One of the best hospitals I visited in goa. Recently I went to donate blood here. The staff were very polite and i had a great experience here. They provided fruit juice and biscuits and allowed me to rest.

Schedule all Activities out of your day as once you enter the hospital as the time flies by so fast that you end up spending your entire day at the hospital. (Again depending on what exactly your going to the hospital for) I liked the fact that the staff are helpful and humble even in their busy schedules. The Doctors are to the Point and Knowledgable with Genuine Advice. (As per my Experiences) The hospital has drinking water facility in walking distance at many places which is very important rather than spending more money on purchasing bottles at the canteen. Canteen has limited food options. Would recommend to improve standards. The Tea Served is delicious. Parking at the hospital is convenient and Systematic. Security is top nosh. My only recommendation is the doctors should be on time as per their appointment slot. I have noticed that they come in late and many patients have to wait. I am not going to name the doctors... that's the management job to check into this as time is money! Rest Assured you will be looked after! Overall I rate everything as a 5/5 Keep up the fantastic work

Very nice hospital. Co-operative staff. Billing counter persons are very sincere and co-operative. All facilities are available here. All types of specialist Doctors team are also here. Best hospital in Goa. A little bit costly but good services. It's about 30 km from the airport , Vasco. The best tasty food is also available in the hospital canteen at a reasonable price. Food is hygienic and fresh.

Amazingly talented doctors combined with compassionate nursing care plus incredible professionalism of the support staff made it for one of the smoothest and stress-free hospital experiences for our family. The hospital experience can be filled with anxiety and stress. But the doctors at Apollo allayed our fears, explained the procedure patiently and answered all our questions. The follow up care after surgery was incredible with the kindness shown by the nursing staff. The food and beverage department not only nourished the body but also the soul with freshly made food which helped the recovery process. From the parking attendant to chief surgeon, everyone provided the care to the patient to ensure speedy recovery. The facilities are on par or even more advanced than many hospitals in the USA. Here staffs are very lazy. We had to wait for more than 90 mins for breast ultrasound. God knows what was Doctor doing as she took more than 90 mins for one patient. Very pathetic management.

Amazing experience beyond words. My mother had been suffering from constant spine pain for 3 years. We went to many specialists, but nothing worked. Max Super Speciality Hospital gets my 5 star rating effortlessly for quality, professionalism, hygiene, security and friendliness. World class service. I visited this hospital for the first time in January 2022 as advised by my doctor. No regrets whatsoever! I can't say what should have been done better. Every professional in Max undertook their tasks proficiently and discussed openly. I liked every effort some employees put into communicating with me in English even when it was very difficult. We did find our way around those hurdles and laughed harmlessly at ourselves. I happily learnt some Indian words too. My surgeon, Dr Pradeep Chowbey and his team in MABBS, I will forever be grateful to them. I got another fresh lease on life because they helped me. The nurses who took care of me became family so quickly. I am grateful to some of them like Punita (emergency care after surgery), Anjaly, Hariprabha and Sadiya. The hospital amenities are good and the staff is very helpful and cooperative . We visited Dr Manju Wali for my wife's delivery and she handled it very nicely at every aspect . Heartily thanks to Manju Wali madam as she made the journey very smooth. Dr Arun Deep as a paediatrician is very helpful too . We liked the hospital on every aspect . I wonder how being a max hospital they’ve nothing to offer I didn’t felt like private hospital moreover like a government hospital my aunty required a wheelchair so that sister just took another patient from the chair and got for her and when it came about the OT situation the patient was unattended by any sister, she was just lying down for 15-20 min for no reasons and I wasn’t told for half and hour. And please Max hospital team kindly not reply to this message rather act on it. I don’t really need any sympathy from your end. Highly not recommend since it’s just not my review but thousands of people as you can see it’s been reviewed by thousands so never get caught by the stars they’ve as a rating !! Hats off to the government who’s not working for the health sector in government sector rather promoting these private sectors.

Waiting period in billing section is so irritating. You will feel like you are in government hospital. They will kill your important 2 to 3 hours. Request to increase number of counters and try to understand the importance of time of patients.

A very clean and well maintained hospital I must say. I had periodical medical examination there. The staff is very polite and friendly. Even the eye doctors who were in the adjacent clinic were sooo polite i must say. Only thing that bothered me was that it took me almost 9-10hrs for some 4-5 tests. And I didn’t get any report of the blood sample they took post meal. Also, i was expecting some explanation of the my report like if any of my results were not within normal parameters and solutions for those, but the doctor seemed to just go through the summary and said the reports were fine. It might be because it was past their shift. I may be in fault too since i visited on a Saturday and there was too much rush i guess. The food was very good in the cafeteria. But i must again say the staff is very polite, well informed except one or two and very clean hospital

In lalbaug parel area, this hospital provides best services in terms of all medical facilities. The staff is very courteous cooperative and keeps patients interest as their main priority. I had visited liver OPD alongwith my father-in-law wherein the Dr Amit provided his expertise and the OPD staff headed by Mr Shubhankar Desai provided valuable information and guidance. They have tie up with maximum insurance companies thus it is easy to avail cashless payment facilities too. Highly recommended.

