I had a lip surgery there and the sample was supposed to be sent for hystology test, and it was agreed to be sent me by email, but after 3 months it was never done. By phone after multiple calls (where I was asked to wait for “5 minutes” and promised to be called back and was never called back though) I was told that I need to come to have a control examination which I didn’t have in the end. And I received a paper that looks like it is not original at all, so I don’t really believe that they did any testing, for which I paid extra 30k HUF. The whole situation was really weird.

I had a very great experience with Dentium Implant Center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I even had my nerves calmed down. The clinic is well equipped and has a feel-good vibe, and I'm completely satisfied with the dentist's work. Painless, professional and beautiful. Highly recommended.

I've been a client of Velvet Dental for more than 3 years so far, and comparing it to other clinics in Bucharest, I can confirm this is the best. The doctors are very well prepared; they also participate in international conferences so that they keep up not with the Kardashians but with the latest technologies and procedures. I appreciate the fact that they always explain what they are going to do regarding the intervention needed and why it is needed. I've had several issues with the molars, and the doctors, Georgiana Elefterie and Horia Neaga, have done everything to save them. The extraction of only one of them has been the last solution, and only after multiple interventions. Regarding the dental implants, I had one put in another clinic in the Primaverii area of Bucharest, and unfortunately, it had to be removed. I recommend Dr. Radu Colteanu for dental implants. Besides that, the place itself is very cozy, the colors are warm and they combine naturally, and everything has been designed so that the customer feels comfortable and in a friendly atmosphere, starting from the yellow bicycle in front of the clinic.

I went and saw doctor Adrian Negrila. I had a small esthetic filling that had fallen off. It took less than 5 minutes to put in a new one with no drilling necessary since there was no cavity. The cost was 400 lei which seems a bit expensive but that's not what upset me. He told me I needed a teeth cleaning which I agreed to. I've never had a teeth cleaning done that fast or painfully. I've also never had my gums bleed as much and hurt so bad after a teeth cleaning. There was too much force used and not enough care to protect and avoid my gums. Used a little mirror when I got home and there's cuts in my gums and not all dirty stains removed.

This review reflects the orthodontic department represented, in my interactions, by Dr. Georgiana Stanescu, the rest of Velvet Dent staff is on point and should not be linked to this. My experience with Velvet Dent was at its core targeting orthodontic treatment for impacted canines - braces, exposure, bracketing and descent. After quite several interactions and planned actions Dr. Stanescu gave me a disturbing sense of unprofessionalism, forgetting the course of action one session over the next, being late at appointments (20-30 mins) even though i booked at opening hours, mentioning conflicting and disjointed solutions and last but not least, failing to solve my problem. All of this was mentioned to the staff, confronted and properly explained, yet, however unfortunate, it did not improve the course of action, forcing me to switch to another Dental Clinic. In short, i was not bothered by the impossibility of fixing my problem, the truly disappointing part came from how this was treated, the wasted time, failure of execution and the saddening reality of a not caring doctor. Every body should avoid this place! Unacceptable low level of the dentists! Ugly job and not clean at all, i stayed 3 days in hospital with a strong antibiotic treatment after last meeting because my mouse was infected. They even didn't want to apologize. Run away from them, this is the best advise i can give you.

I was there a while ago... I see they managed to get my review removed. But it was the worst experience, I had. They began a treatment without asking if i would agree, they put me to sign a paper that accepts a treatment in advance, that assured that I can't complain if something didn't work as desired.

We are only satisfied with Dr. Voycheva. With her, my son is as if he has never been to the dentist. She is always smiling, responsive, explains, etc. Responsible and accurate - a true professional and person! Congratulations!

