Terrible service, the lady at the checkout and the guards are rude. I am calling the service number to send me my ultrasounds and exams and they leave me in the clouds without any response. I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes and before leaving I went to ask if everything arrived in the mail and they told me yes. I don't receive anything even though a clinic like that can have people with so little education.

Located in the best place, excellent clinic, precise care, they have professionals in the different branches, the issue of the exams to be performed as well, it is located in the middle of the city, one could say, easily accessible, although in the afternoon at Traffic is very complicated either because there is no parking, but everything else is fine.

They do not have qualified emergency personnel, only a general practitioner. The Rx service does not work on weekends. If you ask for an X-ray on Friday night, they tell you that you have to wait until Monday when they give you the results.

It seems to be the best among the many hospitals in Monterrey for health check-ups. All hospitals are friendly... I was satisfied with the most detailed check. I was able to see the doctor more comfortably than at other general hospitals. The food in the last week was tastier than any other hospital.

There service is the best! I was admitted for a week there and they incredibly took care of me and if I gave it a rating it would be an absolute 5 star! Their food, my gosh it was delicious. I never imagine that they serve great quality of food with numerous options. The taste were not bland, it is well seasoned. I always look forward for every meal. heheh. Oh, and their rooms are so clean! They make sure that a cleaner visits my room twice a day to mop and clean the toilet and they remove the trash. And finally, the Nurses are very kind, caring and gentle.. They check up on you multiple times a day/night and responds quickly if you call them.

My second time here in the past month…this is one of the best Hospitals I’ve ever been in. Excellent staff, World class service. No problems whatsoever like the other reviews. Blue Cross insurance was accepted and I was taken care of around the clock. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Went in to get an abscess removed on three different visits. I was scheduled at 10am but the room wasn't available until 8pm. Told to wait. I luckily asked for a written cost estimate and was told 58,000 PESOS (not including blood work, ultrasound and "hospital fees"). I said "no" and before I left, I paid the receptionist the 2,000 peso consult fee which she strangely handed over to one of the doctors. I never got a receipt for the two times that I paid. I went down the street and had the abscess removed for 2,000 pesos. BE SURE TO GET A WRITTEN COST ESTIMATE BEFORE ANY PROCEDURE. GO ELSEWHERE- THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! 30x more than the competition. Shady billing, accounting, payment, no receipts and handing cash to doctors?

I’m an American, living in San Francisco and accustomed to high level of medical care. My father developed an infection and the hotel recommended this hospital. Great experience. Very clean, modern and professional. Similar to an urgent care in the US. You pay out of pocket but prices are relatively reasonable. Everyone speaks English. I wasn’t sure what to expect so hope this review is comforting if you need to see a doctor while traveling.

While on a dive trip to Cozumel, my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized at Costamed. He received excellent treatment. This review is about the patient services people, particularly Jesus Pineda and Israel Cuerca, who were so helpful. My phone would not work and Jesus let me use his phone to contact my bank. He was a very calming influence at a trying time. All the staff was kind and helpful but these two stand out, especially Jesus.

Hospital Paulistano is excellent, incredible professionals from reception to departure, delicious food, I was very well assisted by neurosurgeon Dr Adil Bachir and Dr Rodrigo during my anterior and posterior lumbar arthrodesis surgery, on the L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae, almost 8 hours, doctors on duty, very human and attentive, wonderful nursing technicians, excellent nurses, excellent and committed physiotherapists, it was an immense joy 1 day after the surgery to get up from the bed and walk around, without any support. My mother waited for my surgery in a room, fully assisted by the staff and nurses, thank you in advance for so much effort and care. Congratulations to everyone involved. The only negative point is the shower, which doesn't heat up very much.

Today I had it at the oncology outpatient unit with an appointment more than 30 days ago. When I got there I found out that it was no longer scheduled. Because my plan, which was Amil, changed on 11/01/23 to Bradesco and they simply didn't send me a confirmation email. In other words, lack of respect and I missed two appointments, one with the oncologist and another with the general surgery team (which has already been rescheduled 4 times since September) Today I was rescheduled for 11/24 by the oncologist and the general surgery team oncology on 12/11. I complained to customer service. What I heard was . I'm sorry ma'am, let's find out what happened. Very inhumane towards cancer patients. And on June 14th of this year, during my first surgery, they lost all my exams from the surgical center back to the room. What I heard from the Surgical Center Manager... I trust my team... This has never happened... In other words, I'm the one who fights behind the exams to continue the treatment. I had to go to the Lavosier and Tecnolab laboratories to request a duplicate of the image exams.

I had knee surgery on 6/24. The service was all polite. They always ask you to arrive two hours before surgery completely fasting. Before the surgery I spent time with nursing, with an anesthesiologist and with my doctor. All facilities clean and well organized.

I was in the emergency room on August 4, 2023 and I have never been so well attended. The entire nursing team is very dear, welcoming, providing humanized care. Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I'm only impressed by the price. My doctor was inexperienced, replied badly to my questions. They hardly speak any English. They did not give me the x-ray I payed for. Unprofessional, but overpriced.

I have never been ignored in a hospital, not even in the same unit, but this time it was different. I was seen by the doctor Raphael Augusto Travernard Neves de Oliveira CRM 119677, he asked about my symptoms, I explained that last year I had a migraine attack for 2 months (I was even admitted to the same hospital, in addition to undergoing several tests), finally I was diagnosed with anxiety and chronic sinusitis due to low immunity. On 10/23/2023 I was admitted to the hospital to have my cesarean section, so far everything was fine, everything was perfect with the service. I had a lot of difficulty breastfeeding even with a full breast in the hospital and no pediatric doctor gave me any guidance. One of the nurses told me that the pediatrician on duty was asking me for permission to take the formula, as the right-handed man was showing low blood sugar levels and NOBODY... gave me this very IMPORTANT information and obviously I didn't accept it, as my chest was sore. so full. I was discharged on Thursday 10/26 and only found out about the frenulum on 10/30 when I went to a private pediatrician, by which time my son had already lost a lot of weight. Since 10/30 I've been fighting with my little one, where he needed surgery on the lingual frenulum and only now after almost 20 days did my son start eating properly. I was extremely disappointed with this and even with the information that my son was born at 37 weeks, and the correct one was 39s and 2 d. We have been waiting for two hours to be seen in the emergency room by Unimed. My son is classified as “blue”. This is considered not serious. All, I repeat: all the people who have arrived so far have been attended to before him. Does this mean: we arrive, register and wait for new patients to come in and go before them??? That's right? I went to the obstetric emergency because I'm 13 weeks and there was bleeding. Another pregnant woman and I waited for 2 hours of service, we went to ask and the girl said that it was protocol according to the assessment, finally I arrived at 7:35 and was seen at 9:41 pm and the chairs were empty and they weren't even attending!

Excellent in every measure. Was admitted for an emergency surgery and they diagnosed other ailments that needed emergency care. All the staff at the hospital are the best trained and competent I've seen. I owe my life to them.
