Bad services, appointments are always delayed, the billing area is very poor. I have an appointment that I have been waiting for for more than two months because there is no agenda, it is supposed to be at 9:20, it is 9:35 and I am in line to be able to check in from 8:40 and nothing is moving forward. The tedious thing about the place is always in the billing area. The appointment is practically lost.

In the emergency room the service is complicated, especially because of the nurses, but in hospitalization things change and it is very nice, the doctors are always kind and the little angels are sweet.

The worst hospital arrived due to an emergency of a cut finger at work since 8pm and it is 330am and no doctor or anyone shows up to take the respective points, the doctors sleeping and the worst people on the floor

I had the worst experience at this hospital, first they lied to me about the waiting time for my lab results. They asked me to come back in 6 hours for my result and before they told me over the phone that it was gonna be 3 hour wait. Then I called before the 6 hours to ask if my results were ready the lady said she sent me the results through email and that they were normal and I that I don’t have to see a doctor. I believed her and we proceed to return to USA after I opened my email for results and I saw my cholesterol level in red I called the hospital and they told me I have to see a doctor because they can’t read the results only a doctor. They wanted me to set up another appointment and waist another day in Tijuana. I asked for an appointment over the phone and they said because I was a first time patient a have to have an in person appontiment. I don’t agree with this because they lied to me on everything, they don’t even help you or guide you when you’re there in person. These people only care about your money please don’t go over here. I regret having my test on this place they are not transparent and not professional at all. 😢

I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 7 months to treat my tumor in my hand, I’ve hand multiple surgeries and each one has been successful and quick. The border medical pass is a huge perk which eliminates the need to wait hours in line to get back to the states.

The clinic is a luxury, at least on the floor where I was (9th) with nurses on duty all day, nutritionist, surgeon, a whole team of people on top of everything. Hands down, one of the best hospitals I've ever been to. Within minutes of bringing my dad here, the entire team was assisting him with his high blood pressure and symptoms of a stroke. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's important to keep in mind that this is a private hospital, so if you don't have insurance, they will ask you to deposit a certain amount of money into the account. Make sure to mention that you are self-pay. So they can bundle everything up into one packet. I was so impressed with the ability to be able to just walk down to the administrative office and ask what my balance was and get that information within seconds. It is worth every single penny they charge.

This hospital is terrible!!!! I had an ear problem last month and I went to this hospital that charged me for a consultation without first telling me that they did NOT have an ENT doctor available who could help me (even after having gone through the screening), and now even having spoken to the ombudsman, they claim that I was notified, which is an absurd lie. We were very scared and very worried, but I would like to record here the excellent and extremely humanized care provided by everyone, without exception, at the hospital. My daughter had recently turned 18 and so I couldn't sleep with her in the hospital, imagine my despair and worry? So, in addition to never being hospitalized, she had to be alone. But, all (without exception) the nurses, receptionists, doctors, were very careful, loving, attentive and caring. I’ve been in the er waiting room for 3 1/2 hrs now and haven’t been seen yet and when I got here there wasn’t any one else here. now it’s full of patients. I worked in an er for years so I understand the situation and process of seeing patients but just because I wasn’t bleeding and wasn’t screaming in pain I was put on the back burner.

My wife has been coming here for long time because she has a pacemaker/ defibrillator for over ten years. Couldn't tell there was anything wrong with other than that. September 7, she had an amulet placed in her heart because she couldn't take blood thinners. Week later she had lost 4 pints of blood. They had to repair the leak. While she was in surgery they did CPR on her. Not blaming anyone for that. On November 16 she was transferred to heart hospital because she built up with fluid. We were in there for 11 days and everyday I asked them what the game plan was. It was always still trying to get the fluid off. Nothing else was ever brought up to me about them trying to do anything different but giving her diuretics. NOTHING!! I'm not a doctor or nurse and I sure don't know every question to ask. They sure as hell didn't offer any information. Dr Lane was even going to send her home 9 days later. We told him no. Not until we knew what was going on. A day later her defibrillator shocked her because her heart rhythm went crazy. Never told us how bad her heart was. Two days later they still just said they had to get the fluid off. Did find out that my wife had stage 3 kidney failure. Also had to ask them to check her liver enzymes since they were doing blood work every day. Found out she had cirrhosis of liver but that's all the ultrasound showed. They never told me there were other options they could do to try and help her heart. I finally got my daughter-in-law up there that's a nurse practitioner. She got in and started going over everything asking questions about the other options that was never mentioned to me. She had more information in 15 minutes that they had given me in 11 days. That's just tells me that they don't care about all of their patients. Over at Baptist now and has gotten more done in 4 days than they did in 2 weeks. Got 30 pounds of fluid off in 4 days. Her heart is still real weak but getting a little stronger each day. These people actually seem like they care about their patients. Especially her cardiologist. She takes time to talk to us and explains what they can and can't do. I think GOD that my daughter-in-law came or my wife would have been dead. Don't need any excuses from anyone at heart hospital. Don't want to hear that you're sorry for what happened either. I already know how sorry you are.

My 1st appointment with Dr. Lo was on 06/28. I was given an EKG and after reading the results and consulting with me regarding my medical history, Dr. Lo listened to my heart and was able to get me approved for an Echocardiogram and lab work immediately 2 hours later. Getting 3 tests performed in 3 different departments in the same building on my 1st appointment was not only convenient but crucial. I received a call 24 hours later and was advised that I have a complete heart block and that Dr. Lo wanted me back immediately and scheduled me for surgery Monday 07/03. It's been 6 weeks since I received ER heart surgery and a pacemaker to save my life. Thank you Dr. Monica Lo and your team at the Arkansas heart hospital for going above and beyond for a new patient that was literally on borrowed time. I had an excellent experience! I was admitted for knee surgery and the hospital staff were wonderful to me. Committed, welcoming and willing to help with so much affection, in all sectors. One point of attention: the room I stayed in had a musty smell, the only negative point of my stay.

I've been a patient at Centro Médico da Cardio for years and I really like it, but today I needed to be treated in the hospital's emergency room and I thought it was terrible! Despite there being only 2 people in front of me when I arrived, I was only seen by the doctor more than an hour later. Furthermore, the doctor on duty said he would do a blood test and a CT scan. Hours after taking the collection, the employee told me that he was going to send me for reevaluation. At this point, I asked about not having done the tomography. After much confusion, it was discovered that the doctor had not made the request. When the two results finally came out, another doctor assisted me in the reevaluation, gave me the diagnosis, walking down the corridor, directing me to the exit. When I arrived at reception to leave, I realized that the access was still in place at the time of the contrast injection. And the employee even asked me why I hadn't reminded the staff to remove it... Right at a time and place where I needed attention and support, I was treated this way. I don't intend to go back!

My father was hospitalized for 5 days there last year. The hospital structure was more modern than before. The staff are generally attentive, but I had a few problems: 1. I hae been there a few times, because my insurance has them as a provider. Once I managed to secure an appointment, all works; however setting up an appointment can be a formidable task, as they dont answer the phone and if they do they pass the buck to sumeone else, or worse they ask you to call a bunch of wrong numbers. The whatsup useless. Today I spent 4 hours trying to get an apointment without any luck. I will soon go in person with a spy camera and will publish my experience on all available social media. What a shame, good doctors and deplorable IT and customer service. Management is unreachable for some strange reason (NOT !!!)

Terrible!! The triage staff are rude and the doctor who treated us doesn't even answer the greeting. They lack empathy. If one day they want to get certified, they should start with the staff. Good facilities with the different equipment and logistics that a medical center must have and qualified personnel to care for the different patients who are referred there.
