After the founding of New China, with the help of the former Soviet Union, it was established in 1952. At that time, it was called the China-Soviet Red Cross Hospital. In 1970, Premier Zhou Enlai nominated the hospital to be renamed Friendship Hospital. It is currently a large general hospital in Beijing.

GI department is best.

Kudos to all nursing staff. They were a great support during the difficult times. Night staff were exceptional always running to people’s aid - I felt they were overloaded with work. Found new respect for the night staff The facilities staff were so polite, lot of patience and so respectful. They were amazing people. Over all great service and support. All of staff members were awesome people.

Worst hospital. Only because of good doctor we came here except that each and every thing here is worst. We were in the general ward and there was no nurse call option provided. My father was the attendant and he had surgery just 3 days back and he used to go near the nurse desk for help,l. Except a few nurses all others were very rude. The admission process took a long time because of insurance pre approval even if we had shared all documents 3 days before. Such a big hospital but for billing only one person was there which took a long time during discharge, Bought medicines from hospital of nearly 9k and not a single penny discount on medecine. All tests were 10 times more costly then outside. This hospital is just looting patients. If you have enough money then you can choose this hospital. There is no limit on looting patients here.

The Family Planning and IVG service is incredible, I recommend 100% Welcoming, smiling, attentive and open-minded care. I made an appointment for a contraceptive consultation and the installation was done the same day. I was also offered to do STI screenings directly and even given the opportunity to discuss it with the counselor/psychologist available in place. Highly recommended !

I think one of the best hospitals in terms of "gynecological emergencies", good care, less waiting and the staff is friendly. I met a gynecologist who took care of me really TOP. on the other hand the level 2 nurses, not all of them but the good ten that I had to meet who wanted them to explain my whole situation in front of everyone when it's not easy and they didn't care, I found their attitude quite a pity but really this hospital is TOP.

Very warm welcome at the nuclear medicine department, the nurses, doctors and receptionists are all very empathetic and smiling. What a pleasure to be cared for and taken care of like this when I imagine that it must not be easy for them every day. Perfect 👍

Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

My anesthesiologists were playing Joanne while putting me to sleep. Great and kind staff. Very positive experience.

You guys don't think much about the staff letting work 12hrs continuously for 5days and give them duty on next day. This is an hospital and you guys need to keep your staff mentally and physically fit and not exploiting them. You such type of work ethic could lead to many legal cases so I request the HR department to regularly monitor the incharge and many of your staff are quitting there job so you better find the reason why they are quitting and stop recruiting the bunch of people every week.

This is my first visit with Escort Fortis hospital Jullena. One of the worst services in return of hefty charges by hospital against the services provided to patients and attendent. On the cash counter only one resource is there who is managing discharge of IPD patients, emergency patient registration,issuing of ward pass,answering of query call,handling patient attendents. It is really called save 100% money without hiring man power. It took 30 min for me just for the patient registration. Nurse in emergency rudely behave with patients. She was on mobile and doctor asked her to attend the patient then after 5-10 min she start work as per Dr instructions. She didn't use curtain to cover the female patient and start procedure. In emergency there is a bed but bed sheet of patient bed looks very dirty not washed properly. There is no glucose bottle stand on each bed of emergency. Really Fortis hospital only charging royalty amount from us. I recommend hospital management have a look of holy family hospital and learn hospitality cleanliness and administration from them. At least holy family hospital has sufficient staff and caring nurses with clean floor and washrooms. I will give bed sheet photo also but patient was there and you can see there is no side stand there. Emergency bed charges 1000 Doctor 2100 Registration 200 Plus. Lab charges. Don't know how they are managing labs do they really take care of hygiene or not. Hospital charges are high and services in negative -100.

They deserved 5 stars for treatmet but i gave 3 for their billing irregularities. Please check your bill twice before making final payment. I've found inconsistency in their billing. Being an international patient they charged me in USD but refund my excess payment in rupeis for which i had to struggled a lot. Moreover they gave me counterfeit notes which they declined to replace from me.

The women from the reception are so rude and didn't even listen to what I had to say. I waited 30minutes for an invoice because the only person who can do that was on the lunch break. Also, the doctor who did the sonography which takes 2 minutes told me "it is what it is" after I told him that I have pain in the area that he checked. Never again.

