While on a trip to Europe from India my wife sustained a blunt injury to her head due to a fall on the escalator of Vienna train station. The next morning, as we reached Innsbruck she started vomiting repeatedly and had intense reeling.I felt so nervous and took her to this hospital. Right from the start we got full assistance from all levels like carrying her to the special emergency on a wheelchair, attending and treating her, getting the X-Rays and CT Scan done in no time and above all assuring all of us with a kind smile. We are INDEBTED to one and all of the hospital. Without them I could not have brought back my wife cured and smiling. THANK U SO MUCH. Dr Bhaskar Das. INDIA.

While on vacation in Innsbruck I suddenly developed a bad UTI with bleeding and much pain. The hotel recommended this clinic and arranged for a Taxi at 10 pm at night. The man at the regular emergency room didn't speak English but I had enough German that I could explain my issue. He tried to tell me that I had to go to another building to find the Urology department, unfortunately I did not understand his instructions clearly so we spent about one half hour wondering around the campus looking for the right location. Several people were willing to help us find the right door and helped translate our need into proper German. Once we found the right department, the nurse checked me in (TAKING MY U.S. health insurance information. Did a quick urine test, called the doctor from his rounds and he prescribed me the right antibiotic. They even gave me a couple of pills to take since the local pharmacies would be closed at night. They didn't ask for payment, and I still haven't received a bill so I have no idea how much it cost. But, this experience was 100% better compared to past experiences going to Emergency rooms in the United States. Here I would have had to wait hours to be seen and payment vs treatment would have been the hospital's first priority. All in all, from hotel to hospital and back to hotel, we were done in about 2 hours! Thank you!

We had to drive to the 24/7 dental clinic because in the neighborhood was no other options. Surprised of how many people was in waiting line for emergency help. We didn’t he’d other chance just wait... cca 6 prs before us and we are after 2 hours not inn. The building and whole complex is huge much bigger as we thought 💭. In a way modern, clean, compact, organized system ... Hope to be back home ASAP
