Our experience at Mater was fantastic. The care provided by the midwives and nurses was beyond our expectation. The midwives at the birthing suites were so calming and reassuring. I highly recommend going to the classes. The baby bath class helped increase our confidence in bathing our baby once we were back home. The night nursery was so helpful too! Our breastfeeding journey would not have been what it was without the guidance of the lactation consultant Trish. Special shout out to Karen in special care nursery who made such a difference in our short stay there.

Went through a hysterectomy at the Mater. Received a text msg the day prior for admission time and it was 1.5 hrs between checking in and being taken in for surgery. Staff were friendly and professional. Private room was clean and well set up. Nurses were caring and lovely, handovers were done well, communication with myself as a patient was effective, room service was good and efficient. On site cafe and pharmacy good and the healing garden was a lovely break for my parents visiting while I slept. Great experience

I cannot recommend this hospital's birthing team, unit, and maternity highly enough. From antenatal check ups to delivery, all the way through to recovery, the entire experience was exemplary. I have never met such dedicated, informed, warm, competent, and skilled midwives, nurses, and doctors as those we came across throughout our pregnancy journey, and highly recommend them all to anyone looking to have a positive birth experience. We absolutely loved our stay there - so much so that we were sad to have to leave and go home at the end of our recovery. The maternity suite made recovery more like a hotel/resort staycation, and the food was superb. We felt so at home, and left feeling so much more prepared for parenthood than we did when we first went in. Thank you, to all the staff, from SanMich and Luca. We can't wait to see you all again hopefully for baby number 2!

Highly recommend this clinic as we (my husband and I) have been let down with previous orthopaedic clinics resulting in multiple infections and surgeries along with unprofessional treatment from both staff (very rude staff) and the surgeons. We could not be happier with Perth Orthopaedic Surgeon (Dr Nicholas Calvert and Team) as no request or enquiry was too much for them, and the final result says it all (Outstanding). The Perth Orthopaedic Clinic itself very well presented, clean and hygienic. Thank you so much for all the best effort from you guys to end my husband's long 9 months nightmare, so glad we found you! Will take this clinic for our family's orthopaedic specialist for sure.

I visited Perth orthopaedic clinic from a recommendation/referral from my doctor after previously visiting a different orthopaedic clinic.. I would highly recommend Perth orthopaedic as my specialist was very informative, delivered the recommendations in a simplified manner so I could understand and laid everything out in plain English to be able to know what the steps are I need to take to help the recovery of my broken foot.

I recently underwent hamstring repair with Dr Peter Annear. Couldn't fault his bedside manner and that of his theatre team and anaesthetist - thank you.

Easy to access for patient pick up and drop off, parking can be difficult to find though. The hospital is clean and well set out. There are volunteers that helped lots of people with directions (including me) it was a good experience all round.

Recently here for a heart condition & received first class care by doctors, cardiologists who care. From the e.d. to the ward. Nurses too were wonderful, compassionate, understanding. Extraordinary hospital, thank you. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely brilliantly assisted me when I came in with a badly broken arm. All staff, from reception, to nurses, to doctors and imaging staff were totally professional, extremely courteous and very responsive to my needs.

Amazing care and attention. I am so thankful for the professional treatment my father recieved while here.

My grandmother was recently in to have surgery on her thyroid. There was an incredible nurse named Sienna looking after her in the evenings - one night I witnessed the level of care and attention that Sienna showed my grandmother. It was one of the most comforting and beautiful things to see. I wanted to thank you personally, and I hope I’ll still be able to one day, but for now Sienna, I hope you see this! Thank you so much. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. Would like to thank all the staff /nurses on level 8 for looking after me the last 5 days from 7/11.3.23 which had been a very tough week for myself following spinal fusion & a few added complications post op, a great team of professionals very thankful for the care 🙏 regards Aaron Cooke

I cannot fault St Vincent’s Private from admission staff , theatre staff , the muses and Drs , the Physio’s and all the cleaners and food and beverage people . All were lovely , kind , caring , professional , will not go anywhere else . Only downfall is parking but overall 5 stars ❤️

Apparently this is acceptable food for a private hospital. Do better St. Vincent's.

Just recently lost our mother. StVincent’s is suppose to help with her transition to palative care the way that woman was treated by your so called team is absolutely appalling and disgusting. My father was left to care for her with the advice from nurses and by the way there were a few not just one.. as he said he was told what to do but not shown.. to even get a nurse out to see her was taking 3 to 5 days and that was even if they called back to make an appointment. My father was made to feel by your nurses that he was doing the wrong thing only because one nurse was telling him to do it then another one is telling him it is wrong… she died at home in so much pain because we had to wait another 3 days before any one would come out to see her..thank god for the Redlands hospital for taking proper care of her thank fully she died in peace that day she was taken there and looked after straight away. Not after months of pain and no help from St Vincent’s … only giving 1 star because it won’t let me give no star

I stayed in level and I would like to give a huge thank you to Nikki ,Mark, Nathan,Ivy and Young for making my stay so much easier when all I wanted to do was panic. The other 2people I would like to thank is my favourite tea and coffee ladies Lexia and I’m really sorry but I’ve forgotten your name but you are in your seventies originally from Asia but you also bring up our meals. There is only one problem and that is the food. Bloody terrible. I’m a huge foody with a background in hospitality as a cook I get the size of the meal but there is No reason for green verges overcooked until there grey. Shame on you chef/cook for a privat hospital it’s bloody horrible

Hospital staff are great but parking is well there is no parking having to park two block's away this needs to be fixed
