As the Ordensklinikum Linz Merciful Sisters, we stand together with the Elisabethinen for a combination of high-quality hospital medicine in all our service areas and top medical focuses with clinical research. Of course, the warm care of a real religious hospital should not be missing. Our common goal is health. For us, health is more than just being free of diseases. Healing and caring is also more than just repairing a sick body. And we also consider dying and death to be part and completion of the life willed by God. It goes without saying that we offer the best possible medicine, have qualified doctors, competent nursing staff and the most modern equipment. We are also concerned with holistic care of body and soul. The human and spiritual-religious attention enjoys a particularly high priority with us. The human being in his uniqueness is the focus of all our actions and considerations. For us, patients are responsible partners in our efforts to recover.

If there were less than 1 star, I would happily give it to this hospital. I have been to this hospital 3 times, hoping every time that the next appointment with a different doctor will be better, but a BIG NO. Never going there again. An average waiting time for a 'normal patient' is easily around 3 hours. Hospital is always understaffed and on a shortage of doctors to tend patients even when they have an appointment fixed. Last time, my hand surgery was supposed to start at 10:00 in the morning, but instead it started at 15:00 even when my appointment was fixed. They didn't give me any reason why I had to wait 5 hours. Two days after, during my prognosis, they again made me wait for 3 hours just to check if everything went well with my surgery. And that's a recurring theme with this hospital. Once before I had an emergency, I had a severe stomach problem (red folder, 12 hour long extreme pain, vomiting, and food poisoning). They made me wait for 6 hours in the emergency and by the time it was my turn, the doctor didn't even make a proper diagnosis and sent me home after giving me some medicine.

I went to HNO Ambulanz section because all doctors are now in vacation or very busy. I spent one hour in total, while getting three consultations in total. Thank you to the doctors and personnel. I appreciate your kindness and I am happy that I got my ear problem solved. Thanks for using english too!

Hospitals should hire more suitable doctors. In my opinion, clinics that deal with sensitive things, where patient has take off their clothes when required, there should be male and female doctors. Because not many people feel comfortable having to undress to be examined by a doctor of the opposite gender. Also there are many cases that the docter is not doing what he should do.