Personally, I am extremely disappointed with my 2 visits over the years to Dr. N. Voychev. I received an arrogant attitude. When asking a question more than once because you didn't understand, you end up getting "I told you, how many times do I have to repeat?" in a cracking tone. It does not explain what is being done and why. After placing a tooth filling at home, I find that the caries are not properly cleaned and the tooth is not actually healed, for which I have paid, but in reality it needs to be done again. When making a front tooth with photopolymer, it was not well lit and now it does not fit well aesthetically. Tore down an old seal made by him, described in the card, etc. , and when I told him, he replied, "well, I don't know what was there, but now there is a hole", seriously? The only good impression is made by his current assistant, who is extremely responsive and kind, and I wish her to keep these traits and bring them to her future work as a dentist. Dr. N. Voychev may have been or is a good dentist with other patients. Maybe the years of practice are already weighing on him or his spark to prove and passion in what he does has diminished. I know one thing, my teething did not happen in a day. I visited his son 2 years after that comment. A tooth that N. Voichev wanted to pull out, his son fixed it. A tooth that N. Voichev did turned out to have caries because it was not properly cleaned 3rd, upper. Then his son, when he saw my health card and that I had been with them, started to keep this fact quiet. The anterior front tooth, which was not aesthetically pleasing, was properly repaired by his son. Why didn't they do it like that from the beginning, but I actually had to pay twice for 1 tooth. Now I have to fix the third upper one again, because of sloppiness. Apparently, when they hear about additional insurance and … Horror. His son is still more capable

My assessment is for Dr. Voycheva. The other doctors did not treat me. My impressions of her are that she is competent, well-mannered and well-intentioned. I was always put at ease during and after an examination or treatment, and I was left with the feeling that she did an excellent job.

If the dentist has bad breath, that tells you enough about how much she knows about hygiene and how to take care of teeth. In short, unprofessional, uncultured and uneducated staff. Stay away!

Wow! That’s the best way to describe how satisfied I was after having my 6 front teeth restored . I would like to thank the most wonderful doctor Natalia Samarina ( the Russian lady) for her professionalism. I always had bad teeth, but after having my son 2,5 years ago they have deteriorated rapidly and I started loosing my enamel , it was literally flaking away :( I went to my dentist in the UK and she said the only option was to go for veneers.... but boy they are expensive:( I found Natalia online since I already booked my holidays in Montenegro, so combining dental work with holidays was very attractive idea. She gave me initial quote based on the pictures and said she can do a cosmetic restoration instead of veneers and I went for it . They create a huge mess for me, asking me to go an extra trip to pay through credit card and then charge me again by their HQ to my credit card again. after many weeks, I still have not gotten a refund.

Best dental experience of my life. I was in so much pain for the last 6 days despite having jabbed and taken strong painkillers. Today I finally realised that the cause of my severe migraine might have been from my tooth so I searched the nearest dentist to me and called. Initially no slots were available but I explained my situation and the sweet receptionist was so kind she let me come in at 4.30pm ( 30 mins before their closing time ) The whole process when I came in was so smooth and fuss free. Doctor Evelyn was so reassuring and patient in helping me find out the cause of my pain, and she was super thorough in her work. By then the clinic had closed already and they were all working OT to help me 😭😭😭 Her dental assistant was also the sweetest with my tooth extraction by holding my hand and sayanging my head. My 1st dental surgery (wisdom teeth removal) has been extremely pleasant with Dr Wong WY. She is patient & detailed throughout my visits. Impressed with her surgical skills as I am told by another surgeon & her that my teeth are very close to the nerves & even had a CT done. However, she managed to remove it without looking at the scan & did not affect the nerve at all. On top of that, very minimal pain post op. Will definitely go back to her if I ever need my upper wisdom teeth to be removed.

They rescheduled the visit twice, and then, when I came, I waited for 45 minutes. They did not offer any discount for my time, so I took my deposit and canceled the visit. When people cannot organize their time and do not have any obligations to the client, I cannot trust their professionalism. Do not recommend.

When I visited first time the doctor said I need gel for my gums and she put 3 packs to the bag and gave it to me, I paid for it and when I checked the bag there were 3 small tooth paste instead. Second visit was better but glue on my retainers on one tooth fell off after just few months.

As seen in other reviews they cancel appointments without telling the client. You only find out when you arrive at the clinic that your appointment no longer exists. Highly unprofessional practice.

