The worst customer service and attitude i have ever experienced. Dr. Ivars Prudans and nurse Daiga Stade made me feel like i have no rights as a human. I came from UK as I heard Latvia provide good medical care. The moment as i stepped in clinic i was explained that i must wear face mask . I am exempt as I just had ears surgery and mental conditions, but they still made me wear it despite my medical conditions. Also they wouldn't let my mum be next to me, without explaining why. I was struggling to understand consultation as don't speak good Latvian. On top of that i felt hated for some reason. All consultation carried in aggressive manner. I must have a surgery, but i will look for another doctor as mental health and being polite is not about this team. Standarts too far from European.

Unprofessional staff working there. Ints Udris gave me the wrong diagnosis and was very unprofessional. Don’t recommend people going here.
