Clinic The Burdenko Main Military Clinical Hospital - Branch No. 3 in Balashikha
June 15, 1983, the 32nd Central Naval Clinical Hospital was opened. The hospital was created at the level of the best European hospitals. It was a hospital of the oceanic Navy, when 40 - 60 ships were on combat duty simultaneously, strategic missile submarine cruisers were actively used and naval activities were continuously developing. The very situation dictated the necessity of creating a unified medical, diagnostic and scientific-practical center that would concentrate the best medical and scientific personnel of naval medicine. Today, the hospital is a multidisciplinary specialized medical facility that provides high-tech medical care for a wide range of major diseases. More than 11,000 patients are annually treated there, about 4,000 surgical interventions, more than half of which are of high complexity. Modern technical equipment enables specialists of the hospital to use advanced medical technologies. Endoscopic surgeries are actively performed in abdominal surgery, gynecology, traumatology and urology. Endoprosthetic operations are conducted on large joints of extremities, arthroscopic operations on knee and shoulder joints, complicated reconstructive and restorative plastic surgeries for closing large defects of tissues after traumas and injuries of extremities using microsurgical equipment, operations at injuries and diseases of backbone. The program of complex reconstructive treatment of patients with spinal and spinal cord trauma is being implemented, including high-tech stabilizing spine surgeries. Endovideoscopic surgery of the nose and paranasal sinuses is developing and complex reconstructive surgeries in otosclerosis are performed. The availability of modern angiographic complex ensured the development of vascular surgery. Now in the hospital work 5 doctors and 30 candidates of medical sciences, 25 honored doctors, about a half of doctors have the highest qualification category.
