Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Bit of slow process, but overall it was good. The military folks were extremely polite and helpful. Salut to them!

Reliable clinic with qualified professionals in one well-equipped building. However, prices are rather high, so private medical insurance is recommended. I mainly used insurance with franchise % (partial cover) during the past few years to make all doctor appointments and urgent care. Also I like to buy pirozhki with coffee in a local cafe 🥪 :)

Very accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. It is straightforward to locate the necessary directing signage. clean and well-maintained. The restroom is everywhere. In the waiting spaces, there are couches and drinking water stations. There is a cafe with free internet access and spacious waiting area.

Nice outer image, but Soviet Union on the inside! Customer service is tantamount to what you would expect from the good old Cold War days, with "doctors" that immediately give you the impression that you are beneath them and unworthy of their attention. Very disappointed with my most recent experience despite using them once before and being generally pleased. Come prepared to deal with third-world customer service, a bedside manner that leaves you unsure of what to expect, and doctors that have no empathy much less interest in being kind and professional.

09/12/23 I came to pick up the child’s certificate for the pool. The result: it is impossible to get to the doctors. There are two pediatricians working for the entire clinic (one for newborns, the second in the office for a one-step certificate). At the nurses' station they send you without an appointment "on a first-come, first-served basis" - naturally, this leads to swearing in the queues. I waited for two hours, left with nothing, because people came in a stream by appointment. ))) very competent system, I'm delighted)

I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! RESPECT doctor Dejeu, doctor anesthetist, doctor nutritionist, psychologist and nurse Babi!

I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. The quality of the medical act was superlative. Thank you very much for your involvement and results.

Very unprofessional! I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. We had a very pleasant encounter with this hospital this summer. My father in law was hospitalized here for over a week and the staff and the hospital crew its absolutely amazing.You get answers at every single question you ask. Compare with other " so called emergency room" this one is a life saver. Yes its quite expensive but you get what you pay for. There is no attitude when you ask something and you get to be treated like a human, plus you get the treatment that you indeed need, not just random medications so they make sales. Traveling through Budapest and was curious on completing a crown that I had postponed due to insurance coverage. Helvetic provided professional service like everyone said in reviews. No pressure at all to proceed with service but they provided an in depth, free, consultation on my needed procedure. Looking at my dentist quote earlier in the year, Helvetic was 50% the price of my dentist in USA. I only passed on completing here due to travel plans. I did complete a cleaning here and that procedure was on par with professional service I’ve have had in the past. The price was same as Portugal and way cheaper then in USA. Clinic is exceptionally clean and professional. I would and do recommend them. Plan your schedule accordingly!

After extensive research i decided to go with Helvetic, Had several implants and crowns done at this clinic. The whole process took 10 days over 3 visits to Budapest. The Staff there are just fantastic, caring very thoughtful and very efficient. Virginia looked after me and she was just great, so thorough in her work, never rushing. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

Disgusting clinic. I needed to put a seal on the front. They made it larger than the neighboring teeth and uniform yellow in color, it was noticeable even from afar. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the doctor said that the filling really turned out to be of poor color, since their clinic specializes in implants, and not in decorative work. When I asked to return the money to me for this bad filling, so that I could do it in another place, they offered me a refund, but after the filling was cut back. That is, I will have to walk with half of the front tooth and wait for another dentist appointment!!

As a consultant, I am very busy and constantly on the road, so I really need a tailor-made service. And I got it. From initial contact over the phone with the front desk, my queries and subsequent appointment was handled efficiently. I came here 5 or so years ago and have finally come back. After 3 different private dentists in the past 5 years, none of them were as good as this dental practice. Dr Martina Tóthova and her team were incredible. I will never go to the dentist in the UK again. Nothing is impossible for these guys. Honest, excellent work. I wholeheartedly recommend the Wójcik Dental clinic. I have had two implants implanted and previously had two extractions (including a not fully grown wisdom tooth). Both tooth extraction and implantation were performed by Dr. Adam Wójcik. Both procedures were successful. The implantation, which I was most afraid of, turned out to be definitely painless, both during and after it. Moreover, I will add that Dr. Wójcik is a master when it comes to anesthesia, which works exactly in the treated area and wears off quite quickly after the procedure, so you are not paralyzed for several hours. Each visit is accompanied by competent information. Visits to Wójcik Dental Clinic always take place in a very nice and friendly atmosphere, and jazz standards playing in the background help you relax.

