I especially wanted to thank the station E 1.2 Tuscany. The nurses and carers there were more than just perfect. Super friendly people

I arrived on time for my MRI appointment. Staff very friendly and competent. After that I had to reschedule an operation date in the gynecology department. The ward sister personally took me to the outpatient clinic, where the head of the department immediately addressed my concerns and kindly and even arranged the anesthesia appointment for me. There is so much complaining about outpatient clinics and hospitals, there needs to be some praise. Thank you very much and kind regards! Barbara Munzinger

Very modern, clean and friendly. The staff were all just great! My daughter, 11 years old, has an injury to her foot and was thoroughly examined, including an x-ray - all in about 45 minutes! A huge thank you from all of us!

A big thank you to the entire staff of the Rohrbach Hospital, especially to the surgical team. As soon as I was accepted, I felt understood and I was told that I would be treated with warmth. The inpatient admission was overwhelming. Everyone was friendly, in a good mood, always concerned about their patients. In my opinion, our Austrian health system is currently sliding into the abyss, but the KH Rohrbach has proven to be well organized and stable. Thanks again for the great care.

I tried and failed to book an appointment for my daughter, trying to speak German, thought my German is not so good yet, I still have a certification for an A2 level. I have been told in a very rude way that I should learn to speak German before trying to book an appointment. This kind of people makes me vomit.

I had a big femur tumor which needed curettage and plate. I was recommended Prim. Martin Dominkus. I came from Romania for my surgery. The entire process went through flawless: communication, registration, preoperative examination, surgery, post surgery care. Medical staff is extremly organised but very calm. As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. In 2021 I have give birth in this hospital. I had a horrible and traumatic experience, the staff member were not professional at all, lack of communication, 0 empathy, after 2 years I am still recovering because the experience was so traumatic. I ended with emergency C-section and total anestesy, the midwife was not comunicating with me, telling me what she is doing, nurses were always having bad attitude when I was saying I am in pain, they were like: other patients are also in pain! Also no lactation consultat was available, even though when we discussed on the phone they lied that the consultant was there. No help with lactation, because of them my baby starved for 2 day, I didn't knew how to latch and received 0 help. Basic help was not provided, my husband was helping me changing the sheets when it was too much blood, also my husband was changind the baby and everything else. When the nurse was coming they were bothered that we are disturbing them. If you have another option for giving birth, please Don,t choose this hospital. Not sure if I had this experience because I am an expat and I don't speak English, but anyhow I still have nightmares and treating the ptsd, not that they even cared to check-up on me or provide any help postpartum, so I was on my own.

I have been this place two times due to my heart. I know, I should wait a lot to meet doctor, but it was good place and gave me goom impression.!!

My 4 month old daughter just had surgery here. We feel very well cared for. Not only the medical profession has our complete trust, but also the nurses and caregivers are very popular with us with their love for the job - which we feel so much. The value ranges in the clinic are appealing, the free WiFi and the offers in the cafeteria shorten the waiting time immensely.!!

I would like to thank the Heart Center Leipzig. I had heart valve surgery and was given great care the entire time. After the 2nd day I was super fit again and my new heart valve works perfectly. As a patient, you feel that you are in very good hands at the Heart Center and all the employees always have an open ear for the patients. A very special thank you goes to the super nice and helpful staff at Station B4! I can definitely recommend the heart center.!!

Have the findings checked by a second authority!!!! You can save yourself having to contact the patient service center. After a check-up appointment at the dermatological outpatient clinic at the beginning of July this year. received an incorrect finding. (The doctor was on the phone the whole time during the examination and while typing on the PC; so he didn't listen to me). I disputed the findings through the patient service center and pointed out everything that was demonstrably wrong. I was contacted by phone X times with various questions, but until November 27th. there was no completion.

