I hae been there a few times, because my insurance has them as a provider. Once I managed to secure an appointment, all works; however setting up an appointment can be a formidable task, as they dont answer the phone and if they do they pass the buck to sumeone else, or worse they ask you to call a bunch of wrong numbers. The whatsup useless. Today I spent 4 hours trying to get an apointment without any luck. I will soon go in person with a spy camera and will publish my experience on all available social media. What a shame, good doctors and deplorable IT and customer service. Management is unreachable for some strange reason (NOT !!!)

Horrible experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Cano (otorringologa) 7:45 pm. I even showed up early at 7:30 pm as instructed. Last appointment of the day. Yesterday I was in the pediatric emergency with my daughter, there were too many patients and only one doctor attending. My daughter had colic, vomited in the waiting room from 7:20 pm to 10:03 pm and they never treated her. The delay in care is terrible. They just give you an appointment. The worst designed parking lot. All the scratched walls of the poor cars and trucks that barely pass. Mine was no exception and now I have to get it fixed. It ends up being a terrible experience and a physical, mental and emotional drain on going to this clinic. I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. The kitchen maids, cleaners, what a team, there are no words to explain the amount of gratitude for all the care and affection we received.

I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I also thank the physiotherapist Karem (I don't know if it's K), for accompanying me during her shifts. I just have to thank you. 🙏🏻
