And even though i spoke very little it to those around me, i met three people who were completly disapointed in having breast transplants done by this surgeon. Like you, I suffered enormously psychologically from the result of this operation. My face wasn’t the same at all and that wasn’t the goal!! I also woke up during the operation because i was choking from the blood running down my throat. I heard voice of the nurse only at that moment. The result was a disaster and i had to have three operations in another hospital to repair the damage.

I gave birth at Yanhee Hospital with Dr. Apichat. He’s excellent and very good and experienced in natural as well. At the beginning I want to go with natural and he always pro with it. But in the end I choose to do C-section, And I had fabulous experience and I recovered after 7 days and being able to do everything normally and the incisions healed very well. Dr. Apichat understand English but he will reply in thai. However every international client of yanhee hospital will get assistant/translator for every checkup and during the stay for delivery. Highly recommend Sai Htun Win (Sonic) he’s excellent and very helpful and professional! Couldn’t be more happy with all free things he has done for me and my family! I had amazing birth experience with this doctor and this hospital, they willing to help me with everything they can do since the first time i come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I waited one full hour to get a facial done. And that’s after complaining along the way. Very unprofessional and waste patients time. Each step took 15/20 mins. There’s no communication about how long I should wait. I always come here but today was the worse experience. Never ever again.

I had the pleasure of visiting the DRHC clinic during my recent visit to Dubai, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Yesterday I had been there for eye check up.they did the check up but kept the file with them what rights do they have to keep my file with them?? They said aapko chahiye medical records se Xerox le lo rubbish services from 9.30 am to 1 at noon I was there there was. One test they did without even asking me that test should have been done if I opt for cataract surgery there.

Had a comprehensive health checkup done with which I was satisfied. There seems to be little sanctity of time given for appointments in the OPD. I was given appointments at 3.45 and 4.30, whereas I could see the concerned doctors only at 4.45 and 6.30, respectively. I’m not sure if anybody should get an MRI done here. The Hospital’s MRI report was rejected by their own doctor on account of being ‘incomplete’.

Undoubtedly one of the best hospitals in Mumbai. Well qualified and experienced Doctors. Prompt & Efficient service by Nurses and Mousis. Centrally located. I recently had an unfortunate experience at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital that compelled me to share my thoughts. My father-in-law was admitted for an emergency procedure, and what transpired during our visit left me deeply disheartened. Initially, we were given an estimate of ₹2,09,000 plus consumables for the procedure, but upon discharge, the cost had escalated to ₹3,57,000 - a staggering 75% increase. Seeking clarification at the billing desk, I received vague answers and was directed to the assistant doctor of the surgeon, who then asked us to wait for Dr. Mandar Deshpande. After a prolonged wait, Dr. Mandar Deshpande eventually met with us but became defensive when questioned about the unexpected cost surge. Despite my attempts to engage in a civil conversation, things turned unpleasant as Dr. Deshpande raised his voice and directed us back to the billing department. We would not believe a doctor could behave in such a manner. The situation escalated further when security was called, and my wife and I were confined to a room with the promise that someone from billing would explain the invoices. To our dismay, we were still waiting for someone to come for over 45 minutes, prompting us to consider leaving. Later, Rajashesh Savant, the senior security personnel, decided to come but immediately resorted to using foul language and even attempted to file a false FIR against us. He threatened us with a silly claim that I had kidnapped my father-in-law so that we would not pay the bill. We asked him to check the cameras that a nurse had released him, and second to think if our intention was not to pay the bill (and run away), then why would we go to the billing counter to ask for the bill to pay? Why would we just not run away without paying? I explained to him the reason my father-in-law had left a little early was because he was in pain after the surgery and he had to travel six hours to get back home, so we stayed back so that he could leave to get back home before it was too dark. When logic did not prevail, he asked his security guards to physically restriction us and attempt to seize our belongings. When tried to take pictures and videos the guard literally tried to snatch my phone by inserting his hands into my pocket. How can a medical institution employ goons like these? Ultimately, exhausted and under duress, we decided to settle the bill after intervention from a senior police officer. The entire incident unfolded in the hospital lobby, possibly captured on video. This experience has raised several concerns about the conduct of the hospital staff and the apparent lack of accountability. Seeing such behavior from a healthcare institution where open communication and understanding should be paramount is disheartening. Questions arise about the hospital's choice of personnel, particularly those who cannot engage in polite conversations and provide explanations when required. The ordeal also raises questions about the conduct of security personnel. Last but not least, observe the cleanliness when you are in the hospital. It is one the worst; besides the lobby, the wards and especially the bathrooms are not to the cleanliness standard of a medical institution. I hope to shed light on the challenges faced during my visit to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, emphasizing the need for better communication and a more patient-friendly approach from the medical and administrative staff. There are better hospitals in Mumbai, and you should consider those before considering Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital.