My doctors were helpful, skilled, professional and provided me a lot of information. After operation services and information is complete with high priority to the after operation services. The urgence for post opération patients was fast and of full service. The nurses when I came before the operation were too busy, they let me in, gave me my wrist tag and gave me 3 medicines but let me waited 2 hours and no one came back to me to update me that the operation will within 2 hours of waiting . I came at 8h50 and the actual operation is at 11h15, in between the waiting hours, no one has came to re assure me and update me of the schedule that made me nervous and worried for 2 hours. All nurses were so busy that morning and talks a lot to each other without double checking or just to give a quick short words to me for 2 hours in the waiting room before the Anesthesist picked me up. Thank you.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves. I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement: - at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄 - cold administrative reception - a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do - we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

I am impressed with the level of the hospital, attitude of medical and medical care. Grateful my surgery was handled here with great professionalism. Merci bien!

Care provided in a very professional and caring manner by the outpatient colonoscopy team. I felt an atmosphere that was both comforting for the patient that I am and relaxed among the caregivers. In a word: thank you.

Outpatient control examination with general anesthesia. The nurses and caregivers are top notch, very friendly and attentive. On the other hand, an anesthetist (apparently an intern) first pricked me twice on the top of my right hand, leaving the needles which a nurse then came to remove, before pricking my left hand to finally manage to the vein. Not good at all, we can say, and particularly painful. After the procedure, both my hands remained blue, swollen and very painful for at least 4 days. This is scandalous, especially if we consider the significant excess fees charged by La Protestante on anesthesia. Anesthesia alone costs more than €125, of which around €50 is reimbursed by the SS and €35 ​​by my mutual insurance.

I had to be hospitalized as an outpatient then in surgery in less than a week and both stays went very well. In the outpatient setting the nurses were very kind, attentive and funny (which is important in this kind of stressful moment). I was very well taken care of. For my stay on the 5th floor, everything went very well too! Thanks to nurse Catherine who was lovely to me, like a mother, who listened to me, made me laugh and took good care of me. Thanks also to the night caregiver who was very kind. Thanks also to the recovery room teams! And to the teams in the surgical theaters and the endoscopy suite, especially the nurse anesthetist who took care of me Thursday morning for my endoscopy, she really listened and was able to reassure me! I really felt good in the clinic. All the staff are kind and attentive, whether they are the admissions ladies, the stretcher bearers, the nurses, the nursing assistants, the doctors. If I have to have another operation one day, I would go back to the Protestant without hesitation! For once we see staff who are still human and smiling!

Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

My anesthesiologists were playing Joanne while putting me to sleep. Great and kind staff. Very positive experience.

After a car accident I have been transferred to this hospital and I haven’t doubted for a second if I were in good hands. Great physio team in very friendly environnement with a postcard view of the Alps

I had a carotid artery surgery. I was very happy with Dr Prof Ockert . He correctly diagnosed the root cause and the needed operation. He also invited my wife to to hear the risks for not doing it and the risks for doing it. We felt this was important as the outcomes could change our livestyles. Finally the operation was a great success. Good team work between the doctors too.

Apart from the confusing way the floors are numbered, this hospital is the best there is in the Netherlands.

I went whining in pain and they seemed annoyed by that then told me I had to had an appointment to have an emergency and gave a phone number then proceeded to talk to each other in Dutch and stopped recognizing my presence, worst hospital EVER

I’m an international student and I didn’t know how the health care here in the Netherlands works. I have a lump in my throat that makes me feel I can’t breathe. Since in my country (Italy) you can always get assistance I went to the emergency department because I was worried about my thyroid problem and I couldn’t wait until may 30th for the GP. I explained my problem and two nurses were really frustrated and rude, one of them laughed at me by saying “oh you can walk and speak, is it an emergency for you?”, another one: “are you an international student? I knew it!!! you international students always come here for EVERYTHING”. I know I was supposed to do a quick Google before going but I was really worried and they could have said those things in a different way. I give 5 stars to the third nurse that explained to me in a really polite way what to do.
