Receptionist polite & engaging. Excellent consultant, Mr Louette. Catering professional & polite. Theatre staff & anaesthetist thorough & professional. Recovery team, (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) lovely & kind especially one to one nurse, Anne. Physiotherapist, excellent, kind, helpful & knowledgeable. Pharmacist helpful with my meds. Ward staff excellent. Although, I encountered one nurse’s (bedside manner) somewhat curt. Nursing assistant professional, very thorough, helpful & kind. Thank you to all staff & team with my care.

I found the whole experience of hospital and treatment excellent. The staff were friendly and caring and I definitely will use your service when needed again. Well done.

The staff were incredible. They all looked after me so well and made me feel at ease. I was so looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better team. Amy was the primary nurse that looked after me. She was amazing, she explained everything made me feel at ease, talked me and my partner through everything. Miss Hazari is an incredible surgeon and can’t recommend her enough. She looked after me and made me feel heard and listened too. Matt the anaesthetist put my worries at bay. Annie was in the surgery with me, help my hand as I went under and was there as I woke. Paula the nurse at night was amazing and lovely while I was nervous.

This hospital is amazing. From the second you walk through the door until you hobble out of it again. Every single member of staff is friendly, polite and thorough. The rooms are clean and warm. Information is given in a timely manner. No question is a bad question. I would recommend the Thornbury to anybody - I really struggle to see how anybody can pick fault with any aspect of their care or services. Even the post-operation sandwich was delicious :) Thank you so much.

What an incredible experience! As someone that was very anxious about having surgery, the staff went above and beyond to provide the additional support that I required. From the nurses, the consultant to the catering staff, nothing was too much trouble. Particular mention to Clinical Services Manager Phil who is an absolute credit to the organisation and the surgeon Mr. Olarinde who did everything he could to put my mind at rest. If I could leave a 6 star review I would!

I have recently had a total hip replacement, carried out at the Wellington Hospital. I found the standard of care excellent at each stage, from the scan, to the pre admission meeting to my inpatient stay. The nursing staff were kind, supportive and friendly. My room was comfortable and the food was amazing,. Before I went I read the reviews on here and was surprised by the range of comments. I think some people have very unrealistic expectations of a hospital stay. This place is great!!!

I visited the Wellington for a scan and consultation. From the first meeting with the reception staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The staff answered all my questions clearly and in the right amount of depth. I felt able to trust them immediately and my confidence grew as the process moved forward. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wellington as a first class centre for excellent healthcare

I was under Mr Jay Smith and my total hip replacement went very well under his guidance and he has a very caring nature and always took time to explain how important the post care is. I found from the moment I entered the hospital, everyone was caring and service with a smile. Post surgery physios in the ward were excellent as well as after my discharge I was under the excellent care of Tighish, Senior Physio. She is absolutely brilliant and was very caring about my progress and making sure I was doing my exercises correctly. On discharge she made sure I knew how important the exercises were for my future progress.

Bishops Wood Hospital continues to provide an excellent service. A professional and friendly service was provided to me by Josephine in the Radiology Department. She was very efficient, made the mammogram as comfortable as possible for me and she checked regularly about how I was feeling.

I had surgery at bishops wood hospital everyone there was so friendly and polite. I had a nurse called Mihaela she was really friendly to me and we had a good laugh. before the surgery she made me feel less anxious. Mihaela looked after me well and so did the surgeons to.

Recently went in as a day case for a diagnostic procedure. From start to finish they made my time there almost enjoyable!!! The reception team, nurses , theatre staff and the Consultant were all brilliant. Communication was second to none and the teams we are all straightforward and uncomplicated. A credit to Fairfield Independent Hospital.

Absolutely shambles of a place can't run outpatient clinics on time .. Seems there time is more important than yours BE AWARE... It like there doing you a favour by operating clinics on a weekend ..!!! Unhelpful staff AVIOD ...

I am completely disgusted at how they view their patients. It seems as though the medical staff only show the care that comes with their job when you are employed or local to the surrounding area. If you are simply an independent carer for your autistic child then they will cast you aside, simply sending you somewhere else without even asking about your condition or symptoms. They truly know how to make you feel like a burden, as if you shouldn't have even stepped foot on the premises and I truly believe they are aware of this. I am a widowed Catholic mother of three with no support, visual issues and am single handedly guiding and aiding my autistic child through life. I come here for extrema pain in my back and they simply send me away after an uncaring talk. The medical staff and those incharge can easily solve this problem by climbing down from their ivory tower and acknowledging that we are all humans and are all entitled to the care we so rightly deserve. Absolutely foul.