Hospital clean and good staff but bathrooms cleaning not done. No one taking care.. it's always stinking ,no tissue papers or toilet rolls..no housekeeping supervisor around to whom we can show the dirty washroom on ground floor...the bathroom cleaner was forced to clean but she was using one cloth to wipe seat covers which can be a serious breeding ground for infection and a dirty mop which could never dry floor..no Dettol or sanitizer in or around washroom .. dirty smell all over ..wash basins equally stained and dirty and wet on the counter...we request management to immediately take action to improve condition of such a gifted hospital ...there was no suggestion box found so posting. It's a request for all the washrooms conditions to be improved for patients relatives.

Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital 🏥 is one of the best hospitals 🏥 in Mumbai and in India 🇮🇳 . Excellent infrastructure. Hospital is very clean. I've had my executive health check up over there. And I've got good experience at the hospital 🏥. Every department is marked with systematic colorful lines which you have to follow on the floor so as to commute inside hospital. No need to ask anyone unless you have colorblindness 😉. Reception staff at EHC are very helpful and cooperative. I've gone for routine medical check up. Doctors are knowledgeable. The most important thing I like about kokilaben hospital that they sends all the reports thru mail. No hassle or waiting for the hard copy of the reports. And food 🍲 is really good. You won't feel like you are eating hospital 🏥 food 🍲.

All doctors and staff are good. But during Echo test I feel this hospital is very big. But there is less machines for echo testing. Patients have waited minimum two hours waiting, this is not good. I am also noticed staff of Echo testing room specially female staff mostly busy in talking and busy in their mobile chatting. As this result patients have waited for more time for their turn. I want request from the management of Artmis Hospital, please check about your services and staff.

My mother was admitted to Jaslok for a small surgery. I'm really impressed with overall ease in all the processes, starting from admission to billing and TPA insurance. Staff is very polite and helpful. We had taken Class-A single occupancy room and it was pretty good. I must mention that the food served was tasty and filling. All the doctors and nurses we interacted with, were patient and guided us with all our concerns and queries. I highly recommend this clinic. I had hip replacement surgery in August 2022 and spent 3 weeks in the hospital and rehabilitation center. I received the best care and attention. Because I did not speak Czech, I was given a translator who accompanied me to doctor's appointments and rehabilitation. Today, 9 months later, I have no pain and have recovered fully. I am most appreciative!

Very nice, small hospital with very friendly staff. The equipment is nice, a large bathroom and toilet. I was here for surgery for almost a week and it's a shame that they don't behave like this in all hospitals. There are very nice doctors here. Nurses and paramedics are human, helpful, willing, kind and full of humor. Thank you so much, you all made it much more bearable.

This review is really a big thanks and dedication to Weronika Sowa, my coordinator for months of preparation. Incredibly professional, friendly, accomodating to all requests, responsive and supportive with fantastic communication. Big part of my decision to proceed with Allmedica was because of the experience with Weronika. Allmedica are beyond lucky to have such an impeccable dedicated professional! (Considering coming to Nowy Targ was the most inconvenient option of all - but actually worked out perfectly) Secondly to Dr Lukasz Worchol who performed my axillary surgery. Straightforward, professional and even diagnosed other potential contradictions. I would use his services again. The entire Allmedica team were competent and supportive, even though we were reliant on translations between polish and English. Everything was super smooth and the Anesthesia team - the best, it's really down to the general anesthesia that made my Post-surgery experience shockingly great! I ended up adding additional medical services last minute (thanks to Weronika) dental work with the Dr Skrzypek and the hygienist- absolutely fantastic work. She managed to provide some insights and answers to potentially other issues outside of dental diagnosis. Super grateful. Also a thanks to Oskar and the beautiful girls at reception - you know who you are 😉. I would highly recommend Allmedica and would use the services again.

