I am writing this for my husband Fahed Subaitani ,who went through 2 years of pain and suffering with lies, excuses and negligence when he got dental implants done there. This is the worst dental work that he ever experienced in his life. It was torture. He was treated by inexperienced employees who caused this 76 year old man to have to go through this agony, having to travel back and forth unnecessarily, excessive pain, not to mention the added expense of travel and additional lodging expenses. He also had to pay dentist here in the U.S. and abroad to correct the work they did at Perfect Smile in Budapest. He was not smiling after the work that they did. Before the implant procedure, he was given an injection of Novocaine under his tongue and the roof of his mouth without any numbing and he almost jumped out of his chair. They gave him the wrong crowns for his implants which caused him to bite his cheeks and tongue and they would bleed and cause much pain. He had to have them removed here in the U.S.. He went back again to Hungary and they replaced them. Two weeks later after returning home the crowns got loose. He contacted them and they told him that every now and then the crowns need to be adjusted. He told them ," after only 2 weeks?" Then more crowns got loose and when he told them about it he was told that Dr. Balsai said that was because he had a very strong bite now. He was given excuse after excuse. The wrong crowns were tight but wrong fitting and the new crowns were right fitting but they came loose. Also he had a single crown replaced there when he had the implant crowns replaced and the assistant was trying and struggling for more than half an hour to remove the old crown. She was struggling so much that he thought she was going to break his front teeth. During this time Dr. Balsai was going back and forth but didn't offer to assist. Finally he had to and he removed the old crown in about 20 seconds. My husband was very upset. When we complained to them about all of this they told him that they have very experienced employees and that they have been working with them for a long time. Fahed Subaitani

They squeezed me in on the same day immediately after I told them it was too painful. The operation went fast and smoothly. Moreover, the dentist instantly realized that I was about to black out (I went there with an almost totally empty stomach, this is clearly on me) and declined the seat and gave me tablets to elevate the blood sugar. I know this is standard procedure but it might have been missed easily, too. I was also informed thoroughly in terms of both the finances and the medical aspect. The front desk was pretty nice and welcoming as well. So, good job. Thanks.

I was there a while ago... I see they managed to get my review removed. But it was the worst experience, I had. They began a treatment without asking if i would agree, they put me to sign a paper that accepts a treatment in advance, that assured that I can't complain if something didn't work as desired.