I was staying on the 3rd floor in Confraternität Privatklinik for an ankle surgery last April. All went well, there were no difficulties. Before my stay, the accounting office was very responsive to all inquires. Nurses and doctors were helpful and always assisted me and my needs; they could fluently speak English. I was impressed by the quality of the food! All comes with a price, but that was somehow inline with expectations for a private clinic.

Went there for a knee operation. The receptionist was unwelcoming and rude. The nurse who took the firsr details seems to have been too tired at the end of his shift. Not only did he forget to bring dinner as promised but put some important derails wrong, e.g. that the right knee should be operated and not the left. After 2 nurses and a doctor all kept saying my left knee was to be operated it was really too much. The floor doctor put a needle for the iv which when the nurse tried to hook up was transmitting the liquid outside the vein - which is quite painful! When i yelped at the pain, and corrected for the x time that my right knee should be operated and not the left one, the senior internist doctor in the room said that i was provoking her (!) Another person came to put in the needle for the iv, and after puncturing me about 8 times in different places said he gives up and the aneastesist will hsve to do it at the OP theater. Honestly if the knee surgery was not an emergency (carthilage broke and fractures on kneecap made any movement impossible) i would have walked out. I have to say however that most nurses were kind and compassionate - however when mistakes are put in the system they seemed unable to rectify, which however could have had serious consequences. I gave this information on their feedback form - but there was no resonance. Since this happened during Easter i assume management does not care and the requested feedback was a waste of my time. No surprise that the final bill was inaccuracte. I will not go into this hospital again and do not recommend it.

An amazing facility with an amazing level of care. Better than any US or German hospital I have ever been in. The office of international patients is very professional and thorough. Dr. Taboada is very thorough and professional. I can't recommend this hospital enough. Super experience.

I came to see if giving birth at Serena del Mar was an option. When I was given a tour of where the mothers and babies stay it was great. I was told to male an appointment to be seen by an obgyn so that they would have a history of me. The nurse took my info days before my appointment but apparently never followed through with setting up my profile. I showed up for my appointment and was never told who I would be seen by. Dr Maria Fernanda Toro Wils was upset that she had to wait on me because the staff had not created my profile. I finally went into my appointment with the doctor and she scolded me and told me she had no time we had to rush. I told her I did not understand whybinwas being treated this way when her staff was a mess. She told me she always does 40 minutes and she dedicated about 20 minutes if that. I left there feeling so upset and totally changed my mind about having my baby there. The treatment from Dr. MARIA Fernanda Toro Wils was terrible. I would not recommend her or her staff in a million years.

They neither answer their phones nor respond to emails seeking an appointment! Terrible customer service. I communicated in Spanish as well so not a language issue.

Terrible service, it is a clinic of low quality and deficient medical care without professional ethics. Due to malpractice, a great doctor died when he was only admitted for an appendicitis operation, the operation went wrong and it became complicated. All for a hospital without a well-sterilized and clean room to do their operations.

Very professional in patient care and attention. Currently they are one of the few hospitals that has prostheses for knee arthroplasty. They have a very good rehabilitation service. The facilities are very clean and permanently disinfected.

Terrible service, the lady at the checkout and the guards are rude. I am calling the service number to send me my ultrasounds and exams and they leave me in the clouds without any response. I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes and before leaving I went to ask if everything arrived in the mail and they told me yes. I don't receive anything even though a clinic like that can have people with so little education.

Located in the best place, excellent clinic, precise care, they have professionals in the different branches, the issue of the exams to be performed as well, it is located in the middle of the city, one could say, easily accessible, although in the afternoon at Traffic is very complicated either because there is no parking, but everything else is fine.

60 USD for consultation. Receptionist smalltalks so I don't ask the price.

It seems to be the best among the many hospitals in Monterrey for health check-ups. All hospitals are friendly... I was satisfied with the most detailed check. I was able to see the doctor more comfortably than at other general hospitals. The food in the last week was tastier than any other hospital.

There service is the best! I was admitted for a week there and they incredibly took care of me and if I gave it a rating it would be an absolute 5 star! Their food, my gosh it was delicious. I never imagine that they serve great quality of food with numerous options. The taste were not bland, it is well seasoned. I always look forward for every meal. heheh. Oh, and their rooms are so clean! They make sure that a cleaner visits my room twice a day to mop and clean the toilet and they remove the trash. And finally, the Nurses are very kind, caring and gentle.. They check up on you multiple times a day/night and responds quickly if you call them.