I had and continue to receive a wonderful service. The surgeon Paul T explained the results, the next steps. His PA is prompt in responding to questions. The surgeon, PA and nursing staff are flexible, put me at ease. Never felt rushed. The facilities are what you would expect from an independent health provider. I cannot find fault with the staff as you walk off the street and the facilities.

Excellent hospital with great teamwork and service. I had knee arthroscopic meniscectomy surgery to fix my torn meniscus. Superb surgeon and anaesthetist. The hospital staff was excellent; they were friendly, helpful, and constantly available when needed. The food they served was excellent. A big thank you to Mr. Marston and his team, the anaesthetist, nurses, physiotherapist, and everyone that supported me during my stay. Thank you very much for looking after me! God Bless.

Lovely reception staff, lovely nurses and wonderfully professional consultant. Had to wait many hours for surgery without food or water but that sometimes cannot be helped, as surgery times vary so much patient to patient. Very clean with a nice waiting area too for relatives. Would recommend this hospital.

I just want to say that Dr. Parkes is extremely attentive and professional. He knows English is not my native language, so he made a conscious effort to slow down his speech to ensure I understood what he was saying. Throughout the process, all the nurses and staff at the front desk were also very attentive and friendly. This has been an amazing experience for me, probably the best I've ever had in a hospital.

Awful service, took over 45 mins for a blood test as the staff were just chatting behind the counter. The place wasn't even busy. Staff were incredibly rude too. Better off using the NHS. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to thank all the staff at The London Independent Hospital who were involved in my treatment. I was informed regularly of any updates to my surgery. Dr Jones was amazing and I am so great full to have finally been listened to after years and years of pain. Dr Jones understood this was not normal investigated and treated me. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, at ease and felt like i was in the best care.

The attention I received from reception to the consultant was first class. Timing was excellent and the whole experience was efficient and comfortable. This was reassuring as I was a little concerned about my investigations. I cannot praise the hospital highly enough on this occasion.

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough! Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him. The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge. RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure. Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho). Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

I attended the Urgent Care Clinic at The Princess Grave hospital and I was blown away at the level of service offered. All the team, medical and support staff were outstanding. I was seen very quickly, issue addressed and I was discharged in less than an hour. It was excellent value for money for the service offered! Thank you.

I recently underwent a robotic prostatectomy at Princess Grace Hospital. From start to finish I had an excellent experience. The facilities, staff and expertise were of the highest competence and quality. All services were delivered with great empathy and care.

Fantastic hospital with exceptional staff throughout. Was nervous for my first surgery experience and I couldn't have been in a better place. The private room and provisions were comfortable. The food was of a very good standard. Staff were very attentive and strive to provide the highest level of service.

My Mom has just spent the last week at Parkside Hospital and I have nothing but praise for the hospital and staff. Special mention must be made of Sylvia and Eric, they are amazing. I found all the Staff very friendly and the hospital was lovely and clean, the food was great too. Thank you for making this week so pleasant for all of us.

