On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. Because he is a doctor from whom everyone should take an example. Responsible, tactful and, in general, professionally treats his patients and people in general. It has been more than half a year since the operation. My mother feels great. She speaks, she is not paralyzed as they told me in our hospital, as they told me in Kyiv. I will also tell you that I don't have a week without people contacting me to get some information, feedback. Because I understand the things that I myself had to go through. But in the center of Neurosurgery, everything is so well thought out, everything is so professionally selected that you fully surrender yourself to the doctor and are no longer afraid. I read a bad review about resuscitation. I do not know of such a case, I have not seen with my own eyes sloppy treatment of people on the part of the staff, and I myself, believe me, do not have a very good character!!! The doctors in the intensive care unit looked after the patients normally and professionally. I was even amazed, and I saw and heard the feedback of other people, patients. I was once given such advice that I would listen to my doctor with my heart. Так і сталося ! working from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., doctor Taras Stepanovych also held online consultations late in the evening. And he did not pick up the phone, did not grumble on the phone, but on the contrary, gave answers calmly, answering questions, reassuring. Я дуже , дуже рекомендую цю клініку і свого лікаря . Я писала пост в фейсбуці на рахунок лікарні ,щоб люди знали що є таке місце де допоможуть , де не скалічать , де не стоіть питання перше - скільки ви маєте коштів ! я зверталася по місцю в нас в управління охорони здоров"я , з питанням - ЧОМУ ????? чому в нас не можна таке зробити всюди ????? в кожному місті !!! Чому в нас діє тільки коррупція . А питання о житті паціента стоіть на останньому місті . ? Я не бот , я не наймана людина центру Володимира Смоланки . Я - звичайний пацієнт . Thank you very much to Dmytro Serhiyovych Sikorsky and Oleksandr Oleksandrovich Yarty for correcting the mistake and taking care of me throughout my stay in the hospital. Thank you for teaching me how to sit down and try to stand up. Regarding rehabilitation, we can only wish for the best. While the head of rehabilitation is Kateryna Oleksandrivna Zinov'eva - I do not recommend it.

But in the morning all my worries and fears were compensated. My attending physician turned out to be Maria Igorevna Guseva. Laconic and calm, warm-hearted and attentive. A true professional and a person with a big and kind heart. At 7 she is already at work. He will find something to cheer you up and how to treat you. Do an examination and consider treatment that is not even your profile. At 19 she can still walk along the corridor and remind her that tomorrow..... Truly a man in his place! I have visited this medical center firstly and I was really satisfied by reception staff, girls were very polite and kind :) I ve visited surgeon and doctor was also very king, responsive and attentive. I was worried, as is usually the case when you come to a surgeon, but he explained every action and was constantly interested in how I was feeling.

Very clean hospital. Went for a colonoscopy today and everyone was very nice and helpful! Doctor Georgieva is very kind and understanding! The only downside is the long wait for the examination. The whole thing took 6 hours and the exam itself is 10 minutes. But still, I'd rather wait and be treated with kindness and respect!

Horrible experience. We are waiting 2 hours already for a simple 5 min surgery. I don't even know how much more it would be. Nobody tells you at least an estimation. Too bad for the good interior. Do not go there!!!!

I wish I had seen the review by george v ( the only other non Czech review by the way ) before getting treatment at the Prague Proton Therapy Center. He is correct. They made a mess of my treatment plan to the extent that I ended up spending 5 months in hospital as a consequence of the radiation treatment damage I suffered. I am still suffering the consequences today and deeply regret going there for treatment .

I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! RESPECT doctor Dejeu, doctor anesthetist, doctor nutritionist, psychologist and nurse Babi!

I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. The quality of the medical act was superlative. Thank you very much for your involvement and results.

I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. if you have an emergency, run away from this place, they are the worst people, the doctor on the ambulance who got us there was begging them to accept a patient who had a big cardiac problem and the doctors from this place sent him away, later that night he had a big cardiac crysis and almost died, we went to another hospital who immediately put him in ICU, wondering how the other hospital could do this. These people can't treat a sore throat, or our patient arived there before our envelope of money for the doctors did.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. They took the time to explain everything to the patients, are nice and smiling everyday. For the first time I felt they loved their job for both the medical part and the human contact. Special thanks to Mila, the nurse who took care about me all along the procedure. Please do not change anything! And for the hospital in general please take this department as an example!

It’s really a very good hospital. As I don’t speak Czech, it may be a problem in some places. But here it is very good. It’s like an international hospital. Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. The clinic was recommended to me in Israel. My mother has non-Hodgin lymphoma, non-GDC. We went to the clinic, already having the Israeli protocol in hand. I would like to note every assistance from the staff of this clinic, namely: Dr. Aronov in professional assistance on technical issues in the treatment of such a complex disease, dispatcher Anastasia for constant contact and sincere assistance on all issues, Vyacheslav for the timely delivery of medicines from Israel. It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

My relative is dying of cancer without treatment. She is either admitted to the clinic or sent home without starting treatment due to bureaucratic delays. A person counts every day, but apparently this is not as important as a new piece of paper, right?
