The lady told me to arrive at 3.30 p.m. and I went in for the examination at 4.20 p.m.... no information about the delay... no help and no information during registration and how to fill out the documents... .

I would like to appreciate the incredibly wonderful warm ladies at the registration desk on October 27, 2023, working at 6:30 p.m. Thank you We need such people in this crazy world.

I wholeheartedly advise against visiting Mrs. Zofia Jamrozik-Kruk. The doctor is so rude that it's not worth talking to. The whole visit had a very pretentious tone, and let's not forget that we come to the doctor for help, not as specialists who should know everything at the door. My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful - no crowds, no shouting or rushing. Great employees - positive attitude towards the patient, ready to help (greetings to the receptionist from 19/10/23, very nice and helpful, and to the nurse ;)

I have had abdominal liposuction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Tomasz Mierzwiński. I am very pleased with the results, but I have to wait a few weeks for the final result, but the surgery itself and post-operative care are at the highest level. The doctor is specific, nice, patient with the patient and, above all, an expert in his profession. the nurses are very caring and always helpful (special thanks to Mrs. Kasia and Mrs. Weronika. My daughter had a car accident on Thursday, she didn't go to the doctor because she said she felt fine, on Friday my chest started hurting and she felt worse, we went to the emergency room but they sent me to the family doctor even though it was Friday evening and the family doctor would be able to see me only on Monday. There are no words for all this.

Orthopedic Department. I have just visited this department and I am very positively surprised. The nurses were nice and friendly, always with a smile on their faces, I felt like I was in a private clinic. The doctors were also reliable and took care of the patient and explained everything thoroughly. I was shocked that a hospital under the National Health Fund could function this way. I recommend

Palliative ward ... as it was 17 years ago, so it is today ... nurses with no care, despite the fact that people lying there press the button they have .... The head physician, despite questions about the course of treatment, gives evasive answers .... the person has a large dose of oxygen to she could breathe normally .... The head physician said that the dose of oxygen should be reduced .... after 4 hours no one checked anything about the patient .... when we arrived after 4 hours the person we came to and took care of was suffocating because she had no oxygen .... THE DYING ROOM is the Pleszew hospital after 24 hours DEATH ... Totally zero when it comes to care in this department.

I went to the emergency room with a referral to a neurologist, the neurologist treated me at the highest level, I wish there were more doctors like her, it would be really great. The lady could have sent me home quickly, but she said she wouldn't let me go home until I had a consultation with the surgeon. What's more, I was also seen by a neurosurgeon, a surgeon and an orthopedist (each of them was also very nice and competent), I also had a CT scan, I was at the doctor's office four times, and her concern and commitment were visible! I could happily wait for my condition with such doctors for a long time and longer!!!!! when it comes to your neurologist, it's only Dr. Marzena Tomaszewska! A doctor by vocation and, above all, a human being! Thank you very much. ❤

After visiting a chemotherapy doctor (chemotherapy, radiotherapy from 2020), my wife calls with a referral to schedule a CT scan (next visit to the doctor in January). Answer JUNE, because according to her, she is NOT undergoing treatment. Has this lady worked in an emergency room before?

I recommend that people with cancer and their families avoid this place. Due to the doctors' slowness and their selection, my mother, who trusted them, passed away 4 months after the first visit, even though her condition was not that bad at the beginning. They gave hope and deceived. More important was the doctor's leave - in fact, the doctor was never available to the patient. Apart from the procedures they themselves did not follow, there was no treatment. And when the condition worsened, when I asked for help, the answer was, "What can I do? A private visit is scheduled for me in a month, you can cope on your own?" This is a doctor? I especially do not recommend a doctor from the thoracic surgery and cancer department. If you are looking for help, you will not find it there and please take it to heart when fighting for your life and health.

Absolute embarrassment for a medicinal center. My sister spent 7 hours in the ER with chest pain, provided doctor with all her records from other physicians. After 1 x-ray they disregarded everything, told her it's "probably" stress and sent her home. Thank you for reconfirming the public opinion in this countries medical standards. You are the heroes this country deserves.

I receivedan excellent care from very friendly and warm staffs from cardiology department.all doctors nurses and hospital staffs are so supportive. From start to end I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care, warmth and kindness of every person I met. I highly recommend this hospital.

Worst emergency experience ever. Come here with my friend with breath problem. Waited 5 hours until he almost fainted, then they gave him ibuprofen and didn’t try to find real problem. When he decided to leave so unprofessional SOR, the nurse was rude and severely pulled out a dropper with useless saline. Works for parking counter, not people.