I cannot imagine going to another Dental clinic than Amoy Street Dental. I think I have been there for a couple of years now, and it's always such a lovely experience. From arranging for an appointment with Joey our friendliest and kindest receptionist, who goes the extra mile to get me the best slot amidst my hectic schedule to enjoying the experience, professionalism and brillance of Dr Jamie and other doctors. Doctor Jamie is truly my favourite dentist EVER. I love meeting Doctor Jamie's twice every year. He is so dedicated to make the experience less painful and anxious than a trip to the dentist already is. Making it very educational, pleasant and sometimes fun. I recall a time I needed him to give me a second opinion of my post-braces (from a former clinic) and he really went helped me through that process. The place is so beautifully designed and homely. Don't waste your money here. Went through the process for two implants one failed (this happens) and on the second one the crown came off after I returned home (7 hour drive from Juarez.) My local dentist said the abutment was done incorrectly. He re-attached the crown but it came off again as he said it would. I contacted Mike at Int X, told him what my dentist said, and he told me to return to their office and they would fix it so it would stay. I made another trip (gas, time, hotel etc.), they re-attached the crown, and Mike's parting words were, "thanks for trusting us." Within 4 days my crown had detached again. I emailed Mike again and after some delay he responded that the reason it came off was teeth grinding (my X-rays showed no sign of this.) I went a local implant specialist for a second opinion and he confirmed what my dentist had said, that the abutment was bad, and he saw no evidence of teeth grinding. I asked Mike for a refund, as I was not going to make the long expensive trip since I could no longer trust Int X. They flatly refused my refund twice. I know mistakes can be made, but if you don't own up to them, then you don't deserve your trusting patients.

I rarely go out of my way to leave reviews, but the quality of service I received definitely made me redownload the app just to write this. From the very start the receptionists are amazing, very sweet, caring and thorough in explaining everything. Jenny, Salma and Gilda helped me with the appointments as well as setting up the Uber from the border crossing which made the experience even better. I just parked at a lot by the Jack in the box on the US side, walked across and they ordered an Uber for me to take me there and drop me back off after my appointment both times I've gone.. I got an exam in the US and a quote for about 5k for a root canal and two fillings, here it was. Barely a fifth of that and an amazing experience overall. Erica helped me both times as the assistant and was amazing, and helpful. I loved Alejandra as my first visit she did the deep cleaning and she did two fillings for me today. Not only was she very compassionate, caring & straightforward when it came to what I needed, but very thorough with the procedures and made it as painless as possible. As a guy I typically avoid going to the dentist at all costs but after the experience I had today and last week I definitely will be on top of it more. Not only was the procedure for the fillings rather quick and pain-free, but Alejandra also was singing some of the songs to me that came on the TV and was a very enjoyable and comforting experience I'll definitely never forget. I got recommended here by a friend after I had looked into them a bit on Google, was hesitant at first about going across the border to get work done but everybody was very professional and made the entire process literally as easy as possible. I forget the two male doctors that did the root canal and the crown but they were exceptional as well and made sure I was doing okay very frequently which was appreciated! Highly highly recommend them especially for anyone coming from the US to get work done. Just as good if not better quality of work and experience! They all speak English quite well and I had no communication issues at all which was something I wasn't sure about as my Spanish skills are decent but limited. Definitely give them a try!

I did some research on this clinic and liked what I saw. Then I did a simple Yelp and Google search on Dr. Guevara. I found out that his California dental license was revoked. The Yelp review also shows pictures of a law suit. Seems like he may have decided to head south of the border since he could no longer practice in California. I also looked more on the web site and did not see what school he actually received his dental degree from. It said something like going to Harvard for ESL and something about Tufts. Nothing that says he graduated from either dental school. Big red flags for me.

Amazing work, went with a bad tooth pain and I feel much better, they extracted the tooth and allowed me to feel much better. Two years ago, my brother visited Smile Builders and had dental work done for a total of $3,300. Unfortunately, he later discovered that he had developed gum infections in all of his teeth as a result. Around the same time, my uncle also underwent implant procedures and spent $5,000, but a year later, he had to remove his implants due to an infection. Oddly enough they both got infections from this same dental office. They seem to hire new dentists that are not qualified.

I’ve been coming to smile builders for a few years now. I wanted a place that offered Invisalign. At the time it was one of the only places that I found that offer it. From the beginning they were always professional, friendly, and accommodating. They speak fluent English, It’s the perfect place to go if you cross walking, not far walk at all. Incomprehensible work organization. A time deficit is created on purpose. I waited patiently for three months until it finally came to me dental checkup time. The dentist took approx. 5 minutes to find out I don't have cavities. But it is necessary to remove tartar. Instead of spending the rest of the booked time to remove the tartar, the dentist referred me to a dull-faced receptionist to make another appointment with a dental technician... In other words, another month of waiting. During this time, of course, I may also develop a cavity, which unfortunately the dental technician cannot or does not want to deal with... So you have to book a new appointment with the dentist. And that's how this calendar fills up nicely.

