Orthodontic service didn't quite meet my expectations. First of all, had to wait for 30 mins, although the appointment was arranged in advance. The consultation itself took 5-10 min. I had expected some kind of thorough analysis of my case and strategy or roadmap with detailed explanation how, why and how much it will cost. Sadly it didn't happened.

I recently visited the Processus dental clinic for the first time. I had my wisdom teeth extracted. From the very beginning, I was very pleasantly surprised by the team's warm reception and care for me throughout the tooth extraction process. Also, my post-surgery treatment went without any complications and I was happy with that. The Clinic received me very well, and the whole Team including the drivers were extremely Professional. My Procedure was done in only 4 Days, and the Team had to Work extra Late just so I can get my veneers in time. My Premium Dentel review: I had my treatment back in July, I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to give a full roundup of my experience. Contact prior to travelling: Excellent. By email and WhatsApp, the contact was superb, all questions were answered and explained, I felt total confidence in what the process would be when we arrived. I decided to book a 10 day TUI holiday so that I was having a trip as well as my treatment. Mum and I arrived at the airport and the surgery has arranged for transfers to take us to the hotel, this is a nice touch that they offer. The following day we were picked up at the agreed time and taken to the surgery: Monday: This is the long day, we were greeted by Maddi, she was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Then the dentists (all 3 of them) examined me, they consulted each other and then Maddi explained the results, the treatments and cost, I was very impressed that they quoted me what treatment would be best for me and not the most expensive. Mum was shown to the very nice waiting room and my treatment started, the filling of the teeth, this was quite harrowing, it wasn’t painful due to the injections, it is loud and long, what helps is the hygienist and dentist were very attentive, after hours of filing you wait for you temporary teeth. When they come they feel a little odd however you’re just grateful to leave and go back to the hotel at this point. I was quite nervous about eating so I stuck to soft foods, but I believe I would have been ok with most things, these teeth were ok but feel a little awkward. Thursday, Friday, Saturday: I went back for my fittings, everyday we were met by Maddi who continued to be helpful and supportive. The dentist was excellent, he explained everything he was doing as he did it. He was a complete perfectionist, which made me fell secure. Inserting the implants was the most painful day, this is due to the injections and procedure, following this I found it really difficult to get used to my face, I looked completely different, seeing myself in photos freaked me out, however I am now used to my new smile and I LOVE IT, I’ve had great feedback from friends and colleagues. I had discomfort and sensitivity for about 1 month following, I also had bleeding for a couple of weeks, this stopped when started using Corsodyl toothpaste and mouthwash. Overall, it was a wonderful service, extremely professional, very clean and worth every penny.

A+++ for the team and job undertaken! I had 8 upper and 8 lower crowns put on last year september, it is now 1 year past and they are still in same perfect condition! Recently visited Paphos on holiday and whilst there I visited Paphos Smile Art studio, on arrival I was greeted by a very friendly dental nurse and seen by DR STAVROS KELOGRIGORIS. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He was able to to save one of my front teeth that I was previously told in the UK that I needed an implant, so you can Imagine my relief and I also had three replacement crowns. This was all done in 3 visits and at a fraction of the cost in the UK. When I return again I would definitely book in for further treatment, I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Very impressed

If I could I would give them 10*. I had a full mouth rehabilitation. From the first time I stepped into the surgery I felt calm and relaxed. Evi and Dr Stavros are 2 amazing people. Never made me feel pushed or hurry even we had 1-2 challenging treatment. Dr Stavros love music and singing what I find calming and funny.Its definitely helped me to release the fears. Also he is always ,means always, made sure I'm okay and not on pain. They have the latest technology and equipments. I'm over the moon with the end result. I recently visited Smile Art Studio Paphos for a routine cleaning and was blown away by the level of care and expertise they provided and ended up doing 3 more aesthetic procedures. I was recently in Bali and had teeth whitening and a soft mouth split (they call it a mouth guard) for teeth grinding made, by Sunset Dental. I can absolutely recommend this place for any dental needs. They are an honest company who did a great job. I’m very happy with my results.👏👏👏👏

