Today I was at the clinic for dental hygiene. They did it in 30 minutes, I would like the doctor to be more attentive and talk about her stages of work, since at some point the pain became unbearable, but the doctor was in no way interested in how I was feeling and how long I could endure this pain (let me clarify: when making an appointment At the appointment, I warned that I was pregnant, so I expected a more reverent attitude towards the procedure). The doctor did not give any recommendations for post-hygiene care, and she also did not ask whether I was satisfied with everything during the procedure. She also recommended going to another doctor for a dental x-ray. It’s good that I personally asked the doctor whether it was possible to do x-rays for pregnant women and he said “no,” although the previous doctor knew about the pregnancy and did not take this fact into account. About what the consultation costs and how much I already found out at the cashier, 15 minutes of consultation cost 35 €, although the price indicated in their price list is 25 €. In the end, I got the feeling that they wanted to specifically impose additional. Service. Also, when paying for hygiene, I learned about the price of 75 €, although on the website it was 65 €. Therefore, be prepared to pay more, and not at the prices that are on their official website and even in the price list. I got broken tooth while was on vacation in Europe. Tooth previously had huge filling. Dental Art was able to fit me in almost the next day, its easy to find them in Riga down town (i am not very familiar with Riga), front desk girls are friendly and helpful. Nice interior with water, coffee and tea provided at the front desk area. Doctor performed x-ray, explained the situation to me, and rebuilt the tooth with a new filling (luckily nerve wasnt damaged). Doctor performed some lidocaine local anaesthetic so i would not feel the pain from a needle as it was a huge work on a tooth and several injections had to be done. I literally felt nothing! Zero pain, no needle pinch, nothing.But my gum was burnt by lidocaine eventually so i had to go back 2 days after the procedure, i called them in panic as my cheek was swollen and i was in pain and i didnt know what was that. They were able to fit me in within next couple of hours, another doctor took a look, explained what happened, put some cream on my gum, prescribed the special gel, suggested herbal mouth wash, offered prescription for a pain killers for my flight (i didnt take it i personally trying to avoid it) and i safely returned back to USA with my tooth fixed and gum healing quickly (i follow their suggestions) . Paldies! Thank you!

Went in for an emergency filling and Julieta was friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions!! From the moment of scheduling my appointment to arrival, the front staff was very helpful & kind (English language friendly!). There was no waiting time and I immediately went in after filling out the paperwork. The lobby & equipment are all up-to-date & modern. Would highly recommend!!

Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

Recently visited Paphos on holiday and whilst there I visited Paphos Smile Art studio, on arrival I was greeted by a very friendly dental nurse and seen by DR STAVROS KELOGRIGORIS. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was able to to save one of my front teeth that I was previously told in the UK that I needed an implant, so you can Imagine my relief and I also had three replacement crowns. This was all done in 3 visits and at a fraction of the cost in the UK. When I return again I would definitely book in for further treatment, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Very impressed

If I could I would give them 10*. I had a full mouth rehabilitation. From the first time I stepped into the surgery I felt calm and relaxed. Evi and Dr Stavros are 2 amazing people. Never made me feel pushed or hurry even we had 1-2 challenging treatment. Dr Stavros love music and singing what I find calming and funny.Its definitely helped me to release the fears. I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.

Fantastic dentist experience. It was my first time doing dental travel from the UK. After researching several places I decided for Empire Dent as the appoitments were scheduled very conveniently and the work (4 crowns) was done fast and in high quality. I was very satisfied with all the information I received via email and also on a call. The dentist spoke perfect english. All staff spoke German too. I found the experience very smooth, painless and with positive friendly attitude from everyone there. They offer also transport from the airport - Vienna/Bratislava and accommodation. I didnt use those services as I was driving there on my own. The crowns were done in 4 days which was 1 day earlier than expected. I can only highly recommend this dental clinic!

This is the worst place I've ever seen. I came for a teeth cleaning, the doctor was a young guy. The teeth cleaning was not good and unprofessional because not all the plaque and tartar was removed. The cleaning took only 8 minutes (😂). I pointed out the mistakes to him and he only fixed 2 spots, he refused to do the rest. I had discomfort after the cleaning on my lower teeth when touching my tongue, asked him to polish the place, he also refused. Now I have to look for another clinic to fix it all and finish it. Guys, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is a clinic that only wants money, they don't care about the quality of their work. ————————- Why do you care what my name is? Does it make any difference who paid? Your job is to provide the service, the patient's job is to pay for it. Let me start in order. 1. I left a review about a service you provided that I used. You don't like the feedback? Start a more qualitative approach to customers, not thinking only about money. 2. You say I was 15 minutes late? Right, but there are ethics in the world where people who are late are allotted no more than 15 min to wait, so that's why you accepted me because I didn't exceed the waiting time. (I recommend studying ethics). 3. Your young doctor did a terrible cleaning. Firstly there are lots of places where teeth were not cleaned, secondly no polishing of the teeth was done, which should be!!!! 4. You say 50 minutes of service? I sat for ~35 min listening to another treatment plan for my other teeth followed by an offer to buy it. Did you forget that I strictly came for a teeth cleaning, not to talk to the doctor? The cleaning itself was 8 min!!!! Also, do you think it's okay to chat and laugh with the assistant when the patient is getting their teeth cleaned? Are we in a bar or a dental office? 5. I also had to return to your clinic to another doctor (thank you for that, excellent doctor) corrected at least somehow the work of your unprofessional young doctor, although I still feel discomfort. Your doctor refused to polish my teeth, which I have never seen anywhere else. 6. You can deny my review, but you really are. 7. All you were able to leave under my previous review is just an emphasis on service. But you must realize that patients are evaluating the quality of your services, not your service. These are not brand name clothing stores.