I have been to this clinic twice and I had wisdom tooth removal both times with Dr Mihhail Mihhailov. both times were fast and smooth. He also speaks English. FYI fellow English speakers. The clinic is clean and with professional staff. About booking, I just emailed them and they immediately set an appointment for me.

Very clean clinic and quick replies to inquiries. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Mihhail Mihhailov. The dentist was quick and skilled, and respected my wish to minimize the number of travels to Tallinn (by removing two wisdom teeth during one visit). I initially worried a bit about the communication as I don’t know Estonian or Russian, but everything turned out fine (the dentist knows English, they have English forms and other things can be taken care of by Google Translate). There is a pharmacy and a supermarket conveniently located downstairs the clinic.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment and even received an SMS reminder about it one day before. But when I came to the clinic, I was told the x-ray was out of order. Ok, shot happens but why didn’t you call me or send an SMS about it? I won’t visit you ever again and cannot recommend anyone doing so.

I would like to share my experience and possibly protect someone from a similar experience. I was a client of Adenta for 10 years and entrusted my smile to the clinic's specialists. It is only logical that I plan to have the restoration done by my treating doctor, Dr. Adentas, who continued to convince me throughout the years that he cooperates with the best laboratories and leading technicians of different countries. During the restorations, an implant was placed with a crown on one of the back teeth and two crowns on the front two teeth. During the restoration planning, various options were considered. I will add that the cost did not worry me, I wanted to put crowns on the dark front teeth faster, thus protecting them from breaking and improving the overall color of the smile. The bite of my teeth is not perfect, but it has never bothered me. Several times Dr. I asked how my bite can affect the restoration process and maybe the teeth need to be straightened, but I didn't hear any arguments about the need for orthodontic treatment from the doctor. dr. all the time the emphasis was only on cost. Since the bite didn't bother me either before or then, I decided that I can leave it as it is for now. Later, when the restoration on the front teeth failed and after several visits for almost a year, I asked the Dr. whether I should straighten the teeth, DR. prosthetist-orthodontist, I was told that it was too late because I had an implant in my back tooth. Orthodontic treatment is not possible. This was never explained to me at any visit. If I knew that I would never be able to straighten my teeth after the implant, I would probably have orthodontic treatment before restorations. The crown on the implant is chalk white, when I asked why it was already glued in since it was too late to paint it. I don't think this is an excuse to install a dental crown in an inappropriate color. The front teeth were made unaesthetically large and in an inappropriate color. Fortunately, they were not glued. Later, in several visits, various not better options were offered, which did not satisfy even the prosthetist himself. The crowns were made by a laboratory located in the clinic's courtyard. To my question, why front teeth are made in the 21st century without relief and natural transparency, the Dr answered that I have too high requirements and he is tired of my teeth, so I should look for another clinic. I understand that as a patient I am one of thousands and neither I nor my two teeth will stop the business. Quantity is more important and profitable than quality these days. I have paid for the service and no one was even interested in returning the money. My advice, think carefully in which clinic and with whom to get treatment, there are good actors who play doctors.

It was strange. I came there with my boyfriend. I mentioned two times on the two phone calls what we want (lazer, botox, heliuron) and both times the administration assured that 20min is enough for each of us. It is not the first time we do injections or lazers, but we would most of the time receive numbing cream. It hurted a lot lazer around nose, but I guess the doctor had no time to wait for skin to get numb. It took over all 50min for both. The doctor was very nice but very stressed. It felt she had no time to be detailed on us. It felt we need to leave and there is no time for client to ask extra question or to make sure if we feel ok after the procedures. We came back home and we were wondering about many things how should we take care of our skin now. And then consultation is 40€ for one… 50min - 800€ for both. Maybe they could be more dedicated for this amount of money.

They did it in 30 minutes, I would like the doctor to be more attentive and talk about her stages of work, since at some point the pain became unbearable, but the doctor was in no way interested in how I was feeling and how long I could endure this pain (let me clarify: when making an appointment At the appointment, I warned that I was pregnant, so I expected a more reverent attitude towards the procedure). In the end, I got the feeling that they wanted to specifically impose additional. Service. Also, when paying for hygiene, I learned about the price of 75 €, although on the website it was 65 €. Therefore, be prepared to pay more, and not at the prices that are on their official website and even in the price list.
