If you are traveling and have ever wondered about getting dentistry done in Mexico this is the place to go. I went during my vacation and the resort was very close. I messaged back and forth a few times to let them know what I wanted and to schedule timing. They were always responsive and set up shuttle pick up and drop off during my stay which was included for FREE. The staff were all lovely (especially Dra. Martha and her assistants Danna and Ivonne). The facilities were clean and I also spoke with return customers who had visited multiple times for years while on vacation to get various procedures done. The pricing was incredible compared to the US. They also have an ocean view! I recommend taking any x-rays or documentation if you had previous exams so they can review.

I’m so glad I decided to go to Cancun to get my teeth worked on! Ive always had spacing issues on my top 6 teeth. The reviews are just as amazing the people that worked there. I made the right choice in choosing them. From contacting them through the what’s app to the drivers (to/from appointment and airport), receptionists, and dentists! Everyone was so sweet and kind. They made me feel comfortable and were very detailed in their work! I’m looking forward to coming back in 6 months for a cleaning and another round of whitening! Had root canal and crown done! The entire team is super efficient, courteous, caring from start to finish! From front desk team ( Ana, Frida and Mohin)coordinating appointments and transportations to patient care : Dr. Gomez and Dr. Valeria were well versed and gentle on treating my root canal. Dr. gris is a perfectionist making sure the crown has both function and esthetic. Dental assistants Ellse and Luis are skillful and attentive . Patient comfort is their top priority which iam thankful for! Their facility is top notch, all high tech equipments imaginable ! In house lab is a plus! Last but not least, drivers take you from and to their dental office… please remember to tip your driver(s) and lastly , a thank you to the staff members is never outdated! Oh did I mention you get to enjoy the beautiful Cancun too!

I deal with a bad gag reflex, and feared going to the dentist, she made it a great experience and worked with me.I can’t say enough how great this place is.

I have been to this clinic twice and I had wisdom tooth removal both times with Dr Mihhail Mihhailov. both times were fast and smooth. He also speaks English. FYI fellow English speakers. The clinic is clean and with professional staff. About booking, I just emailed them and they immediately set an appointment for me.

Very clean clinic and quick replies to inquiries. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Mihhail Mihhailov. The dentist was quick and skilled, and respected my wish to minimize the number of travels to Tallinn (by removing two wisdom teeth during one visit). I initially worried a bit about the communication as I don’t know Estonian or Russian, but everything turned out fine (the dentist knows English, they have English forms and other things can be taken care of by Google Translate). There is a pharmacy and a supermarket conveniently located downstairs the clinic.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment and even received an SMS reminder about it one day before. But when I came to the clinic, I was told the x-ray was out of order. Ok, shot happens but why didn’t you call me or send an SMS about it? I won’t visit you ever again and cannot recommend anyone doing so.

Excellent service, perfect quality, highly professional dentists and their assistants. Starting from the reception with a very welcoming lady, everyone does feel like a vip-client. It is like a real spa treatment for your teeth no matter what the procedure is. No pain, maximum comfort. Highly recommended.

I would like to share my experience and possibly protect someone from a similar experience. I was a client of Adenta for 10 years and entrusted my smile to the clinic's specialists. It is only logical that I plan to have the restoration done by my treating doctor, Dr. Adentas, who continued to convince me throughout the years that he cooperates with the best laboratories and leading technicians of different countries. During the restorations, an implant was placed with a crown on one of the back teeth and two crowns on the front two teeth. During the restoration planning, various options were considered. I will add that the cost did not worry me, I wanted to put crowns on the dark front teeth faster, thus protecting them from breaking and improving the overall color of the smile. The bite of my teeth is not perfect, but it has never bothered me. Several times Dr. I asked how my bite can affect the restoration process and maybe the teeth need to be straightened, but I didn't hear any arguments about the need for orthodontic treatment from the doctor. dr. all the time the emphasis was only on cost. Since the bite didn't bother me either before or then, I decided that I can leave it as it is for now. Later, when the restoration on the front teeth failed and after several visits for almost a year, I asked the Dr. whether I should straighten the teeth, DR. prosthetist-orthodontist, I was told that it was too late because I had an implant in my back tooth. Orthodontic treatment is not possible. This was never explained to me at any visit. If I knew that I would never be able to straighten my teeth after the implant, I would probably have orthodontic treatment before restorations. The crown on the implant is chalk white, when I asked why it was already glued in since it was too late to paint it. I don't think this is an excuse to install a dental crown in an inappropriate color. The front teeth were made unaesthetically large and in an inappropriate color. Fortunately, they were not glued. Later, in several visits, various not better options were offered, which did not satisfy even the prosthetist himself. The crowns were made by a laboratory located in the clinic's courtyard. To my question, why front teeth are made in the 21st century without relief and natural transparency, the Dr answered that I have too high requirements and he is tired of my teeth, so I should look for another clinic. I understand that as a patient I am one of thousands and neither I nor my two teeth will stop the business. Quantity is more important and profitable than quality these days. I have paid for the service and no one was even interested in returning the money. My advice, think carefully in which clinic and with whom to get treatment, there are good actors who play doctors.

