of ten if I could. Omid kept telling me what to expect, when to expect it, etc. Superb communication and just overall a pleasure, all things considered.

What a great experience ! I came to this dentist with a painful wisdom tooth. I started the consultation with Nadia and she was really amazing and understand my pain ! I had another dentist called Ula after who came to remove the tooth. She was also really nice, professional and smiling. They both make me at ease. Dr. Maja is an excellent dentist and her staff are brilliant too, I met Dr. Lana also. This clinic provides a highly quality professional service with high tech equipment and an ultra clean clinical environment. There's an array of treatment available. The team facilitated my dental work despite my busy schedule of international travel, they always kept in touch throughout to ensure the appointments suit me etc... I'm a very nervous patient and I was put at ease immediately. All my questions and concerns were always addressed first. The location is extremely easy to get to, the quality of the work is high, lots of parking is available and good amenaties are very nearby, the clinic is top tier and my satisfaction is currently unmatched with the NOVA clinic. My review is based on several appointment I have had so far. I'll be back, my best wishes to all at the NOVA clinic. Highly recommended!

Traveling through Budapest and was curious on completing a crown that I had postponed due to insurance coverage. Helvetic provided professional service like everyone said in reviews. No pressure at all to proceed with service but they provided an in depth, free, consultation on my needed procedure. Looking at my dentist quote earlier in the year, Helvetic was 50% the price of my dentist in USA. I only passed on completing here due to travel plans. I did complete a cleaning here and that procedure was on par with professional service I’ve have had in the past. The price was same as Portugal and way cheaper then in USA. Clinic is exceptionally clean and professional. I would and do recommend them. Plan your schedule accordingly!

After extensive research i decided to go with Helvetic, Had several implants and crowns done at this clinic. The whole process took 10 days over 3 visits to Budapest. The Staff there are just fantastic, caring very thoughtful and very efficient. Virginia looked after me and she was just great, so thorough in her work, never rushing. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

The experience of getting an implant in the clinic was amazing 😍! They payed a lot of attention to me and my healing progress! The staff is very professional and kind. Disgusting clinic. I needed to put a seal on the front. They made it larger than the neighboring teeth and uniform yellow in color, it was noticeable even from afar. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the doctor said that the filling really turned out to be of poor color, since their clinic specializes in implants, and not in decorative work. When I asked to return the money to me for this bad filling, so that I could do it in another place, they offered me a refund, but after the filling was cut back. That is, I will have to walk with half of the front tooth and wait for another dentist appointment!!

I’ve had a fear of the dentist from a young age but when I met Dr Krishen Shah he completely put my mind at rest and spoke to me in detail about what he thought I should do to correct my smile. He’s a genuine lovely person who puts so much time and effort into his work. I am over the moon with the finished result. I also want to give the up most appreciation for the nurse who worked along side him. I can’t recommend Dr Shah and his team enough.

Dr Kristen Shah is a perfectionist at his work and I’m so grateful for the time he took with my case, which was rather complicated. He removed some bonding I’d had done by another dentist and redid it, and it looks so much better. Thank you Dr Shah! I feel much more confident with my smile now. I’d recommend him if you’re looking for a skilled, kind and understanding dentist

Sarah Bux and her assistant (did not catch her name I’m afraid!) are absolutely wonderful! So welcoming and comforting during the not so nice bits of dental cleaning. They were both so kind today and I was able to ask questions about treatments without feeling rushed or anything. 10/10 experience truly! And I don’t usually review anything😂