Was admitted on 13 floor everyone was cooperative nursing took good care. housing staff was very prompt over all good experience . Felt like they were part of my family . SECOND HOME: My father was suggested bypass surgery of left main artery(80% blockage) also known as silent heart attack. I decided upon this hospital due to a recommendation for Dr.Dinesh Chandra (head surgeon) and after considering 3 more hospitals nearby( saroj, action balaji and maharaja agrasen) He is a very confident and stern personality but a man of few words, would build complete trust by solving all your medical queries and in words of my father he is a DEMI GOD for us. In terms of financial queries his coordinator Mrs Nisha is very professional, took all my worries away i was relaxing while she did all the work of admission with help of mr.priyanshu (billing desk/tpa)it never felt like my family is having a hard time. Dr Harpreet (anesthesiologist) is a guide, philosopher and a very genuine soul who is very supportive just like a grandad. Special mention to Cini john maam( head nurse) she never let my father feel hes away from home even took out time to talk to me and my mother even Kishan Gupta sir he was one of the greatest counsellor, even all the icu staff (Dr yatish, dr sanjay, dr naveen ,nimmy maam,gitika maam, anand sir)specially 7th floor night staff(KANCHAN, gudiya,komal ,kajal,kaustab,karan and puja)are also very supportive hardworking and caring people thats why i felt like max hospital is a second home to me. Each and every staff in Hospital is very polite and energetic. Doc. Suneet Kaur mam is not only a well experienced Obstetrician-Gynecologist but a wonderful human being as well. Experience is good. Staff is very good. But billing system is very slow. There are 5 counter for billing but never I saw working 5 counters. When I reached at hospital only four counter were working. After some time two counter closed. Then only 2 counter were working for many times. Please make your billing system fast and increase billing staff for fast billing work.

Doctors are good, staff is also nice But it's quite over crowded & sitting arrangements are not very friendly if your patient is soo weak. We've waited 3 hours for angiography. But you will be satisfied at the end cause treatment is quite good.

I had a mix experience here. Few doctors were very nice and few were worthless. But still it is one of the best hospital in my locality. Talking about the arena, hospital has no proper car parking facility for visitors. There's a cafe inside it which is little costly. It comes under CGHS panel. Echs is NOT covered. And there are few high quality doctors that don't come under any of the panel. In order to consult them, you have to pay the consultation fees. But they are worth contacting.

It really feels being blessed after restarting routine life post getting treatment. In my case patients infected lungs were repaired successfully and advised to put lungs on BiPAP machine at home for two weeks minimum after release from hospital. It took a week time in hospital to fix the issue. Hygiene and cleanliness is maintained well. Otherwise... Doctors are smart enough to convince the patients family by all the possible means.... Finally it takes a huge money to avail super speciality facilities here

Doctors are good but pathetic admin staff especially the ones sitting at admission and billing. No proper communication and will make attenders go here and there unnecessarily without any regard for their anxiety of loved ones getting operated. Doctors are nice!!

The best hospital for heart related surgery My dad got valve issues so doctors said to do heart surgery. We came to this hospital for surgery and here we don’t feel like a hospital environment. This very clean neat hospital. Staff is also very cooperative and kind. The surgery is done under Dr. Sandeep Varma he is very kind and you can ask about patient anything he will give you answers. Dr. Daruvala has suggested Dr Varma for surgery. Hospital has blood bank at basement First floor is for general ward Second floor is for OT Third floor is for ICCU Forth floor is for twin sharing ward Patient will get food here morning tea biscuits then breakfast idli or dosa Then lunch will serve which has proper food chapati rice curde veggies salad Evening tea then some fruit will provide like watermelon or papaya Dinner will come at 8PM So all sorted for patients Nurse and sisters are very nice and treat patients very nicely ICCU time to visit is 4 to 7Pm Only 3 relatives are allowed Canteen is available at basement Medical is available at ground floor waiting area For heart so many people will suggest this hospital

Poor management of tpa, bad communication skills of administrative staff. The costs are on par however quality of service sucks. I would have better gone for a full fledged corporate hospital for valve surgery of my relative. Will not recommend.

So far as treatment is concerned, they were excellent. But when it comes to post operation treatment at the ward...they have a long way to go. For example: after ordering a cup of coffee... I had to wait for more than an hour to get the service. Also check out process are quite sluggish. I was informed that patient will be left by 11 am. The check out process completed around 4.30 pm. After check out, I asked for a wheel chair for my wife. After waiting for about 30 mins, we left the hospital.

