Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

Cockroaches, food, as well as the negligence of the attending doctors and staff, is worse than ever. If it were possible to put stars in minus, then we would have collected all -5. Before I met Dr.Deutsch, I sworn I will never see a gynecologist in Romania ever again after a bad experience in a private clinic in Bucharest. I wanted to take this time to give a shout-out to Dr.Deutsch Horatiu! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised after my first appointment and will be a returning patient. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. My father in law was hospitalized here for over a week and the staff and the hospital crew its absolutely amazing.You get answers at every single question you ask. Compare with other " so called emergency room" this one is a life saver. Yes its quite expensive but you get what you pay for. There is no attitude when you ask something and you get to be treated like a human, plus you get the treatment that you indeed need, not just random medications so they make sales.