It was strange. I came there with my boyfriend. I mentioned two times on the two phone calls what we want (lazer, botox, heliuron) and both times the administration assured that 20min is enough for each of us. It is not the first time we do injections or lazers, but we would most of the time receive numbing cream. It hurted a lot lazer around nose, but I guess the doctor had no time to wait for skin to get numb. It took over all 50min for both. The doctor was very nice but very stressed. It felt she had no time to be detailed on us. It felt we need to leave and there is no time for client to ask extra question or to make sure if we feel ok after the procedures. We came back home and we were wondering about many things how should we take care of our skin now. And then consultation is 40€ for one… 50min - 800€ for both. Maybe they could be more dedicated for this amount of money.

All staff members were so professional, helpful and kind. Will definitely come back for more regular checks, and already have recommended this place to friends and family!

Great service by Dr. Jay. Warm & friendly however the assistant wasn’t too gentle. Kept hitting my teeth with the metal instruments. Also the receptionist is initially nice but if you ask questions that may confuse her a tiny bit, she seems to get easily annoyed and her friendly character fades away. I thought it was just me but when my friend dealt with her another time, she got the same experience by just asking if she can use southern cross & that health app discount at the same time. Her appointment was late 30 mins. The dentist was nice but she also kept hitting her teeth with those instruments even after my friend commented about it.

This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever been to. If you're anything like me and are terrified of dentists from previous bad experiences, I can't recommend this team more. Went there last week for probably crown replacement as had gum inflammation and slight discoloration from an 8 year old crown. Spent 2.5 hours there with the dentist taking lots time to ensure she got a good idea of how the new crown should be. Returned and spent 3 hours there. The new crown needed some amendments, then some slight changes in colour to ensure a match, then some more amendments, then some polishing , drilling, fitting etc Was a great experience seeing someone working so hard and long to ensure it was as close a match as could be made. Total dentistry professionalism... and the price, slightly lower than what I was quoted in a high end Makati dentist. Fully and highly recommend. And then I went back twice this week. Both times needed to wait over 45 minutes from the time appointment was made until there was a dentist .I was very happy with first visits for crown, as is clear in my very positive review. Unfortunately it seems that the clinic now books more customers than they can handle and therefor waits seem normal. Customers need to know they are probably in for a wait. When it takes one hour to get there from Makati, then a 45 minute wait to see a dentist ,despite having a confirmed appointment , I will possibly not be returning. This dental clinic will continue to thrive as its a good place that does good work.

Fantastic dentist experience. It was my first time doing dental travel from the UK. After researching several places I decided for Empire Dent as the appoitments were scheduled very conveniently and the work (4 crowns) was done fast and in high quality. I was very satisfied with all the information I received via email and also on a call. The dentist spoke perfect english. All staff spoke German too. I found the experience very smooth, painless and with positive friendly attitude from everyone there. They offer also transport from the airport - Vienna/Bratislava and accommodation. I didnt use those services as I was driving there on my own. The crowns were done in 4 days which was 1 day earlier than expected. I can only highly recommend this dental clinic!

I have spent many hours in Dr. Juan's dental chair after 70+ years of oral neglect. I have had faulty dental implants originally done in Mexico (horrible experience) replaced with bone grafts, several cavities filled, at least 6 crowns and 3 root canals. I experienced almost no pain for all of these procedures. I have been to many dentists over the years. The level of competence of Dr. Juan and his associate specialists is without comparison. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate none of the dentists from the USA above a 5. Dr. Juan and staff rate a 10!. You will not find a better dentist. He will not stop until your dental work is perfect, even if it means sending a crown back to the lab for the perfect fit. I'm 74 years old and Dr. Juan is finally finished restoring my teeth after all these years of abuse and neglect. My teeth are better now than they have been in 40 years. Many, many thanks to Dr. Juan and Clinica Artica! Finally I am on just a maintenance schedule. I promise not to abuse the art Dr. Juan has created in my mouth! :-)

I’m a dental Nurse myself so I’m very particular with my teeth. I done a lot of research before I fount Viva as to who I’d like to do my composite bonding as I wanted a very natural look .I came across their Instagram page and went for a consultation which he mocked up on my teeth how they could look after treatment and I was very happy. Lately Dr. Matilde removed my partially impacted wisdom tooth and did a good job because it didn't leave me with a swollen cheek.

Prices are really too much but too high, false savings in Italy you spend more or less the same, from their website they boast that the prices are like in Croatia and it is absolutely a colossal falsehood, for jobs of a certain size it is better to go to Croatia or Albania, I hope it is useful for those who have big jobs to do For emergencies there may be small jobs.

Leaving aside the (not insignificant) issue that they charge 35 euros to give you a quote, the problem is that the cost is higher than in Trieste for the same job and not by a little considering that we are talking about about 10%. It makes me think that these people live on estimates... They attract customers by boasting low prices, then they tell you "yeah but you pay for quality" of course you pay, like everywhere else. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it at all.