I have visited the Hospital and I didn't expect this facility I liked the system of the hospital and never seen that ATM facility. All is maintained but there is something missing the "Professional Nurse" the Hospital's nurse have prepared for all the things but they have to be aggressive means they have no idea what's going on in the rooms, patient suddenly got fallen in bathroom and a patient don't know how to call a nurse in bathroom I know there is a liver but they forgotten about that, and nurse don't know what's happening in the rooms if she able to check that room that time so she will handle it so If it is possible so take this action It's just a advise. Housekeeping department, Arti & Ratna were very helpful and make my stay pleasent. Other nurses and service staffs in EDU were very courteous and nice too. But sadly I can't say the same about the doctors. It was very disturbing that they just walk to your bed discuss something among themselves and just walk away as if you do not exist. They don't seems to update you on your status or what treatment is being given to you unless you ask. Case doctor did not even advise post discharge details or if I need to take note of anything medical upon discharge. Very slow in moving of rooms and coordination between departments. Lost my shoes when transferred from Emergency to EDU and they claimed its patients responsibility. I understand doctors are busy or rushing but It will really help if the doctors can treat patients with care and take time to atleast give a smile. Only exception was Doctor Irfan from ECU whom was so soothing to comfort and assured me im taken care of even before he left after finishing his shift. Another big concern was they kept me a whole day next to a TB patient whom was waiting to be transferred to isolation. No mask or even the curtains not closed properly. Staffs were mixing my trays and handling both our items very casually which put me in alot of stress. Once moved to normal ward, no nurse or doctors attended to me. I had to ask to take my pressure and oxygen level myself. I had to call duty manager to request for discharge papers and path forward. Just wondering if an International patient paying for single room gets such treatment, wonder how the rest are being treated.

Our baby boy was born on 10th Dec. (Caesarean)….ny Dr. Heena & team. The child was kept in NICU the same night he was born. Doctor Varun Vij & Team handled our child/case in the best efficient manner possible. We are really thankful, happy & satisfied with how our seriously ill new born baby was being treated & handled by Dr. Varun Vij & Team…..all the Duty Doctors and NICU staffs. Our experiences was beyond our expectations! Well done and kudos to the team & NICU staff.

Max is located in Phase 6 Mohali, and is pretty accessible from both the ISBTs in Chandigarh. i.e. Sector 43 and 17. There are buses from both the ISBTs in every few minutes and they drop exactly in front of the main gate of Max Hospital. The hospital is well equipped with all the necessary amenities and cleanliness is maintained. The staff is polite (as far as we have personally noticed) and the waiting time to see the doctor is comparatively less. They have a decent amount of parking space but as the population of our country, finding a parking place may be a big trouble here, so I will personally recommend you to visit here by public transport only unless it is unavoidable.

Well maintained, well atmosphere, but little chargers are huge as compared to other hospitals, good check up good treatment, service okay , and patient visiting timing 5pm to 7pm at a time only one person can visit by visiting card.

Cost vs Treatment rating 2/10 Hospital charges and treatment is costly .Not justify the cost. Cleaning hygiene is a major concern here. Hospital Cleanness rating 0/10 During Discharge of Patients take too much time . Normally Patients need to be discharged in the morning at 8:00 but in actual practice the patient will discharge at 9:00 at night. Discharge Smoothness Rating 0/10 Staff are co-operative and Supportive Transperancy and professionalism Rating 3/10

Terrible patient care service for the medicals. You just not pay the high price to get your med exam but it comes with an insult of the patients and having them degraded. Yelling at patients with the words - you dont have a common sense is a norm there. Never ever to recommend this hospital to a foreigner Should have given them a negative if I could. IRCC should take them off from their website. Next complaint goes to them Staff got 0 manners and not humans for sure.

I am surprised with their CCU unit. It's really threaten for patient. Visitors got into ccu wearing their shoes and chappals, without musk, without sanitisation. A high risk for the patient to get infection easily. A hospital whose testimonials with highest satisfaction can't maintain this basic protection of critical patients. Should bring notice to authority immediate.

Got my mother admitted under Dr. Santosh Kumar who is an exceptional orthopaedic surgeon. Recommended to anyone suffering from bones or joint issues. Supporting nurse are also good and well mannered. Rooms are okay. As a hospital, Bellevue Clinic falls behind other private hospitals like Charnock. Needs maintenance and the staff also need an upgrade Half of them don't know what's happening around. Has a beautiful park right next door and a decent canteen as well.

1- Staffs are not helpful at all, Once I asked them for mobile 's charger ..no one helped me for that, I forgot to keep my charger with me, that was an emergency situation, but every staffs lied that they don't have charger.. how is that possible that staffs are working in hospital for long duration and no one has charger with them ..? They're only running business in the name of premium hospital but not co-operative staffs at all. 2- Worst Nursing service .. my patient had her Bypass surgery and nurses are so careless, because of them ..she got bed sore and got infected with a rare bacteria and now she is fighting for her life in ventilator . We payed in lakhs for her treatment and nurses of this hospital are useless , are they unaware that if a patient is in same position for a long time, they might get bed sore ..? They don't know to take prevention for bed sore ? And this hospital got award for best nursing.. fooling public.. only doing business. Government hospitals' nurses are far better.

Hospital has some good doctors.Dr.Suresh Rao and team were excellent. Instead of upgrading only the lobby area they should concentrate on rooms too.discharge process takes time. Cordial staff. Very strict on food policy from outside,but no one stops you if we Starbucks up in the room. Reasonably rated cafeteria for the common man. Overall decent hospital stay

Doctors are too good no doubt but nursing staff not upto the mark also other departments perform much formality than responsibility
