Single Room, Double room

In "SM-Clinic" on the street. Senezhskaya is based in the Center for Weight Correction, which has collected almost all the possibilities to help people with overweight: from diagnostics (X-ray for people weighing up to 300 kg, CT - up to 227 kg) to conservative and surgical treatment. The high-tech diagnostic base of the clinic and the medical staff allow hospital patients to undergo a comprehensive examination, necessary for preoperative preparation, quickly and in one place. We can perform more than 3,500 tests, including CITO (2 hours), thanks to our own express laboratory in the clinic. The hospital has a round-the-clock duty of surgical and anesthesiology teams. Thus, all issues related to changes in the condition of patients are resolved smoothly and promptly. The conditions of accommodation in the hospital are as close as possible to home. Comfortable single and double rooms with 53 beds in total are equipped with modern furniture and appliances, call buttons for medical staff and much more. Medical nutrition is selected individually, based on the recommendations of the attending physician. The 24-hour stay includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and late dinner. Meals are provided in the wards. In addition to the surgical department, there is a therapeutic department within the hospital, where conservative treatment of chronic and acute diseases of the digestive system, heart, respiratory organs, nervous and endocrine systems is carried out.

I recently had an MRI of my spine. The result was sent to the mail indicated by me, no complaints. The study was done for the first time, but the doctors clearly explained and showed everything. I recommend it if you need speed and high-quality pictures.

Terrible attitude towards patients! Tactics of intimidation with terrible diagnoses even before any diagnosis and adequate examination. The neurologist at this clinic, I.F. Maltsev, to whom ophthalmologist O.V. Akimova referred me for an urgent consultation, said that I needed it very urgently (hours count, not to mention days - according to the doctor) Get an MRI done in this clinic for cash, without waiting for approval of VHI services. He said that it is best to do an MRI in their clinic, because... Here they will do everything for me promptly and give me urgent advice. The sooner I get an MRI here, the better! At the same time, the neurologist did not even draw up an appointment protocol. I found out about this later, when the next day I tried to find out when I would be approved for VHI services (I refused to do it urgently for cash). I was on the phone (and on my nerves) for an hour and a half, trying to get through to the SM clinic. When I got through on the phone, they told me that their internal approval department would consider the application within 3-5 days)) You understand, everything in my case is very urgent (the doctor agreed on everything, as promised)!!! Having called the clinic, I found out that they had already sent a request for approval of an MRI to my insurance company, but the insurance company told me that they had not received any requests from the SM clinic. After 6 calls to the SM clinic, I managed to get them to finally send a request to the insurance company. But the insurance company sent me a refusal because the clinic did not provide the necessary requested documents to approve the diagnosis (including the appointment protocol, which the neurologist apparently did not consider drawing up, either on the day of the appointment or the next day). Only thanks to the fact that I personally called the insurance company and explained the situation, they later approved an MRI for me, but at a completely different diagnostic center. Thus, due to the fact that the neurologist and ophthalmologist put me in a state of severe stress and fear for my health, voicing unfavorable diagnoses and prognoses, I spent 2 days simply in horror. Fortunately, I thought of going to another doctor at another clinic, where they reassured me and gave adequate comments regarding my condition. I am convinced that the doctors in this branch of the SM Clinic on Senezhkaya Street. and the clinic administration must be held accountable for what they do and say. This is clearly intimidation of a person in order to quickly lure money out of him! Because of them, I suffered enormous moral damage! I do not advise anyone to come here if you value your nerves and the nerves of your family and friends. The neurologist spoke about the urgency and danger of my condition, but neither he nor the clinic did anything to help me! They were in no hurry to send anything for approval to the insurance company and somehow help the patient solve the problem (although they have a whole department in the clinic to work with patients under VHI). Complete indifference.

The clinic is what all of our medicine should be. I was lying in the ward and I couldn’t even believe that this place was a hospital and not a sanatorium. Everything is perfectly arranged. It’s convenient to take tests, the doctors are polite. The result of treatment is that all polyps are removed.
