My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.

I had the pleasure of visiting the DRHC clinic during my recent visit to Dubai, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Hatem Eliwi's thorough treatment left me confident that I was in capable hands. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. The light hands injection administered by Dr. Areej Elmahi was practically painless, and her skill was evident. Dr. Talal Sharaf conducted a kind and professional eye check that reassured me of my overall eye health. The level of service I received at DRHC clinic exceeded my expectations and, dare I say, even surpassed the service I typically receive in the United States. Thanks again!

Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Dr. Simon's wisdom tooth extraction was exceptional! Despite its complexity, he effortlessly managed the procedure, resulting in minimal pain. I'm sure the doctors are good, but reception is slow inefficient most of the windows are closed and the few people there are are gossiping with each other instead of accepting patients. I went 3hours early to be sure to have my prebooked Cardiology appointment and arrived at the nurses desk at cardiology an hour before as I needed an ECG. The rude nurse laughed at my booking and asked me if I booked it myself. Yes I answered but I need the booked ECG as that's what is writen on the doctors door. She threw my sheet to one side and said we will call you 45minutes later noone called I went to ask her again. She told me to sit down. They the 4nurses were all chatting together and doing nothing. My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The doctor was rude and was yelling at me. I do not recommend Dr Ivan Neuro surgeon or that hospital. I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Due to h to he doctor rupturing my spleen during a routine colonoscopy I now have had to stay 2 nights & have extra tests- all at my cost! The food is appalling I haven’t seen a piece of fruit & none offered-just sweet biscuits & muffins! So much healing foods. Nursing staff have been fantastic though hence some stars. Any other business the client would not pay for doctors mistakes! A bit upset !

I had minor surgery there last week which required me to stay 3 nights. Service on arrival and admission was friendly and efficient. Post surgery, the care from Lee in Recovery and the team on Level 5 was excellent - very caring and kind. Thank you so very much to all including; Tate, Georgina, Hema, Ricky, Miguel & Sarah and two other lovely nurses whose names I can't remember. Your kindness was greatly appreciated.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Arriving at midnight after a workplace incident they adequately took details and then immediately took me through. The staff member was very courteous and reassuring throughout my treatment.

A beautiful modern hospital with modern fixtures a mall-like atmosphere. The main thoroughfare is lovely but some waiting rooms are small and the multi-stage waiting room system often seems somewhat unnecessary as it is less efficient now that you are unable to check yourself in for an appointment. Instead, you still have to line up to speak with a receptionist - just like you did at the old hospital. The outdoor plaza and the garden areas are a nice touch; hosting community events and providing patients with some much needed respite, and fresh air.