This place exceeded my expectations by far! I went here for my crooked teeth, and the best solution for me was to get a metal bracket. They made photos, x rays, and even a powerpoint presentation with a clear explanation about the treatment plan. When I have a question or when I feel something unpleasant, they immediately assist me and give professional assistance. Can't think about anything currently they could improve on! So I can recommend this 10 /10!

I booked an appointment with Crystal Dental based on the reviews & also with a holiday pre-planned in Budapest I contacted Crystal dental & they were very clear on my treatment plan. My dentist in U.K. explained my molar tooth couldn’t be saved & if I wanted it saved I needed to pay LOTS of money to see a private dentist!. The dentists at Crystal are professional, experienced & very well accomplished at what they do , everything was very well explained & I’m relieved that my tooth was saved! The great service cost me a fraction of what I would’ve paid in the U.K. Highly recommend this Crystal dental clinic!

I have had two visits to Crystal Dental during my 10-day vacation (06/10/2023) and I was honestly over the moon with the way I was treated here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also, I have to say that I was immensely impressed with Dr Hassan who was friendly, attentive and took the time to explain the procedures and his thoughts on how the treatment should progress. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Doctor Hassan for his patience and persistence in ensuring that my dental implant was a success this was far from an easy process as the anesthetic was a major problem, however he managed to complete the process and save me an extra visit next year. If you need dental work done then I would highly recommend Crystal Dental. Don't get ripped off in the UK, come here, get the work done for a fraction of the price, have a holiday and explore the wonderful city of Budapest whilst you are here. You will still be able to do all this cheaper than using your local UK Dentist

Had an amazing experience with clinic and specifically Dr. Rui. Had wisdom teeth extraction. Everything went smoothly, with no complications. Also, DiS. Marie Horová is the best. Definitely recommend it. 10 out of 10.

I’ve gone to Dr. Rui and his team now for a check up, putting back in a loose crown, and a dental cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety concerning dentist visits and I can’t express how comfortable an environment this practice has. Staff are highly organized, communicate procedures clearly and in detail, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can’t suggest them enough!

If you are afraid of the dentist, but want to be greeted by nice receptionists, caring dentists DO NOT (!!!!!!!) go here!!!!! Here, BOTH those at the counter AND the dentist roll their eyes and sigh (audibly!!) When either the sedatives or the anesthesia don't work on you!(me) I had a tooth pulled (one of the times I was there) where the male dentist was visibly annoyed as I was still scared after a while. He then thought it was a clever idea to tell me (who has a fear of dentists) that this was no stress. He had even pulled a tooth on himself! When I told this to the reception afterwards and said that I found it uncomfortable and certainly NOT reassuring for me as a patient, she just said "Yes, he's a bit "like that", we just call him the butcher" (!!!!! ) WHO says that?!?!?! This was just ONE of the incidents that happened when I was there, but there were more, believe me... After this I did not go back and was called several times to get a new appointment. I postponed and postponed, which eventually ended with the receptionist scolding me, loudly over the phone! You will be looking for a more irresponsible, rude and terrible place for a long time!! I hadn't even fixed my dog's teeth there! SHADOW THE TRACK!

What drags it down: They said partial payment over 6 months was completely interest-free- they didn't mention anything about the fees associated with partial payment, and the interest on these fees.. Other than that, nothing to complain about! I got answers to whatever I wondered, and was very well looked after by the skilled dentists. Say goodbye to dental fear 😁

I came to the Clinic after a few botched fillings by my previous doctor, and a couple of other issues we've discovered along the way. All I can say is that I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the level of professionalism and service provided by Paris Dental, but most of all, by Dr Csilla Varga. She guided me through each procedure with kindness and patience, answering all my questions and restoring my trust in denists in general. Having had her as my dentist has shown me what a difference it makes to have a professional (who is also passionate about their job) take care of me, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Friendly Professionals Competitive in prices and as far as I'm concerned they work better than many Italian dentists

I would like to return to this clinic, because I need periodic checkups and well done dental cleaning. I started coming here in 2005. I needed to stop in 2017, as I was leaving Italy, (where I had lived for many years) for a while. Now I am back in Italy, but after my extremely positive dental experience in Canada, to be honest I am afraid I won't find the same professionalissim that Rident once had back in the day, after reading the latest reviews. Not only, but my coworker that is origianally from near Lubiana also warned me that the quality of dental work has changed at the Rident clinic in Rieka. I am faced with a dilemma because good Italian dentists are very expensive in Italy, and don't except private insurance.

Never again! I had appointment at 10:00, and was waiting more than an hour for a doctor. I had tooth cleaning, procedure was done in 5 min. The doctor only took away the stones (not gently!) and even not polishing the tooth. No ultrasound cleaning, no special solutions, nothing! Just 5 min of pain and water in my face and clothes