They will answer all your question,s set up an appointment with the doctor and will assist with everything you need. Then there is the dentist. My doctor was Dr Bawa. I wish to thank Mr. Bawa and his assistant publicly since I HAVE ABSUTELY NEVER RECEIVED SUCH FANTASTIC QUALITY OF DENTAL CARE ANYWHERE ELSE! Sorry for caps lock but on that I really wanted to get your attention ;) Dr. Bawa did a deep interview on my issue, we did an x-ray, discussed options, we decided on the treatment plan and I was able to make a fully aware choice about my next actions. We have scheduled an appointment for the next day at the reception and this is where the true magic begins: - anaesthetic applied so gently a baby would sleep through it - drilling - never pleasent right? Let me put is this way, it was not unpleasent. Dr took his time and the entire process went smoothly and without any issues. - filling, adjusting & polishing - all up to the highest standard provided so far. I am extremely pleased with the service and I believe that if my previous dentist encounters were always like this I would probably visit one every more often. Highly do recommend

Such a great experience with the whole staff. Many specialists for all things dental. I needed a new denture and my wife needed a few fillings replaced and 2 implants. Such a great staff. Definitely coming back next year to get implants for myself. Great prices and completely upfront with costs and reasonable prices. Communication was first via email, then Whatsapp after, so super easy to communicate and directions are on Google maps, as they have a few locations.

My husband recently had extensive dental work done at this clinic by Dr Quang and his team. Before visiting Hanoi Nam provided very detailed information on what was required including extractions, bone graft and multiple implants. At all times the clinic staff were very professional and explained each stage of the work being undertaken. Clinic was of very high standard and very clean. They also provided flexibility of appointments to enable us to visit other cities in Vietnam and make a real holiday of it. We would thoroughly recommend and the cost is approximately one third of cost in NZ.

Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.

I had 2x composite bonding and a clean and my partner has 3 cavities filled and a clean and the price was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time and kept checking with me with a mirror to make sure I was happy with the shape. They repaired my implant prosthetics. The service here is very delicate and has tremendous technology. They did difficult prosthetic repairs accurately and quickly. It's a great dentist.

Perfect experience. I broke my tooth and contacted the clinic via messenger as I cannot call with my SIM card. I had just 3 available hours for the dental care and they found a free slot for me at the same day. The clinic itself is nice and clean with very nice staff speaking English. For 300k I got done my broken tooth with X-Ray and anesthesy included. It is possible to pay there by card. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! Thank you for the great care.

The dentist is quite professional but the nurse and cashier are super numb or lazy-looking. I came in today but I didn’t get any warm welcome. The nurse and cashier look ignorant. They don’t serve customer like other dental clinics I have gone. In conclusion: - dentist skill : acceptable and effective - service : aweful - price. : more expensive than other clinics I have been before!

There was an offer online for a tooth implant for 1100 e, when I arrive since the price will increase to 2400

I just went for a free implant consultation. I can't imagine going to Medident for any actual treatment, because the nurse who took an x-ray of my teeth put her hand in my mouth while taking the picture, with which she had already touched at least a couple of door handles and several devices in the imaging room. So the whole time he didn't even change the protective gloves he already had when he came to pick me up from the waiting room, let alone clean his hands. When I told the nurse in question that I was uncomfortable with the situation, she replied that they wear protective gloves to protect themselves. It was easy to believe when after a while I saw that the dentist didn't even wear a surgical mouth-nose mask during the patient appointment, even though at that time there was a general mask recommendation due to the corona virus (and that recommendation was meant to protect other people). When you slip up in easy basic hygiene matters, it's hard to trust that bigger things will go well.

Fantastic dentist experience. It was my first time doing dental travel from the UK. After researching several places I decided for Empire Dent as the appoitments were scheduled very conveniently and the work (4 crowns) was done fast and in high quality. I was very satisfied with all the information I received via email and also on a call. The dentist spoke perfect english. All staff spoke German too. I found the experience very smooth, painless and with positive friendly attitude from everyone there. They offer also transport from the airport - Vienna/Bratislava and accommodation. I didnt use those services as I was driving there on my own. The crowns were done in 4 days which was 1 day earlier than expected. I can only highly recommend this dental clinic!

