These incredible individuals brought me back to life!! I came in to the ER with horrible food poisoning that turned into colitis. I was given fluids and meds and within about 5 hours improved enough to leave. Went home and got sick again about 4 hours later, came back and was admitted. I stayed for 3 nights in the hospital while I continued having terrible diarrhea and throwing up everything. No one wants to be in the hospital but my experience was pretty much as good as it gets. All of my nurses in the hospital were incredibly kind and caring. Especially Julian and Eloide. I felt well managed and ultimately when I left the hospital I felt like I was in a good position to not have to return. Highly recommend this hospital and if I ever needed help again in Paris there’s no doubt this is where I would go or where I would send a friend or family member in need.

I am currently undergoing a dialysis treatment there, 3 times a week. The staff is absolutely great, taking care of me in every way . Not only are they great professional , but everybody is super attentive, getting to know the patient and creating some strong bound. They managed to make me feel super at ease , and now I look forward to having my treatment done! I also experienced the ER and again I can only compliment the nurses, doctors and staff. It is true that if you are not fully covered by private health insurance and national social security system , it can come to a certain cost, but you are aware of that right from the beginning. I can only recommend the place

Thanks to the American hospital we obtained a speedy appointment for my mother. Top geriatric specialist, friendly staff. Some reviewers should go to some - not all - public hospitals .Lovely service, charming receptionists. Our specialist was flexible with appointment time despite us being delayed by transport. It is a bit costly but doctors do take time. Some very specific scans were covered by the French Social Security scheme though. I don’t know all departments but twice we had premium service and care. And finally, my mother was diagnosed accurately and treatment was put in place. With very elderly and incapacitated patients free wheelchairs are available. Porters and valet service staff are helpful. This makes a huge difference on arrival by medical taxi. No hospital is perfect and one is bound to encounter below par staff. And yes, France has a general shortage of medical staff, private or public… Eric Levéel
