After a skiing accident in 2009 I was taken here and despite some language barrier I was really pleased with the service. The staff were very professional and tried hard to accommodate me. Its clearly worth skiing in places that have high quality hospitals and making sure you have good insurance. I made a full recovery from my accident and I believe this was thanks to the swift actions of the staff in this hospital. The time between the accident happening and the air ambulance getting me to this hospital, having x-rays and treating me was less than an hour. I just wish the UK system was this fast.

After a waiting time of 4 hours after I was sent to this hospital by a doctor as an emergency, I was treated so unfriendly by the nurses, that after being in tears for another half hour, I finally quit. I was supposed to get surgery on my eyelid, never met the doctor who was supposed to do the surgery. I will never ever go to this hospital again.