This is the worst place I've ever seen. I came for a teeth cleaning, the doctor was a young guy. The teeth cleaning was not good and unprofessional because not all the plaque and tartar was removed. The cleaning took only 8 minutes (😂). I pointed out the mistakes to him and he only fixed 2 spots, he refused to do the rest. I had discomfort after the cleaning on my lower teeth when touching my tongue, asked him to polish the place, he also refused. Now I have to look for another clinic to fix it all and finish it. Guys, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is a clinic that only wants money, they don't care about the quality of their work. ————————- Why do you care what my name is? Does it make any difference who paid? Your job is to provide the service, the patient's job is to pay for it. Let me start in order. 1. I left a review about a service you provided that I used. You don't like the feedback? Start a more qualitative approach to customers, not thinking only about money. 2. You say I was 15 minutes late? Right, but there are ethics in the world where people who are late are allotted no more than 15 min to wait, so that's why you accepted me because I didn't exceed the waiting time. (I recommend studying ethics). 3. Your young doctor did a terrible cleaning. Firstly there are lots of places where teeth were not cleaned, secondly no polishing of the teeth was done, which should be!!!! 4. You say 50 minutes of service? I sat for ~35 min listening to another treatment plan for my other teeth followed by an offer to buy it. Did you forget that I strictly came for a teeth cleaning, not to talk to the doctor? The cleaning itself was 8 min!!!! Also, do you think it's okay to chat and laugh with the assistant when the patient is getting their teeth cleaned? Are we in a bar or a dental office? 5. I also had to return to your clinic to another doctor (thank you for that, excellent doctor) corrected at least somehow the work of your unprofessional young doctor, although I still feel discomfort. Your doctor refused to polish my teeth, which I have never seen anywhere else. 6. You can deny my review, but you really are. 7. All you were able to leave under my previous review is just an emphasis on service. But you must realize that patients are evaluating the quality of your services, not your service. These are not brand name clothing stores.

This place exceeded my expectations by far! I went here for my crooked teeth, and the best solution for me was to get a metal bracket. They made photos, x rays, and even a powerpoint presentation with a clear explanation about the treatment plan. When I have a question or when I feel something unpleasant, they immediately assist me and give professional assistance. Can't think about anything currently they could improve on! So I can recommend this 10 /10!

I booked an appointment with Crystal Dental based on the reviews & also with a holiday pre-planned in Budapest I contacted Crystal dental & they were very clear on my treatment plan. My dentist in U.K. explained my molar tooth couldn’t be saved & if I wanted it saved I needed to pay LOTS of money to see a private dentist!. The dentists at Crystal are professional, experienced & very well accomplished at what they do , everything was very well explained & I’m relieved that my tooth was saved! The great service cost me a fraction of what I would’ve paid in the U.K. Highly recommend this Crystal dental clinic!

I have had two visits to Crystal Dental during my 10-day vacation (06/10/2023) and I was honestly over the moon with the way I was treated here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also, I have to say that I was immensely impressed with Dr Hassan who was friendly, attentive and took the time to explain the procedures and his thoughts on how the treatment should progress. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Doctor Hassan for his patience and persistence in ensuring that my dental implant was a success this was far from an easy process as the anesthetic was a major problem, however he managed to complete the process and save me an extra visit next year. If you need dental work done then I would highly recommend Crystal Dental. Don't get ripped off in the UK, come here, get the work done for a fraction of the price, have a holiday and explore the wonderful city of Budapest whilst you are here. You will still be able to do all this cheaper than using your local UK Dentist

I’ve gone to Dr. Rui and his team now for a check up, putting back in a loose crown, and a dental cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety concerning dentist visits and I can’t express how comfortable an environment this practice has. Staff are highly organized, communicate procedures clearly and in detail, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can’t suggest them enough!