I am feeling sorry that I am writing this review, but that's exactly how my care experience at Parkside suite was (September 2022). I must say that the single night I had to stay there after my surgery was the poorest care experience I ever had in my life, due to extremely rude nursing staff at the night. As I was shifted at Parkside, the nurse very rudely refused for my family to see me at all since the meeting time was just over. I understood the meeting time thing but shared with her that my husband had brought my three very worried, young kids to see me for 2 min, only because the Post Op nurse herself said they would be allowed to see me after I was shifted at Parkside 'as an exception' (reason because I was expected to go home after my day surgery but was admitted due to pain issue, so Post Op nurse said that this very short meeting would be allowed as an exception), however, the meeting never happened and my kids went back after waiting in the car parking for more than 1.5 hours. Well, at least I saw my husband who reassured the kids that I was fine. After my husband left, I asked the nurse how I could call someone if I needed anything, and she literally threw the bell on my bed. I was shocked!! and worried about spending remaining part of the night while facing such rude behaviour. Later on, when I requested the nurse if she could hold my hand for going to the toilet, she reluctantly did but asked me to hold the IV stand by myself with my other hand. I can't blv how being in the care profession a nurse couldn't understand how much pain a patient possibly can be in, literally within few hours after a surgery and still asking the patient to hold & drag the stand by themselves. All the night the two nurses kept making loud noise in the ward walkway, to the extent that it was hard to sleep at all. Every time, the nurse would come in my room and would take my BP and temp, waking me up but without speaking to me. None of the two nurses who I saw introduced themselves, I myself checked their names. None of the time, anyone asked me if I was in pain or if I needed any pain killer until I myself asked for a pain relief in the morning. The way I was treated made me feel that it was my fault that I was in pain and needed to stay there, so I had to tolerate the attitude. Never expected such an experience straight after a major surgery and while going through extreme pain. The next day staff were nice as well as caring, I got discharged in the evening next day and was so grateful that I didn't need to bear the same attitude again. Please improve the facility. A patient is already in so much pain and expects sympathy and care, not stares and rude attitude. Kind regards

I was an outpatient yesterday at parkside wexham. I just wanted to say how friendly I found everyone and the food was fantastic. The lasagne was the best I have ever tasted anywhere! My only minor complaint would be that I could hear another patient’s TV the whole time, but that would not stop me from highly recommending parkside.

My name is Minal and I was hospitalised at UCLH from 21st October 2023 until 28th October 2023 with a nasty infection. I was put on sepsis protocol and I was eventually diagnosed with abscesses. The care and treatment I received from the time I arrived at A&E until I was discharged was exceptional. I was in such a bad state that I cannot remember all the names of the staff who looked after me, but I have to mention the nurse in A&E majors, Davinia Sabater Guijarro, as she took care of me with a lot of kindness and compassion. She was brilliant! Eventually, I was admitted to medical ward only briefly and then gynaecology ward. Nurse Reena from the medical ward was very kind, although I was only there for a very short time. Some of the nurses on gynaecology ward who looked after me were Nurse Erlou, Nurse Sidikat, Nurse Jordine, Nurse Kawser, Nurse Olu, Nurse Nishma, Nurse Bushirah, Nurse Antonio, HCA Maureen, Ward physio Bethany and many other nurses and healthcare assistants to whom I am very grateful to for the care and support they gave me whilst I was on that ward. The Gynaecology team led by Dr Naaila Aslam were fantastic and I feel that I am here and alive today because of them. My local hospital had sent me away with Trimethoprim and a wrong diagnosis just the previous day. Had I not gone to UCLH that Saturday evening, I wouldn't have made it, as my CRP was 400 and I was septic. Thank you to Dr Aslam and her team including Dr De Braud, Dr Tatiana, Dr Neha, Dr Julie, Dr Omar, Dr Hannah, Dr Alison and everyone in that team. They saved my life! When I had my procedure to drain the abscess, the nurses were so supportive including nurse Kit and nurse Emma. There were other nurses in that room too, but I don't recall all the names. All were wonderful. I would not have got through that procedure without their words of support and encouragement, in particular Nurse Kit and Nurse Emma. I hope the above mentioned staff and anyone who looked after me reads this review. I am forever grateful to them. UPDATE (5th December 2023): I spent a further two nights at UCH when the infection returned. Lots of wonderful nurses and healthcare assistants in A&E majors and same day emergency care (thank you Dr Maria Marouli and Nurse Jennifer). Another positive experience on gynae ward. Nurses Warda, Queen, Alena and Clare were all very kind, attentive and extremely competent.

There were so many patients in the A&E, i suffered with severe pain with kidney stone sym on Wednesday night 08/12/2023,staffs are well trained and doctors and nurses are very helpful. I had my CT scan and blood test results with in two hours. specially thanks to Dr. Bolloju and Dr. Galica, they are such nice doctors showed their professionalism, kindness, caring and excellent management skills.

Amazing service was feeling really unwell seen unbelievably quickly. The doctors and nurses were great very sympathetic and understanding. I attended the emergency day care Dr Johnny and dr harder also his staff were great provided a really immaculate service. The hospital is clean and well kept thank you all
