In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.

Recently came here to do a CT scan of the pelvic organs. I was satisfied with the attitude of the staff of the center. The results of the tomography were sent by mail. Absolutely no complaints!!

I am undergoing a course of radiation therapy in the center and I am very grateful to the doctors, nurses, receptionists for their attention and attitude. We contacted PET-Technology in Podolsk on January 11, 2022 for a consultation about radiation therapy. From the very entrance I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff, starting with the security guard and the girls at the reception. Everyone was happy to share and advise. We would like to express our gratitude to the radiotherapist E.F. Sufiyanova, the consultation was carried out clearly, professionally, promptly, thoroughly studied the medical history, and the next day marking and radiation therapy were prescribed. After that, they turned to the nurse E.A. Sazonova. for paperwork, everything was done promptly here as well. The next day, O. V. Ryabova, an X-ray technician, arrived with a patient in a wheelchair. quickly made markings and we were escorted to the hospital. The disabled person of the second group had lunch and had a rest in anticipation of radiation therapy. In the radiotherapy room No. 2, we were met by sensitive, friendly and professional girls: Trofimova N.V., Ivleva A.S., Abramova D.A. Here, too, everything was top notch! If possible, we ask the administration of PET Technology to encourage the above medical staff. Very happy and grateful for this service!!!

Yesterday I visited the medical department at Krasnaya Presnya. I have always been pleased with the service in other branches, but this left just a terrible impression. The slowness of the receptionist's work could have been tolerated, but the way the security guard behaved is simply a disgrace to the nurse. I was with an elderly mother and one-year-old son; we were not allowed in with our stroller. The security guard held the elevator and did not let us go up, all the visitors to the clinic swore at him, but he put on a show out of his integrity and rudeness. Then we waited 15 minutes for the stroller from the clinic on the first floor, which is why we were late for our appointment with the pediatrician. The nerves frayed for me, my mother and my son. I'm deeply disappointed. I also don’t understand what kind of rules these are so unique to the red freshwater department. In all other departments they allowed us in with a stroller without any problems. These rules were invented by an idiot who never carried rude children on himself. It was painful to look at the poor mothers who moved with mother's bags and babies from floor to floor. Why are there no free strollers for infants downstairs if you are not allowed to bring your own strollers? What does this ban on strollers save?

My attending physician insisted on pressotherapy as part of my course of treatment (I have a venous circulation disorder in the lower extremities). And I am very glad that he insisted on this. After pressotherapy, the heaviness in my legs that had already become familiar went away, and there was such lightness that words cannot express it (only those who have similar problems will understand). This procedure helped me a lot.

My son is 6 months old, there is slight muscle hypertonicity, our pediatrician advised him to get a massage. We completed a course of procedures in the children's department of the Medsi CDC on Krasnaya Presnya. The impressions from the specialist were exceptionally good, he was very attentive to the children, it was immediately obvious. He behaved carefully and attentively with the child. I will keep this institution in mind for the future.

Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything
