I wish I had seen the review by george v ( the only other non Czech review by the way ) before getting treatment at the Prague Proton Therapy Center. He is correct. They made a mess of my treatment plan to the extent that I ended up spending 5 months in hospital as a consequence of the radiation treatment damage I suffered. I am still suffering the consequences today and deeply regret going there for treatment .

We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I accidentally pinched my ring finger in a door, resulting in a subungual hematoma. I contacted a surgeon at this clinic. They did not postpone the operation to remove the nail; everything was done immediately on the day of treatment. The impression of service is positive!

On March 27, my mother was operated on in this center (brain tumor) by doctor Taras Stepanovych Gavryliv. To say that I thank him is not enough. It has been more than half a year since the operation. My mother feels great. She speaks, she is not paralyzed as they told me in our hospital, as they told me in Kyiv. I will also tell you that I don't have a week without people contacting me to get some information, feedback. Because I understand the things that I myself had to go through. But in the center of Neurosurgery, everything is so well thought out, everything is so professionally selected that you fully surrender yourself to the doctor and are no longer afraid. I read a bad review about resuscitation. I do not know of such a case, I have not seen with my own eyes sloppy treatment of people on the part of the staff, and I myself, believe me, do not have a very good character!!! The doctors in the intensive care unit looked after the patients normally and professionally. I was even amazed, and I saw and heard the feedback of other people, patients. Thank you for teaching me how to sit down and try to stand up. Regarding rehabilitation, we can only wish for the best. While the head of rehabilitation is Kateryna Oleksandrivna Zinov'eva - I do not recommend it.

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

Paid children's department of the polyclinic (regular examination). Everything is as in the best traditions of the USSR. You must make an appointment no later than a month in advance. In this case, the queues are 3-4 hours long. Children are asked to eat and drink. Water can be found by going downstairs to the cooler. The dining room is only for patients and staff, in 20 minutes around the building there is no food at all (standing in the middle of the forest). And the specialists seem to be good, only new every year.!!

I am grateful to God for the existence of this hospital and the OLG department. Very talented doctors work here, doctors from God! Yes, it is not possible to do everything right the first time, it is difficult to collect all the documents, but it is worth it. There are certainly queues, but not huge ones. Here you can conduct various studies. It is possible for OMS, or for a fee. They are trying to help people here. Thanks for this!!!

The center is huge and looks big and modern. They do rare tests here, but they told me they only paid for a referral. There is a buffet. Toilets are few, uncomfortable and without paper. From the metro to the cardiocenter, bus 660 runs about 20 minutes in time.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. if you have an emergency, run away from this place, they are the worst people, the doctor on the ambulance who got us there was begging them to accept a patient who had a big cardiac problem and the doctors from this place sent him away, later that night he had a big cardiac crysis and almost died, we went to another hospital who immediately put him in ICU, wondering how the other hospital could do this. These people can't treat a sore throat, or our patient arived there before our envelope of money for the doctors did.
