I would like to share my impressions and opinions about my stay at the National Scientific Cardiosurgical Center. I am in the second cardiology department. An operation was performed to establish the EX. Everything went at a high level. It was nice to see our young growth in the operating room, which is doing its job very well. Great guys: correct, attentive and sympathetic. Department 2 of cardiology headed by Myrzakhmetova Gulzhan Shapataevna deals directly with the healing of our hearts, both literally and figuratively. Each procedure performed meets the highest standards. You feel like you are in a foreign hospital. Comfort, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, discipline of the staff, that's what especially pleases the soul and heart. I would like to wish the Center to remain the Center of our Kazakh hearts.

Dear compatriots. Having come here from our province, I still can’t get used to such a humane and sincere attitude. I am very grateful to the staff, to all those who warm the patients with the warmth of their souls. Low bow to you. And may the Almighty reward your service to sick people when you turn them into healthy ones. You are best!!!!!!

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. Thank you to them and the entire Department!

Highly appreciated the services provided during my stay for few days. Very professional, dedicated and caring team headed by Dr Chopra and Mrs Sosamma Mathew🤗👍 My experience with them will force me to recommend my friends and Family in New Delhi. My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Fortis Memorial Research Institute is neat, the cleaners are constantly cleaning. The environment is serene, not noisy and uncomfortable at all. Even though there was construction ongoing, there was minimal dust and noise. The food for patients on admission is usually suited to your taste which is highly commendable. The doctors are professional and focused on their functions. A big shout out to Dr. Amitabh Singh and Dr. Niranjan Naik who performed the surgery so excellently. God bless you. Thank you to Dr. Gustave and Dr. Vivek in ICU 4 for the immediate after surgery care. The nurses in the wards are swift, dedicated and skilled at their jobs too. A special thank you to Nurse Aman on 3rd Floor, Nurse Anu, Nurse Amantika and Nurse Sheila. Thank you all so much for the care you rendered through out our stay at Fortis Hospital. I would recommend this hospital for your treatment and care in India. The are focused on you.

This experience is even more disappointing than my previous encounters at government hospitals. I was admitted here through emergency last night, and after numerous tests, it was confirmed that I am positive for influenza B. I've been dealing with severe coughing and a sore throat, making it impossible to sleep. At 5 am, I urgently requested cough medicine and a spray for relief, but the nurses informed me that I had to wait for the doctor's morning check-up to prescribe the medication. Despite waiting until 12 pm for the doctor's arrival, the medicine still hasn't been provided, and it has been five hours. They explained that they are in the process of preparing the medicine. Honestly, considering the delay, I'm contemplating whether it would be quicker to go to an external clinic or pharmacy to purchase the medication. It's disheartening to face such delays in a hospital setting, and I wouldn't recommend this experience to anyone.

Clean and nice place. But they are too freaking slow. it took more than 1h 30mins from the moment they told us about the ward number until my wife got into her ward. Ridiculous.

The doctors and nurses here are very helpful， understand my special identity and give me enough private space during my admission. Their service is also very attentive, I won’t say I wish to come back again , but I would say that if anything on hospitalisation, you are still my first choice☺️ Thanks !

Terrible experience. Doctors are happy to write false medical records for some reason and upon asking to correct it they don't want to. They cancel appointments because they don’t want to have to deal with the issue. The service staff who they give the issue to don’t respond to emails or return calls. The place looks great however the service has been a nightmare.

Did a sleep test here and stayed for a night. All the staffs are very professional and caring. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. I myself also worked in healthcare and really appreciate the high standards of practice here. Hospital food was surprisingly very nice. I got boiled rice with seabass soup which was delicious. You can also order other meals from the restaurants in the hospital (Coco Ichibanya / Seefah) Highly recommended.

Be wary of their dual pricing practices! My brother (Thai) needed MMR and tetanus vaccinations, so we scheduled an appointment with a specialist on the 8th floor (section C). Upon settling our bill, the cashier had to rectify the charges, having mistakenly charged my brother the "foreigner rate," which was a staggering 1,800 baht higher. It is appalling that even this self-proclaimed international hospital resorts to such discriminatory pricing schemes. Needless to say, this hospital has earned a spot on my personal blacklist.

Many thanks to the head of the angiography department, Oleg Nikolaevich Kozak, for the stenting of the RCA (5 stents) on November 16, 2023. Thank you very much for living without heart pain. And also to the cardiologist of cardiac surgery department No. 1 Ekaterina Radikovna Perminova for treating my illness. Thanks to all the center staff for their sensitive and good attitude. I sincerely thank the head of the department of hepatobiliary surgery and portal hypertension, Leonid Valerievich Kirkovsky, and all the medical staff of the department for their professionalism, golden hands, sensitive and kind attitude towards each patient. My health, weakened by oncology, brought me to the 2nd cardiology department. And right away I encountered amazing people. The attentive team that took me from Slabodskaya (thank you for your support), the doctor in the waiting room. I actually had to spend the night in the corridor, it was completely full. But in the morning all my worries and fears were compensated. My attending physician turned out to be Maria Igorevna Guseva. Laconic and calm, warm-hearted and attentive. A true professional and a person with a big and kind heart. At 7 she is already at work. He will find something to cheer you up and how to treat you. Do an examination and consider treatment that is not even your profile. At 19 she can still walk along the corridor and remind her that tomorrow..... Truly a man in his place! And the team is mostly wonderful. Thank you very much for your treatment and attention.... And be healthy yourself.