Excellent clinic, I come from another city, I have been treating for 3 years. Recently I was forced to go to another clinic, it was just terrible. I am very glad that I returned to my doctor again. The work is truly professional, there have never been any problems with the quality of work. Very friendly staff, all of them. We treated caries, worked on root canals on more than one tooth, no complaints I have never heard any bad reviews about the blade from anyone. Resto is the place to go if you want quality, attention to detail and safety. I recommend it for those who are afraid of dentists, they are completely different there. The only significant drawback is the sooooo high prices. But if you consider that the materials are of a high level and the quality of work is excellent, then the price-quality ratio is really fair, I really like it there. All my life I have had problems with fear of dentists, but the treatment there is very caring and there are no additional unpleasant sensations. I'm really glad I found a good clinic

We came in with an emergency, the child’s gums were swollen, he had a high temperature, they just asked to at least take a look, give a consultation, they were refused, they said all the doctors were busy. I initially went there for increased sensitivity in my teeth. This is the opposite of what anyone can expect at the dentist, considerably high prices, i am even wondering if they are real dentists, no eye protection(i could not even breathe or open my eyes during the procedure(he made an injection that was painful for 3 days(painful injection site and I got numb for 5 hours afterwards), dentists go to the bathroom between anesthesia and procedure to pee then touches your mouth, dentist doesnt speak english, he asked me if I am in pain, and then started drilling, my tooth was healthy and he started to perform a root canal, which was unnecessary. He did not even completed it, he drilled then used temporary filling and gave me an appointment after 2 weeks despite that there is no infection !!!! Also nobody informed me of anything, when he finished his work(5 minutes) he told me to go to the reception to figure out what happened so the receptionnist had to explain to me that he did a root canal and that I need to pay 12,000czk, 3 meetings and no infection. In fact the receptionnist was the only kind person and she even tried to get me another doctor just to explain to me what happened Now after 1 week, the temporary filling got loose I am in excruciating pain and I can't do anything, he left my root canals opened because of lack of time( i had the appointment at 4pm, arrived at 3h45 and got admitted at 4h15, intervention went from 4h25 and 4h30), it litterally took 5 minutes, and I was in shock afterwards. This year I spent more than 50k czk on my teeth, and I AM REALLY STUCK! I am frankly tired of these supposedly 'czech dentists' who think they know better than anyone, is this how the medical field looks like here? Expensive and unefficient, what a shame, do not get impressed by their hardware, lasers, they dont use them, I am loosing my second tooth in 3 months and they were perfectly healthy before going to the dentist. Cash machine. ALSO, IF YOU READ THIS COMMENT, Run!

The first time I came to the clinic the doctor treated my tooth well. That’s why when later I had issue with another tooth I came there again. But unfortunately the doctor who did the procedure (plomb) first time was not working there anymore and I was very unlucky to be treated by another doctor (Kazakov). First of all no X-ray was done to check my tooth, he just put the plomb. After some time the tooth started to hurt more and more so I came again and he said (after the X-ray) that the nerves should be removed (sealed). He did the procedure. Later on I started to have again issues with the tooth. I had fistula. So obviously I went there again. They tried to open the tooth and roots to treat and re-do the procedure (reseal). It was very long process. There were no necessary instruments to re-open the roots and I had to wait while they were ordering them. Then, finally, when the I nstruments were there they could not reopen the roots, it was painful, no microscope was used (not sure if they have one, at that moment I didn’t know that it should be used in such procedure). Everything was done manually there were no special instruments which are helping to open sealed roots. In the end the doctor has invited another doctor to do this. Somehow they managed to open roots and put medicament and again sealed the roots and tooth. Unfortunately, I started again to have an issue. The tooth wasn’t hurting but when I touched it I felt some discomfort. I didn’t want to go to this clinic anymore, as it was obvious that they don’t know what they are doing. I went to another clinic to check. And on X-ray it showed that in my root there was an instrument left by the doctor and it’s started inflammation. And they didn’t even said me that the instrument has broken and it had to be removed. Obviously, they couldn’t do it because they don’t have required equipment and I doubt if they even have experience to do this. But if they would not hide this I would rather go to another clinic straight away and treat it properly. But now after more than one year I have to treat the tooth again. I just hope that now another doctor can save me the tooth. And yes I spent in Artstom ~ 10k, and now I need to spend much more. I totally agree with all the comments about smoking, rush and that doctor is not sensitive, did not explain anything and even more hid that I have broken instruments (they were 4 pieces there!) in the tooth. Definitely, I can’t recommend this clinic after such a terrible experience. Maybe it depends on the doctor but I would not play roulette. I hope that my comment will help someone and save from such an experience which I was unlucky to have there.

Last summer, we traveled from Croatia to Prague on holiday and unfortunately, even before the trip, problems started: inflammation of a previously treated tooth, which was repaired with antibiotics. During the trip, two more teeth became inflamed. It was a huge relief when I found out that I could be admitted to the Artstom clinic. Luckily my dentist from Zagreb sent me an ortopan. It took three visits: the endodontic treatment of the necrotic root canal (tooth 5) and extraction (tooth 8); and then the holidays truly began! I can wholeheartedly recommend the dentists from the clinic, for their professionalism, kindness, excellent communication, cleanliness of the clinic, as well as reasonable prices. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart that they helped me!