This clinic is a joke, an appointment with a dermatologist scheduled for September was then moved by Allmedica to December, on November 10, I received another call from Allmedica informing me that the visit had been moved to February!!! You must be in good health to use the services of this clinic; a sick person has a high chance of not making it to the scheduled appointment.

Lack of professionalism in registration!!!! I am moved by the approach. I come in person because there was a problem with making an appointment online, I also couldn't call. I report it to the box at the beginning of the call and ask for help, but I'm sent to the screen at the back. Mrs. Paulina B. will not help. He says he can't help me because that's their procedure. (NOT helping those asking for help???) I will only add that she was not busy with anything except talking to her friends. So I have to waste more minutes. I go to the window again to make sure I remember the doctor's name correctly, I wait because Mrs. P. is helping the young boy, now the procedures are different. Data such as: PESEL number can be heard throughout the entire waiting room. telephone number, address, etc. Truly professional. Mrs. P. only helps me when I ask for her name and surname. He continues to cover himself with procedures. As a result, I book the necessary visit, but in such a situation I give up the other two visits for myself and my daughter. I feel great disgust.

Dentist Dr Riikka Vahtera and her team are very nice, kind and professional. The clinic’s facilities and instruments are top notch - the most advanced I’ve seen in Finland, Canada and the UK. I would definitely recommend!

I have been to the dentist. For one filling I payed 300 euro! I know that the dentist work is expensive in Finland but that’s absurd! (One simple cavity filling!!! And it was not even a very great job done) Besides that, I payed 150 at the cash counter and then I received one more letter in which I was requested to pay 150 more because they forgot to add the doctor fee!

The doctor did not listen to my wishes at all, so the procedure will not be done at their place. The doctor in question is certainly a good teacher, but meeting a client is so much more than "talking and loving your own voice". My problem has been going on for a few years now, and I still haven't found a person who isn't insecure and "afraid of complications during anesthesia".

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Have been coming here for one year plus for various reasons but I absolutely dread it every time since I would end up waiting for over an hour just to meet my doctor for 5 minutes and then the payment would take over an hour after that. Recently it has gotten so much worse. Doctor asked me to do an MRI for my ankle and they told me to be there an hour early. In the end, I had to wait for over an hour just to be transported to the MRI center. The person at the registration counter at the MRI center was really rude and gave me judgemental looks too. I was then asked to make a follow up appointment to review the MRI scan with my doctor. I tried to make an appointment online through their system but didn't get a response from them then they suddenly called me on the day itself and asked "are you coming for your appointment right now?" when I wasn't notified that my appointment is confirmed so I couldn't make it. I tried making an appointment online again, but didn't get a response through email or call. I tried calling them but was put on hold for over 15 minutes and when I finally got to talk to someone, the call got disconnected.

Was given appointment at 4pm but waited till 8pm. When ask, nurse give a very stupid excuse 'first come first basis'. If first come first basic then WHY GIVE TIME AND ASK NOT TO BE LATE???? This is ridiculous! So call private hospital but system sucks!!!! Is worse than government hospital. So many bad reviews with regards to waiting time, nurse rude and yet no improvement. Respond to review was 'cut and paste'. The management, please look into it seriously!

I m very disappointed with the system of client appointment at this hospital. Totally waste of time! 3 times was here, and all times I spent 2 -3 hrs!!! Where doctor see me only for 3-5 min. So much time takes to register, then to wait the appointment (initially the appointment was fixed, but always have to wait). And then to wait to pay for appointment. Second time the doctor was very rude when I asked him about my problem. Then he says “why I have to repeat so many times to you to understand..”. I was really trying to understand that I need that surgery he was suggesting me.

I went to Mission Hospital on a Sunday evening at 7 pm. to treat a 2nd degree burn. I was immediately admitted to the ER, where the doctor and his team treated my wound very quickly and professionally. The staff took really good care of me and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. After 25 minutes in the ER, my wound was treated and dressed, and I could leave. Excellent and professional care. I highly recommend this hospital. Especially Dr. Nateepat and his efficient ER team.
