Great place for medical emergency

Excellent nursing team, I had problems on a few occasions releasing the medication (bureaucratic part), but something punctual. The team was very attentive and dedicated to the patient. Very happy to recognize the quality and exceptional service of the entire team.

Great service, especially from the receptionists and customer service assistant. I didn't really like the hematologist's care, but everything else was very good.

I gave priority to starting treatment at the clinic, on the recommendation of an incredible doctor. I was received very well by Dr. Clarissa and Dr. Liliana who are accompanying me in this process, but the reception team, appointments, among others, do not have the same desire to help, I believe that they are not strongly aligned with the purpose of the institution, there is no point in having welcoming doctors and the other sectors are involved in the process . Immediately they need to go through a recycling, the clinic has to be a welcoming and harmonious place.

I walked to a tiny place to change, they didn't even make me bathe with disinfectant, just as I came. I spent an hour waiting with the surgical gown on, sitting in a common chair in an office, and from there to the "tiny operating room" and IT WAS NOT outpatient surgery, but rather several days of hospitalization. Appalling! Just as the surgeon who operated on me was terrible, and if certain suspicions are confirmed, I do not rule out legal action for malpractice. So far, good oncology care. Obviously, I wouldn't recommend him for surgery. As for the guard, it leaves a lot to be desired, poor organization and with two people waiting, I was there for almost an hour.