I had a carotid artery surgery. I was very happy with Dr Prof Ockert . He correctly diagnosed the root cause and the needed operation. He also invited my wife to to hear the risks for not doing it and the risks for doing it. We felt this was important as the outcomes could change our livestyles. Finally the operation was a great success. Good team work between the doctors too.

Highlighted all my questions and comments. Hopefully they will take awareness of thier customer service and patients care 😎 on thier staff and nurses. Posted on Thursday 30/11/23 First ever nitemare to be admitted in Regency Specialist at Ward 5B, Nursers worst ever customer skills and patients care from them. No smiling face no greet no initiative no communication no team work. Hot water flask not even refill everyday by the staff that serving food. Have to self-refill by myself every day even I went to nurses’ counter! No proper hand rub hygiene/glove/mask or wipe down before attending to me. I’m on IV Drip and antibiotic yet they can miss out till my cannula by a long thin tube blood clog and I have to poke again on my other side of hand middle of the nite and was done my MO not the nursers which chargeable to me on their carelessness mistake not checking on me? Stay for 5nite only change my bedsheet for 3times. Room and toilet full of small black ants which will randomly walk around. Do they even have pet and insect control? Really disappointed to be amidated here, thought is under the HMI Mgmt should be up to standard by them. As they are considering big group in healthcare in Singapore as they also do Education and Training Centre for the healthcare support sector.

I brought my grandmother to the hospital for a follow-up consultation, but the hospital stopped me at the front counter and told me that I could not go to see doctor because we had a fee that we had not yet paid off. But this fee was due to the improper arrangement of the operating room by hospital, which caused us to have to pay back the fee, pay the extra fee. What makes me feel very angry is that the hospital prevented us from seeing the doctor and did not allow us to go for follow-up consultation and to check my grandmother's wound. If my grandmother unfortunately has a problem with the wound and an accident occurs, I will hold you responsible for this? Please ask the hospital to pay attention to this issue. Are we responsible for this cost? Why can the hospital prevent the patient from seeing the doctor and prevent the patient goes for a follow-up consultation to check the wound? Does the hospital really have this right?

The hospital is good, but in my opinion it can improve more. There are doctors and others not so nice and thoughtful. The reception is good, some people (receptionists) are polite, friendly ... The same in relation to the security guards. There should be more integration, communication among the coworkers. As I told you it could be better, even in its standard procedure, being more effective,

Excellent service and support regarding many domains. We had a undergo and the whole staff was extremely supportive (from the first approach, passing by intensive care and ending on maternity domain). Its definitely one of the best hospitals in Sao Paulo.

I didn’t know you’re supposed to first call 1813 before heading to the hospital for something like a cut, but the nurses and doctors in the trauma centre were incredibly kind and attentive and my injury has healed incredibly well. Huge thanks to the amazing staff!!

I was told that i had broke my bone💔 that was kind of mean💔 but they fixed it so i guess its okay😊 it was free also that is really cool😊😊 in Usa i had to pay 800$ for a blood test😓

I have nothing but praise for the staff of the ward I had to attend. My wife's colostomy kit and bags had gone astray with our luggage on our flight from Birmingham to Copenhagen. With assistance from friends we contacted the hospital, who gave us a complete set of spares and kit to last the few days that we were staying in Copenhagen. I offered payment, which was declined. The nurse who I saw was very kind, patient, understanding and compassionate, especially as the choice of items was so overwhelming and the event so upsetting.

Apart from the confusing way the floors are numbered, this hospital is the best there is in the Netherlands.

I went whining in pain and they seemed annoyed by that then told me I had to had an appointment to have an emergency and gave a phone number then proceeded to talk to each other in Dutch and stopped recognizing my presence, worst hospital EVER

I’m an international student and I didn’t know how the health care here in the Netherlands works. I have a lump in my throat that makes me feel I can’t breathe. Since in my country (Italy) you can always get assistance I went to the emergency department because I was worried about my thyroid problem and I couldn’t wait until may 30th for the GP. I explained my problem and two nurses were really frustrated and rude, one of them laughed at me by saying “oh you can walk and speak, is it an emergency for you?”, another one: “are you an international student? I knew it!!! you international students always come here for EVERYTHING”. I know I was supposed to do a quick Google before going but I was really worried and they could have said those things in a different way. I give 5 stars to the third nurse that explained to me in a really polite way what to do.

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.
